Server timeout PS5
I’ve been having issues with PS5 sever timeouts for about two weeks now. I’ve spent countless time chatting with support, which ends up being copy and paste answers and support, same attempts at resolving etc. I’ve changed my DNS settings about 10 times, deleted game and reinstalled about 5 times, deleted my account settings countless times, reset internet, reset PS5 (completely removing cables), emptied all my squads and created blank ones several times. Once agent said they “made a change on your account”; nothing supports a resolution. Other accounts work fine, companion app works fine, web app works fine. Even when timing out, I can still change music, open and respond to socials etc. it works for a while after a game restart, before timing out again. This happens in SBCs, the Club, Store, game modes etc. it’s becoming almost unplayable and yet the support I get offered is exactly the same, on repeat. It’s been four weeks now. There are multiple threads and not the community managers at EA haven’t responded to anyone in two weeks. What is going on hereEA_EduEA_AljoEA_Abril ? You owe us all an explanation. Sky are saying this is an issue at your end. Surely, as paying customers, some of us spending 100s on this game can get an insight into your “investigation” and the conversations had with Sky?!!!! Sky has 6.5 million users, it’s the UKs second biggest company in EAs biggest market. How are you allowed to abandon your community like this? Where do we all stand legally, because your game just does not work! It’s time for some honestly, tell us what is going on and what is happening to help fix this issue. There are literally 1000s of people across multiple forum boards with the same issue. As many have said, there was a similar issue last year with BT, with EA blaming the ISP and it turned out it was an EA issue! The new Full Throttle objective is bugged. I’ve done it with all the requirements twice and it didn’t count. At the end of the game I get a notification that says EA servers are unable to process your request at the moment. I’ve wasted time for this with nothing to show for it. My internet is great. this platform has been no help. I keep chatting with a bot that repeats the same **bleep** prompts. Hello, I’m one of the players who has been playing this game since FIFA 08 up until now, including EA FC 26. Over the years, there have always been small issues here and there, but nothing serious enough to make me feel exhausted, frustrated, or discouraged from playing online. However, the current issue I’m experiencing in Ultimate Team online is extremely frustrating. There is constant lag, delay, and stuttering throughout almost every match. Some matches are worse than others. I can tolerate a bit of delay and try to play through it, but the heavy stuttering caused by high and unstable ping makes the game almost unplayable. This has been happening for nearly two months now and it still hasn’t improved. At the start of the game cycle, I didn’t have this issue. There was some delay, but no severe stuttering or extreme ping spikes like this. In FC 25, similar issues happened, but only toward the end of the game cycle, and it was never this bad. I’m a player from Thailand. Maybe players from my region aren’t a priority, but this kind of problem keeps happening consistently. I can deal with most other issues and still enjoy the game, but constantly playing with high, unstable ping that spikes to 100ms, 200ms, even 300ms is just too much. It turns the experience from fun into pure frustration. On top of that, I’m frequently getting disconnected from the servers, which didn’t happen in previous titles. Why does FC 26 have so many server-related problems compared to older versions? For reference, I’m using a 2000/1000 Mbps internet connection, connected via LAN cable on a PS5. I honestly don’t know what else I can do on my end. There’s nothing more I can fix, and the issue remains the same. If these stuttering and ping spike problems continue, I may have to stop playing the game entirely. I don’t see myself buying the next title if this experience continues. Several friends of mine have already quit because of various issues they’ve encountered. The game just doesn’t feel fun anymore. Older versions felt smoother and more stable online. I have tested my connection, and other online games run smoothly without any lag or instability. This issue seems specific to FC 26. I genuinely hope things improve. I just want to play without constant lag, stuttering, and unstable ping. I don’t know if this is something that can be addressed, but I sincerely hope it can. im gonna make this short and clear you guys know very well a HUGE amount of FC26 players are located in the middle east and ever this since conflict started the Middle east players also started to get 50 ping which was Kind of acceptable but right now we are facing a huge issue im located in jordan middle east and i used to play on 20-24 ping now we areon 70-80 which is literally unplayble and if you take a look at the middle east community they are all complaining and you guys are slowly losing players make a fix for this25Views0likes0Comments
