Unable to claim an Evolution pack in my Ultimate Team
I am unable to claim an Evolution reward in my Ultimate Team, which results in my inability to unpack other rewards from the store. As a result all my work towards my weekly Ultimate Team becomes useless. At this point I am good with just discarding the Evo reward if that would let me access my store and other rewards. I have been attempting to play superstar mode for a few days now, but every time I try, i lose connection to the EA servers. I am Ethernet connected to my router. One thing I noticed that was strange is that every time I lose connectivity, the EA app also completely closes itself in the background. Reopening the app while madden is still running also does not help re-establish connection the EA servers. It's insane that I cant even make it past character creation. Shouldn't their be an offline superstar mode? I have a screen recording of this, but the file is too large to share here.9Views0likes0CommentsRandom Disconnect after Patch
I have randomly Disconnected twice after the patch, I checked my connection to the server, via EA (also never disconnected from the APP at all, but somehow only in ea fc online at the very beginning of two matches in the european cup game mode). Because of these two disconnections, I will not have the opportunity to complete the rewards for this. I also feel no incentive to play this game if I will randomly get disconnected and penalized (for no reason of mine as again I have checked the hardware and even your own app says i was connected). I’ve been having issues with PS5 sever timeouts for about two weeks now. I’ve spent countless time chatting with support, which ends up being copy and paste answers and support, same attempts at resolving etc. I’ve changed my DNS settings about 10 times, deleted game and reinstalled about 5 times, deleted my account settings countless times, reset internet, reset PS5 (completely removing cables), emptied all my squads and created blank ones several times. Once agent said they “made a change on your account”; nothing supports a resolution. Other accounts work fine, companion app works fine, web app works fine. Even when timing out, I can still change music, open and respond to socials etc. it works for a while after a game restart, before timing out again. This happens in SBCs, the Club, Store, game modes etc. it’s becoming almost unplayable and yet the support I get offered is exactly the same, on repeat. So after months of not being able to play my superstar mode, i'm talking about since october, I have not been able to play superstar mode.Imagine my shock and surprise when I log in last week and I am actually able to play my superstar but not cb for some reason, fast forward about 3 days when I requested a trade of my quarterback, so once I did that superstar mode completely glitched on me again. And now I am unable to sign in to superstar mode again, it says error 264 now, for months it would say error 263, I feel like you guys are just making **bleep** up at this point i mean How are you going to give somebody false Hope like that by teasing them and letting them play their. Favorite mode for 2 seconds before glitching it again, you guys really need to fix this Game mode or give us all refunds. Because this is ridiculous. I can not play with one specific friend. We're a group of six friends playing a custom tournament. The problem is: We can play in every combination except me and Friend A. However we can play together Coop Seasons, Division Rivals, Squad Battles, UT friendlies and Clubs. And from Fifa 21 up to FC 25 no problems. We did every suggestion there was. Resetet and updated the Rosters like 50 times. Looked at internet types, etc. Deleted of our EA friendlists. We just don't know what we should do now.8Views0likes0CommentsWell, now it's official
The people that decide the OBJ are, let's say, not very good at their job. Just got disconnected 3 times in the South American League, an objective that requires you to win 60% of your games in order to complete the OBJ. That's 12 wins in 20 games and now 3 of them, or 15%, are gone due to EA servers being crap. And it's not like I lost my internet connection or even my connection to PSN, nope it was JUST EA servers. The first two happened even before kickoff, got past the team screen and then nothing. the third one was at halftime as I was leading 1-0. Of course those disconnects were promptly followed by EA's disconnection threat (sorry "disconnection warning") about not "leaving" games. Whoever decided the 12 wins out of 20 needs to get fired NOW! Is anyone else having problems accessing the N7 HQ page? In Firefox I get "Http/1.1 Service Unavailable". In Edge I get: "Hmmm… can't reach this page The connection was reset."
