Ban for no reason , and no one answers me , they just close the case. Ban: Football Soccer You broke our rules against Cheating. ( i not broke any role ) I have been banned on my account since 2016 and believe this is a mistake as I have never abused the policy and have spent money on FC points over the years. I want my account unlocked. I don't remember doing something that is against the policy, why should I do that when I have played on this account for years and I spent more than 10k$ on this game? Can someone help me and unlock it? If I did something wrong and I do not know, just tell me what I did and unlock the account , so I know to not do the same in the future? If my account is not unlocked I will not ever play this game , because I don't want to create another account and start from the beginning. I honestly don’t even know where to start at this point, but the state of PC on EA Sports FC 26 is completely unacceptable right now. First, there is the controller bug in Ultimate Team that keeps happening over and over again. I enter matches using my controller, navigate everything with it, the game literally tells me to press X/A on my controller to proceed, and then I load into the match and I’m stuck on keyboard with the orange indicator. No warning, no reason, and no way to fix it mid-game because there is no “select sides” in Ultimate Team. This alone is already costing games for no reason. But that’s not even the worst part. I’ve also been facing hackers multiple times in Weekend League where, as soon as the match starts, I can only control ONE player while the rest of my team just stands still with indicators above their heads. I’m basically locked out of playing the game. I got FIVE opponents like this in just my last Weekend League run. Five. How is that even possible? Are these reports being checked at all from your side? Because this is way too frequent to be ignored. Then there’s the post-match bug where the game gets stuck in the cutscene and nothing happens. No menus, no progression, nothing. The only option is to close the game. And of course, when you do that, it counts as a disconnect and gives you a DNF. So I play the full match, finish it, and still get punished with a loss because the game freezes. How does that make any sense? And now the latest issue: random disconnections mid-match. My connection is completely stable, I don’t get kicked out of Ultimate Team, and I can literally queue into another match immediately after. So clearly nothing is wrong with my internet. Yet the game disconnects me mid-game and gives me a loss. This happened THREE matches in a row, and now I’m getting a message saying entering matches has been temporarily disabled. So I’m getting punished even further for something that is clearly not on my end. At this point it just feels like PC players are dealing with a completely broken version of the game. Between input bugs, hackers, freezes, and fake disconnects, it’s impossible to have a consistent experience in Ultimate Team. And the worst part is that none of these are rare, one-off issues. There are tons of problems like this that PC players keep experiencing. This seriously needs to be addressed. At the very least: Fix the input system so controllers don’t randomly get overridden Investigate the hacker issue and actually review reports Fix the post-match freeze so players don’t get DNFs for your game breaking Fix whatever is causing these fake disconnects and stop penalizing players for them Right now, playing Ultimate Team on PC feels more like fighting the game than actually playing football.140Views1like6CommentsEA Play Has Expired Error When Loading Game
I recently downloaded college football 26 off of ea play on the Xbox store but every-time I go to load into the game it says college football on ea play has expired but when I go to the store it says it’s still on ea play and any other platform I check to see if it’s still available on ea play it says it is and the message pops up every single time I exit a practice or a game and I can bypass it to play by entering the store then immediately exiting but other than that it’s very annoying and it takes the enjoyment out of the game if yall at EA could get on this problem and fix it I would really appreciate it cause if not I will be deleting the game I’ve also reported on Xbox too but nothing has been resolved (cm edit - updated title for vis)1.4KViews5likes14CommentsI can’t redeem an evolution that was rewarded to me from the season premium pass
When I logged in yesterday I had many players and evos and other season premium pass rewards waiting for me. Since, I have not been able to access that part of the game for a while I guess it just redeemed it for me on its own. However, the there is one Evolution that I am unable to redeem and because of that I can’t open any other packs. I play in PS5 platform but I tried to redeem it on the companion app as well. In both places it’s causing an error to try to redeem this Evo reward from the season’s pass. It’s been four weeks now. There are multiple threads and not the community managers at EA haven’t responded to anyone in two weeks. What is going on hereEA_EduEA_AljoEA_Abril ? You owe us all an explanation. Sky are saying this is an issue at your end. Surely, as paying customers, some of us spending 100s on this game can get an insight into your “investigation” and the conversations had with Sky?!!!! Sky has 6.5 million users, it’s the UKs second biggest company in EAs biggest market. How are you allowed to abandon your community like this? Where do we all stand legally, because your game just does not work! It’s time for some honestly, tell us what is going on and what is happening to help fix this issue. There are literally 1000s of people across multiple forum boards with the same issue. As many have said, there was a similar issue last year with BT, with EA blaming the ISP and it turned out it was an EA issue! I won a fut champs match fair and square and EA kicked me out of ultimate team after the match got over. When I tried to rejoin ultimate team it said there is high server traffic. Then when I managed to get back in it showed me the disconnection warning and gave me the loss. Now I can’t get to my target of wins because of EA.
