I have pack name 'card.desc.FreeGoldPack' that I can't redeem.
I have few more packs and now the Rivals prizes that I cant get!!!On PC and Mobile APP when i click 'Ok' on error prompt I get automatically logged out. This error appears on PC WEB companion APP, Mobile FC25 companion APP and in-game on Playstation 5. Pack not opening
Platform: PS5 PSN/Xbox Gamertag: Ac1d_wraap Name of the pack you opened: seasonal boost Name of the pack inside that got you stuck: extra gold pack (can’t remember name) Did you buy the pack on the console or web app ? (Console) Approximate timestamp: 7-9pm not sure what time. pls fix this issue. It’s unacceptable to not open packs when fut birthday is literally tomorrow. If not give compensation.
Can’t claim team of the week breakthrough pack
The store prompts me to open the team of the week breakthrough pack before I can access any other packs. When I open the pack it says there is a problem connecting to the servers and kicks me out. I realize someone has already said this on the forums but the previous forum shows solved and that is inaccurate. also have not received any updates from any ea or any fc25 associated accounts, and I do see it’s been a problem for well over a day now.
Problem with the ultimate
I have a problem that has been going on for more than two days. When I opened the FUT qualifiers prize package, I found a loan package inside it. When I opened the package, the game gave me an error and logged me out of the game. Note that I opened the package in the evening on the PlayStation platform and tried again from the special application and the problem repeated itself. We hope that you will solve the issue as soon as possible.High ping - unplayable game
The ping is 100+ ms on all Clubs matches I've attempted to play. This has been my experience since purchasing the game. I'd say there would be maybe a maximum of 2 matches out of 10 where the gameplay was actually smooth for me, but even if I won, I still wasn't satisfied cause I'm sure there were players on the other team that experienced the bad connection I did so it's not even really fair. I play on PC. I have wired ethernet connection with perfectly good internet. EVERY other game I play works perfectly fine. I RARELY, if ever, experience ANY lag in those games, and I even called my ISP to make sure everything was running smoothly and explained why I called (for your game), and they even suggested that the issue is on EA's end. So I know it's not my internet that's the issue - which you guys love to blame. I know the clip I linked were just Clubs Rush matches (which I play most of the time), but this happens across all game modes. I even left some gameplay in there so you can see how bad this game is. THIS GAME IS UNPLAYABLE. Please help us understand why it's so hard for you guys to have functioning and normal servers? EVERY other game I've ever played was able to set up normal servers that allow for up to 100 players to play smoothly! Why is it so hard for you? It's like your approximate matchmaking setting doesn't even work either...? Cause there will be times where I get more than half of the players in my Rush lobbies with Portuguese and Spanish names so I know theyre most likely located in Brazil/South America. I live in Dallas where, according to your website, there's apparently an EA server lol. Why can't I also specify what server location I want to connect to, like every other game in the world. I'm at a loss for words on how bad this game has become.
