Online H2H Errors
Hi everyone, We're looking into the more recent reports we've been seeing of errors when trying to play a game in Online H2H. We've locked the original thread about these errors to help us better keep track of the reports that have been coming in since last month's title update. If you're still getting errors since the 19th of November, please reply to this thread with the following details: Which platform are you playing on? What is your Xbox Gamertag, PSN ID, EA Account ID, Steam ID, or Nintendo ID? What is the error message you've been seeing? Roughly when did the errors start happening for you? Are you only getting the error with Online H2H, or is it happening with other game modes? This info will be helpful for us to continue looking into these errors. It recently started this month. I am getting disconnected every match resulting to 0-3 loss on fut online ,squad battles and pro club as well. I have very low ping on 2-4ms. I am writing to formally complain about repeated incorrect match results being recorded on my account. I was told by EA Support that if an opponent quits after 20 minutes or more, the match should be awarded as a win. However, this is not happening in practice. Today alone, this situation occurred multiple times where my opponent left the match after 20+ minutes, yet the result was recorded as a loss or given to the opponent instead. It appears that when a match ends due to a disconnect rather than a clean in-game quit, the system fails to process the result correctly. There seems to be no clear distinction between an opponent intentionally quitting and a disconnect caused by closing the app, losing internet connection, or dashboard quitting. In these cases, the system sometimes records a no-result or even a loss for the remaining player. Additionally, server instability or desynchronization may be contributing to this issue. These problems appear more frequently during peak times such as weekends, events, Champions, or Rivals, when server load is high. In these situations, match results seem to change or flip after the game has ended. I also understand that EA uses anti-abuse systems to prevent win boosting. However, these systems appear to be falsely flagging legitimate matches, especially when multiple opponents quit within a short period. My gameplay on FC26 is perfect. My menus is insanely frustrating. My main screen in ultimate team constantly freezes and attempts to connect to ea servers. I have to continuously close out the game. I have tried everything. I have a wired connection into my PS5, I have deleted the game and re downloaded, I have reset WiFi. I don’t know what else to do. Hi everyone , I've been experiencing this issue since I first installed the game. I play on Xbox Series S , and whenever I play FC 26 , the game Freezes for about 3 seconds mid-match and then quits to Xbox home page usually in the Second or third match . When I reopen the game, the match counts as a loss because I disconnected I've contacted support multiple times, but there's been no solution . Is anyone else experiencing this issue? PSNID: Sisik2205 Region: Europe (Poland) Console: PS5 For the last couple of days, whenever I try to enter Pro Clubs, I'm getting a message “Unable to connect to Pro Clubs at this time. Please try again later." I haven't even played this mode yet and I still could enter like last week, but now all of a sudden I can't.
