Desync message before kickoff
Platform: PS5 Mode: Road to the College Football Playoff Issue: Every online game desyncs before kickoff. The message says, “A Desync Has Occurred. The scores, stats, and quit from this game will not be recorded.” Troubleshooting completed: Reinstalled the game Deleted game profile Backed up saves to cloud Tried a different internet connection (mobile hotspot) NAT Type 2 Other online games (NBA 2K26) work normallyVibrations turning off on controller
Randomly in online races, usually when someone in the lobby is lagging, all vibrations either reduce to a low setting or completely stop on PS5 and it makes the car extremely difficult to drive. A quick fix is to pause and un-pause the game, bringing back vibrations momentarily until they break again, usually within a lap. An easy fix would be to make vibrations client side if possible to avoid lag breaking them. This has been happening for the whole of F1 25, but since the 2026 DLC released it seems to have gotten worse. As far as I know this only affects PS5.Child EA account can't access FC26 online — stuck in AI support loop
My son's EA child account (linked via Nintendo Account, Switch ID: yessir674) can't access FC26 online features on Nintendo Switch 2. Error: "You have lost your online connection... reconnect to EA Servers." Confirmed not a network issue — works fine on his sibling's account, same network, same router, same day. I recently withdrew and re-granted Nintendo Account consent for the EA link, which may have left the account's online-service authorization in a broken state — it signs in but can't reach online features. I've tried: EA Help self-serve articles (no fix), the EA NextStep chatbot multiple times (loops back to troubleshooting, never escalates to a human), and the phone number previously shared on these forums (now invalid). I cannot find any working path to a human advisor. Could a moderator or advisor please help directly, or point me to a working escalation path?
Sub(s) warming up glitch
This just started happening to me and my friend recently. When doing League matches in pro clubs that message will pop up mid game. It would take several minutes for it to go away. But when it does the whole game is out of sync. The game will be playing differently for my friend. I will notice our players acting differently like we’re not in control of them. The defenders if they get the ball would either stand still or run the ball out of bounds/kick it out of bounds. This feature of players being able to join mid match should be removed.Pro Clubs New Sub Glitch
Whenever a player tries to sub in mid game. The loading time is unbearably long. No less than 8 mins, and can go up to as long as 15 mins for a sub to come in. The screen will be black with the fc logo. For the rest of the players already on game, they will be stuck with the message, sub(s) warming up.Can't Connect to Ultimate Team the Last Couple of Days
It started when I was playing my last game of futties gauntlet. after the game was finished it said "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu". I played another game and it said the same thing at the end. The third time I joined a game and then closed the game to just get a loss to reset the gauntlet. After I did this I can't connect to ultimate team anymore, while recieving the same message. This has been going on for a couple days. I have deleted and redownloaded the game, this did not fix the issue.Controller glitches out when connected
I recently returned to fc26 today and for some reason my controller glitches and just spammes random buttons when i connect it to the game even though it was perfectly fine when i played before. I bought the game on steam. has this happened to anybody else? If so how did you fix it?Career mode fight denying glitch
So I downloaded about 3 days ago and started a career mode and won the double champ belt at bantamweight and it wanted me to rematch merab when I was going to defend the second belt, which i denied twice hoping for a new opponent. Now it won’t show any fight when I go to sign a new fight it’s just blank when I select fight offer, basically ruining the career and leaving no path but to restart it. Feels like this should be a pretty easy fix and I’ve seen other people post about it as long ago as a month, so I’m not really optimistic. Lmk if you’ve had the same thing happens though so this can maybe get seen by the devsThe Pancake Fix needs to happen SOON!!!
The frequency of the pancakes and where they happen needs to be fixed BADDLY!!! I had a play where at the snap I had 4 players on there back.(2-DE’s, 1-DT & 1-LB). I had other plays where the pancakes were straight crack back that weren’t called. Plus you have on one hand 2-6 pancakes happening then the other hand O-Linemen getting straight run pass on pass protection but your players get stuck.
