NHL 25 configuration error
Every other woc game kicks me out. Still yet to find a solution to this…. its ruining the whole experience that we paid good money for. Have to reset app or it’s going to error every time. Hi Last few days I am getting this above error. I can connect using EE hotpot from my phone no problem but when I use my ISP YouFibre I always get that error. I have tried wireless/wired, different accounts and they all give this error. I can log in via the app no problem. Anyone else had this? Seems to be an ISP issue as I can connect via the hotspot and app but I can't figure out why. So I can't log into my account for about 11 hours from now on, and still I did everything for the problem. So this is my problem, I was just playing FC mobile for a while and then I closed the game and when I came back to play the game again, it shows server connection issues. My gameplay is unplayable, sluggish and unresponsive in every online modes last 3 months! My players don’t react or follow my commands from my controller! My broadband speed is 1000m, ping under 20ms, and zero packet loss I tried every solution possible: -Rebuild database -factory reset PS5 -Deleted the game , Re installed the game -downloaded the game with WiFi downloaded the game with mobile hotspot -downloaded the game with ADSL and VPN -Portforward my router -DMZ my router -VPN my PS5 and router -DNS setting changed 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 MTU settings tried every single one -bought new PS5 -Bought new TV with gaming mode -Changed router -created new accounts 3-4 ( gameplay is good the first hours, after that it becomes unplayable again) -got refund from PS store after I provided information and gameplay video, they understood my complaint -bought a new version of FC25 and downloaded it on a brand new account with brand new PS+ -and much more 😤 But then something happen and I need a explanation from EA how this is possible? I logged in on my account and downloaded the game at my workplace PS5! I had zero problem with the gameplay and it was running fine? I took my own PS5 to work and hooked it up and also got good gameplay with zero issues???? I have better internet at home so i have no idea what’s going on here? maybe there is a issue from EA servers to my ISP provider or router? only game I have online issues is FC25 I got this same problem last year with FC24 but then it started around April50Views1like3CommentsI can’t play anything!!!!
Been this way since yesterday morning atleast. Doesn’t matter the game mode, online/offline, etc. the game just says servers cannot process my request. As of the new season, I can no longer find an online game in World of Chel on my main account. After three days of trying, I've given up hope. Ever since this new season, it's like my account is shadow banned—it won't let me find an opponent. When I switch to another account I created, I can find a game within the first couple of searches, but on my main account, I could sit there for hours and still not find a game. I genuinely have no idea what is happening; I've never experienced something so odd. I recently contacted EA Help and spoke with an employee named Berg E. He was very kind and tried to work through the issue with me. He even joined my live stream to see how strange the issue was. I showed him that I couldn't find games on my main account but could on a different one. He advised me to come here because none of the troubleshooting steps worked. Changing the connection was never the problem—it's just the account. I can switch to a backup account, and everything is fine. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, restarted the router, tried a different internet connection with my hotspot, and changed the DNS—literally everything. It's like there is a curse on my main account. I need this issue to be looked at by higher-ups on NHL 25. I will attach recent game logs showing that I can find a game on my backup account but not on my main account. I don't know what else to do. My main account is SCHRAMKEEE, which is attached to this EA tag. I solved the issue with tactics not saving (PC): I read a comment in another thread where a user playing on PS5 (I think) mentioned that they solved the issue by simply switching the controller. So, I tried it on PC, as I usually play with a gamepad. Here’s what worked for me: Disconnect the gamepad while the game is open. Modify or edit any of the tactics, or create a new one (make sure to also try modifying the tactic and player instructions). Click save. If it works, quit the game. Before reopening the game, reconnect the gamepad. Open the game again. If you try reconnecting the gamepad without closing and reopening the game, the gamepad will only work in the menu and not in the game. Next day i tried again and its still gives me the same message. I've been trying other solution and it didn't solve. I already verify the files, try to update the EA anti cheat, reinstall it and it still gives me the same message. Plus, when i play FC24 it doesn't have any problem.
