"Couldnt do the request you wanted"in a match end, got kicked, told i left match
(I am at Türkiye btw at the west side) I was playing friendly games for an objective that has a limited time (squad sprinter IV weuro something like that) so i played the four required games but on the last one when i finished it and clicked on advance something like was on the screen "Couldnt do the request you wanted" and the match objective didnt get completed. This made me not be able to get my packs i am not sure i will be able to play the match later so ea please fix. On a unrelated side note: on one of my games like 3 days ago i took a shot my opponent blocked with a slide tackling and then the ball teleported to the goal somehow.(the ball was way faster than 99 shooting and powershot plus and i took a regular one with a mediocre 96 tots highlights Griezman)6Views0likes0CommentsEA Servers not available right now
more than a month ago i texted ea for help for something they said is going to take 72 hours to connect my ea account to a second nintendo account in its lifetime and finally today they fixed it but i go on log in and i get ea servers unavailable right now no matter what i tried i couldn't fix it and there is nothing about switch/switch 2 in their websites which is absolutely unnacceptable overall ea dissapointed me a lot and didn't fix the second problem so now they have me ask people i would be really happy if someone helps me I play on switch 221Views0likes2CommentsCannot play any online games
I noticed that after playing with cross-play on I had this issue. At the moment I cannot play rivals, champs, or cups. The interesting thing is that it takes me into a game and logs me out once the game is about to start. I receive the “you lost connection…” however, I tried using different lineups and it only happens when I use my primary squad. After every Pro Clubs match in EA FC 25, I receive the error message “Could not retrieve online information”, making pro clubs unplayable without restarting. The bug is still there even after the latest update and extensive troubleshooting. -Reinstall the game. -Allowed FC25.exe and EA AntiCheat.exe through Windows Defender firewall. -Verified game file integrity. -Removed most friends from EA friends list. -Ran both executables as Administrator. -Changed game language settings temporarily. -Flushed DNS and reset Windows network settings. -Launched the game via Steam and EA App, including signing out and back in. -Switched crossplay on and off None of these methods above worked and what i found through netstat was that the UDP port 3659 remains open and bound to FC25.exe throughout gameplay and after matches. The FC25.exe process PID changes after matches, indicating the game’s connection/session resets internally. The game window does not crash or freeze after matches, but the connection becomes unusable and reconnect attempts fail until the game is restarted. So basically the problem is not caused by my firewall, network, or pc, but problems with EA's servers. We are playing in the playoffs and when we enter the game we realized we dont have control of our own players. We were able to figure out that we are controlling random other players and some of us were not controlling anyone at all. On top of that, I was the captain and the person controlling my player couldn't control the team like a captain and I could not as well. So we had nobody able to control the defense or tactics and on top of that we had users controlling random players and some users who were not able to control anyone at all. Like honestly...what is this and what is going on EA....it's been one year since this game has been out and you guys have barely fixed any bugs or issues. Every update says some things are fixed and even those barely do anything. For the price we pay to play this game you need to do better. We get bugged out several times trying to even get into a game or getting kicked out when it starts. Players we can't control. Jerseys that don't always match what we chose. And even simple things like the photo of the player who scored on the bottom shows a blank photo for anyone else other than your own player. Like some of these are things that should have been fixed a long time ago. Really disappointed in this company for taking our money and how much we love this game and not doing what it takes to make it better. Feel free to email me and we can chat. When im playing player or manager career, it's ALWAYS screen freeze in between 1-4 match on loading after half time and full time match. Anyone know how to fix this?
