Refund Tool Broken
Hi all, Bought Fifa26, Keeps crashing due to GTX1080 no longer supported, had the game for 30minutes, EA wont show refund on page, AI bot usless and [edit: email address removed] no longer monitored. I have 24 hours since purchase to get refund processed and cant contact anyone. Terrible EA service.
EA Servers unable to connect for “Clubs”
Hi. I am writing about an issue. I am having trying to load into clubs. I am able to play online in every other mode on FC 26 but, when I try to open up clubs… It gives me an error message saying I cannot connect to EA servers or online features. I do not know why this is as I’ve checked everything with my Xbox and EA account. I’ve tried everything I can do and I need someone to help me see what this issue is.EA Help refuses refund for broken 90k LED shoes. Case 246402540
SCAMMED: Spent 90k Club Coins on broken LED shoes, EA Help confirmed system error (Case 246402540) but refused refund!I am posting this publicly because EA Support is completely ripping off players who grind for hours. I spent 90k Club Coins on the Clubs LED light-up shoes after grinding for more than 20 hours. The item is completely broken server-side; the shoes are just pitch black during online matches and do not show any lights at all. I spent over an hour in EA Help Live Chat today. The advisor checked my account ledger and explicitly confirmed to me that there is an official SYSTEM ERROR on this purchase transaction. Despite admitting that the transaction failed and the product is defective, the chat support flat out refused to grant a manual Coin Rollback and refused to transfer me to a supervisor.My official case number is 246402540. Since the chat support is completely useless and hiding behind copy-paste scripts, I need an EA Community Manager on this forum to open this case, review the system error, and restore my hard-earned 90k Club Coins immediately. This is unacceptable customer service.Ultimate Team servers - Can't connect.
Hello there, i'm having trouble connecting to Ultimate Team in FC26. Cleared cache, reinstalled the game - nothing works. Since today at noon maybe, i can't connect to UT servers, whenever i try to connect it says "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu." Funny thing, couple of my friends are currently playing UT without any issues, i'm speaking with them via TeamSpeak right now! I'm playing on my PC through Steam. Please help me solve this issue. I often play your games during my free time and truly enjoy the experience — especially when playing with family and friends. Although FC Mobile already performs well, I have a few suggestions that I believe could further enhance the gameplay experience for users: - Controller support: Many popular mobile games such as Call of Duty Mobile and Delta Force now support external controllers. I believe it’s time for FC Mobile to offer this feature as well, bringing a console-like experience to mobile players. This could especially improve competitive modes like H2H or VSA. - Improved refereeing system: Currently, the in-game refereeing accuracy is quite low, which can sometimes negatively affect match outcomes. - More variety in set-pieces: Allowing options such as two players standing over the ball, short passes, or creative free kick executions (like passing between players’ legs) would make set-pieces more dynamic. - Player updates: For example, Sergio Ramos, considering his exceptional career and skill, deserves a better overall rating. Updating players like him would appeal to many fans. - Adding unique skill moves: The absence of signature moves like Cristiano Ronaldo’s stepovers is noticeable. Including such moves could bring more flair to the game. - VAR system: Introducing a VAR system could add realism and reduce incorrect refereeing decisions. - Career Mode: Similar to the console versions, adding a Career Mode to the mobile game would provide deeper and more engaging gameplay. I have video evidence of my hard earned win in fifa 26 fut champs being robbed by EA errors. I clearly won the match as shown in the pictures below and got a disconnection warning and lost my match after it ending. My internet is and was perfectly fine. My username is Rounds2k and it happened at 6am I believe, I’m really disappointed because I was starting to enjoy this game and invested a lot of money into this game already.
