loaned unit era levels not increasing
Hello there, After collecting the loaned characters calendar i got 100 era currency, after restarting the game it say i claimed the 5 lvls but they did not increase. Also claimed the free in store gift for 4 loaned unit era levels and did not get an increase in era level. Also claimed the episode pass + with the bonus free gift and the loaned unit era levels are only level 5. There is a screen shot showing this attached to it
Incorrect Conquest reward received
So on the most recent conquest as of this post, I achieved my first ever max crate reward at 630 keycards. When I returned to conquest over the next several days to farm datacrons my progress bar still showed max crate achieved. When conquest ended I received a message that I had gotten only 620 keycards and was given a reward to match that. I have a screenshot showing my score and the erroneous crate reward distributed.
Impossible to switch link because hacked account got banned
Basically what happened is: my EA account got hacked. That EA account was linked to my SWGOH account (on Google Play) and was the account I was using for the PC client. The person who stole my account, though, switched the email associated with my original EA account, so I couldn't' reset my password or anything like that. After contacting EA support (which was stupid in my opinion), they got me my EA account back, and banned the other account, effectively making a new account that had all of my data and games and stuff. The problem is, SWGOH still saw the stolen EA account as the one that was linked. The logical option here was to unlink the account, right? But since the linked account is banned now, that is impossible, and I get the same error code every time I try. Really not sure what to even try anymore. I can't get the account unbanned: A.) because it isn't technically my account and B.) it was banned for fraud, which their is clear evidence of. I have contacted EA support and in game support multiple times, but no luck Thanks for any future help.Didn't receive full rewards from Conquest
Last Conquest which ended yesterday, I was playing to win with the new JTL 'Jedi Training Leah.' Normally I only go to the gold crate on Normal Conquest, but since it was a character that I liked a lot, I went and got red crate. I added the total shards of all the crates together, and it came out to be 75 shards which I would receive at the end of the event. However when the end came, I only got 25 shards of JTL, and i dont understand why. Ech crate is supposed to be guaranteed rewards, so why didn't I get the full rewards for Conquest? "Also this has happened for the last two Conquests as well. If im wrong and anyone understands whats happening PLEASE tell me because im very confused."Conquest currency not received
For the past couple of conquests I have not received currency for achievements after getting to red crate earned status. There has been no assistance through in game help as they have closed my tickets. The pre run screenshot shows 3 of 4 achievements 552 currency in sector 5 with 23 energy before the 10 Jango Boba win. The post run screenshot shows 4 of 4 achievements still at 552 currency in sector 5 with 3 energy after the 10 Jango Boba win. Long story short, my account got linked to the wrong account. When I reported the account that is now linked, it got banned. Because of this, I can no longer unlink EA from my mobile account. The currently linked account is not mine, I can not get it unbanned because it isn't my account, and I can not switch the link or unlink it because the account is banned. Its been literally 2 years and I have been forced to use bluestacks, even after the PC client came out. I really want to be able to use the PC client because it is less laggy, less prone to crashes, and more future proof. If there is anyway to transfer progress automatically or manually that would be great too. I understand that there probably isn't but that genuinely seems like my only option at this point. I'vce probably contacted in game support at least 50 times already and each time I get unhelpful responses: each time I send a new message a new person responds and asks me the same questions to "better understand the situation" and no one actually gives genuine help. At this point I just want to know if it is even possible to get my EA link back. I understand that it was my fault I got hacked in the first place, but there should be ways to recover your link because this could be decently common. Has this happened to anyone else? It was the start of the battle (Conquest, sector 4, golden path node), and Revan was supposed to take a turn according to the turn meter order but the game just froze for basically a minute, and I was essentially forced to quit. I tried reaching out to EAhelp in the app but apparently I couldn't explain it well because it sent me a link about restarting galactic war. Missing 10th Anniversary Journey Quest Chains – Faction Lightspeed Tokens Not Awarded (Account Issue) Tagging EA/CG team for visibility. I am posting this here after working with EA Support for several days. My case has now been forwarded for investigation, but I want to confirm whether other players are experiencing the same issue and ensure this is properly reviewed. Issue Summary: My account did not receive several 10th Anniversary Journey Quest chains tied to faction Lightspeed Tokens, which means I was never able to earn those rewards. What DID work correctly: I completed the Anniversary Journey Quest chain up through 6-C I received the Mandalorian Lightspeed Token I received other character-based Lightspeed Token rewards This confirms my account was eligible and participating in the Anniversary event What is MISSING: The following faction Lightspeed Tokens were never awarded to my account: Droid Rebel Jedi Bounty Hunter Empire These tokens are visible/searchable in my inventory (see screenshots), but they were never earned because the corresponding quest chains were never available. Root Issue: Based on the Anniversary Quest structure: These faction tokens are tied to earlier Journey Quest chains (such as 2-C, 3-C, 4-C, 5-C) On my account, those quest chains never appeared at any point Because they were never present, I had no opportunity to complete them As a result, I could not earn the associated faction Lightspeed Tokens This is not: A missed reward A progression issue A failure to complete visible quests This is a missing content / quest chain delivery issue. Proof (Screenshots if needed): Completion of 6-C and reward received (Mandalorian Lightspeed Token) Inventory showing available Lightspeed Tokens and missing faction tokens Anniversary Quest reference showing where those faction tokens should have been awarded What I am requesting: EA/CG Team – please review my account for missing Anniversary content.
