Leviathan Lightspeed Bundle 2
Tonight I purchased the Leviathan Lightspeed Bundle 2 off of the webstore. I also purchased the Fury Class Interceptor around the same time (no issues there!) When I opened Galaxy of Heroes up I went into my inbox to claim my purchases and instead of getting the contents of the Leviathan Lightspeed Bundle 2 I instead received 5847 Crystals… I will attach the images of purchase from the webstore and redemption in game Not sure if this has been a known issue for others as Malgus’s ship redeemed successfully? I am getting so tired of writing these messages I am on my 8th one. IM HOPING that maybe this can get some attention. I have been sending these messages for 2 months trying to get my characters THAT I SPENT MY MONEY ON! This is just ridiculous, if you see this please boost it so maybe I can get some help. Hello, I would like to report a bug encountered during Conquest battles. I have the data disk "Survive the Storm" equipped, which prevents enemies from applying debuffs. During the battle, the enemy R2-D2 used the ability Improvisation. After that, R2-D2 disappeared from the battlefield, the battle timer continued running, and the battle became stuck — no actions could be taken and nothing happened. Because of this issue, I lost Conquest energy on two battles. Please investigate this issue and, if possible, restore the spent Conquest energy. Ally code: 259-893-691 Device: ios Thank you
Bug in Conquest
I'm unable to progress in the Conquest because of a bug. In Sector 5, during the normal conquest, R2D2 uses the "Smoke Screen" ability during the battle, disappears, and the game freezes, running time until the battle ends. I tried three times and the same bug occurred. I just wasted energy, and now I can't progress. How do you solve the problem? And what about the energy wasted?
