Missing Community Rewards
I am missing the community milestone rewards. I got red crate and bought the conquest pass last cycle which put me at 110 shards of the stranger. I purchased 10 shards from the conquest vendor this current cycle to put me at 120. However, I should be at 140 total shard with the community milestone rewards. Any help would be appreciated. I’ve already tried re-logging in and reinstalling. Allycode 548-425-768

Hello, Since this morning, I’ve launched the game many times, but I still haven’t received the reward. All of my guild members have already gotten theirs. My code is 572-114-124. Could someone please help me? Thanks in advance! Clue: When I heard there was a reward this morning, I launched the game right away, but I couldn’t log in—I don’t know why. I had to reinstall the game on my iPhone to fix the issue. After that, I couldn’t find the reward in my inbox. Guildmate has not received the +20 shards of The Stranger from the community event. Ally Code: 548425768 They have red crated last time and this time. They bought the 20x shards from nodes last time and have bought 10x this time, putting them at 120x. Where they should be at 140 with the community even shards. The health steal on Conquest doesn't work. I won't be able to get the end prize because even though I chose mainly the bottom level, it's so extremely hard. I have to redo many of them. I didn't have to do this years ago. I have 1.2 million GP but it's sometimes useless.
Purchased conquest pass but didn’t receive it
I went to the web store to buy the conquest pass and I received an error message that it didn’t go through. However I was still charged. Checked the game and sure enough the conquest pass never made it to my account. Please help with the issue or provide a refund.
