Help/Assist please?
Hi all, I've been seeing this issue over the last few days (both on IOS and windowsPC) and have reached out to the in game help/chat but there doesnt seem to be any answer or reply (no over 48 hours) I've lost energy and battles because of this. Exactly what the title says. Playing Conquest, trying to get the sector 5 feat that needs you to inflict Order 66 10 times. I'm playing the datacron mats mission and Ahsoka dispels him straight away and gets Order 66. Yet when I check the counter for the feat after the fight, it hasn't budged. I recently went to purchase the Conquest Pass Plus on the store website and when I checked in game it was only the regular Conquest Pass that was activated. After looking into it, apparently I somehow purchased the "upgrade" for $20. The upgrade is supposed to be $20 and bump you up from the regular conquest pass (valued at $10) to the Pass plus (valued at $30), but I received only the regular conquest pass. So apparently by purchasing the upgrade for $20, I got the regular pass valued at $10. Additionally, on the webstore where you can purchase the pass or pass+ it says I already bought the regular pass - but in the game it still gives me an option to purchase both. Can I get a refund for the extra $10 I spent for this purchase? Or if I go in-game and purchase the regular pass ($10) will it automatically upgrade me to pass+? Please help / advise! For over 3 days now, SWGoH has been completely unplayable on mobile and iOS – constant login errors, endless loops, and absolutely no fix or proper communication from the devs. Thousands of players are affected, and yet Capital Games continues to push out new characters like nothing is wrong. This is not just neglect — it's disrespect. We’ve spent years playing and a lot of money supporting this game, only to be treated like mindless wallets. No transparency, no updates, no accountability. Wake up, everyone! This is daylight robbery and a complete slap in the face to a loyal community.
