Wrong Conquest rewards received.
In-game I achieved the red box in Conquest (and I'm positive about that because I re-confirmed it every day while farming datacrons after having accidentally missed it in a previous Conquest), but I only received 65 shards for SM-33 which is the gold box. I can even tell you the last feat I completed to get the red box: Call allies to assist with Booming Voice 60 times. I did it on one of the treasures nodes using SEE/Bane which gets it done crazy fast. After a few auto-battles, I got the pop-up for the 15 keycards for completing that feat and the graphic in Conquest changed to "red crate achieved" (which I obsessively re-confirmed). I have no idea how I could get the wrong rewards from that.help with ea account
just wanna preface this by saying this is my 5th or 6th time posting something similar to this forum, accross a couple different account. Honestly, if this doesnt get solved I might just give up. anyway, my ea account got hacked a couple months ago, and when it got hacked, the hacker switched up the email ascociated with my ea acount, which, in turn, screwed up the link to my mobile game. Because of this i cant play on the ea pc client anymore, and only on emulated android such as bluestacks. whenever i try to use the unlink button i get error code 9. EA support and mobile in-game suppor thave been completely unhelpful. I might honestly quit the game if this doesnt get solved. I have quit ea bit of progress and a lot of money spent on this account Thanks if you see this
Received the Incorrect Conquest Rewards.
After last conquest I should have ended at 348 sm-33 shards (if my math is correct for all 3 conquests) but I am currently at 323 sm-33 shards. I believe the issue lies in me receiving gold crate level rewards instead of red crate rewards from the first conquest sm33 was in. Is there a way to check if this was indeed an error that happened and if this error did happen could I receive the rewards I missed out on?
