Conquest bug

I also had the conquest beg where enemies had unlimited health. I did what I thought was right and messaged ea help desk on the app. They took days to respond with the wrong info and then told me to message this forum. Is there any compensation going to be offered to either help me get through conquest before it ends or give me my normal reward crate?
