Game Crashes PC, Black Screen.
While playing game keeps crushing PC! I’ve tried everything (DDU, clean install, HAGS off, DX11, reset configs, overlays off, Windows updated) and F1 24 still crashes my PC completely after launch. Please escalate this issue. It is on F1 24 but also F1 25. It’s unacceptable that the game is unplayable despite all troubleshooting steps.Glitch using pxn v10 wheel.
I recently bought pxn v10 wheel and when I tried to connect the wheel, it showed in the settings, I customised it but then suddenly it started glitching in every possible menu, it starts automatically scrolling through the menus when ever I enter the menu midgame, or when the game is launched, I have tried changing keybinds and everything but it did not work, if the wheel isn't supported it shouldn't work at all but in my case when I drive the wheel is working fine, but the issue is only with the menus it scrolls down automatically when I enter which messes up my settings, I tried different ways but finally stopped playing. So please look into this glitching as soon as possible, I bought the game as well recently but I have not satisfaction playing it with this glitch happening. As title says. The game doesn't take inputs and hasn't since January. I have tried with both an Xbox elite series and PS4 dual shock. Using Bluetooth and usb connections, I have tried multiple usb ports. I have disabled Steam input in the steam settings. I have launched the game as administrator. I have created a new admin account on the PC and tried it. I have updated firmware and drivers. I have manually installed EA Anti cheat. I ha e calibrated the controller through Windows settings. Everytime I attempt to run F1 24 or F1 25, I get an EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe APPCRASH. (See Video Attached) The crash in the video is silent (no prompt) but at times I get a prompt mentioning issues with EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe. When I launch EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe from windbg, I see that the EXE seems to be a amd64 binary, and my device is an arm based. Is there no EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe compatible with ARM64??
F124 Crashing during pit Entry on practice (Driver Career)
Report code: GCSH-MERC-VXET-GDHD During the Driver Career in Melbourne, Australia in practice, anytime you try and enter the pit, the game will instantly hang and then immediately crash to the desktop afterwards, showing no error reporter, nothing, However, on further inspection, event viewer does record at the time of the crash this event: Event Viewer Error: Event 153, nvlddmkm "The description for Event ID 153 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. The following information was included with the event: \Device\Video3 Error occurred on GPUID: 100 The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table" Event Logged: 26/03/2025 23:00:55 I've tried Driver rollbacks, Driver Display Uninstaller (DDU), Windows resets, Restart and Shutdowns on the PC, NONE have worked, same issue, always whenever I'm near the pit or entering, and I've reinstalled the game, nothing, other Intensive games such as Cities skylines 2 or Cyberpunk2077 have no issues, just F1 24 causing this issue, Even F1 23 is fine (BOTH installed Via EA, Not Steam), I used G-sync but I have tried it with it off aswell... even with minimal graphics settings. My game crashes everytime i play. I'm on Xbox series S and for example while driving the screen turns white but the sounds get stuck in one place and i can still see the data displayed, then after a few seconds the game crashes. When i launch the game again there is a report code in the pause menu, its not always the same one, last one was XHCX-RPSA-BKJS-GJJG. Happened multiple times last week I've tried: - Restarted my device - Updated my RTX 5070 Ti laptop graphics drivers - Verified game files via EA client Nothing works.
