Game doesn't accept input, leaving me stuck at the splash screen unable to play.
As title says. The game doesn't take inputs and hasn't since January. I have tried with both an Xbox elite series and PS4 dual shock. Using Bluetooth and usb connections, I have tried multiple usb ports. I have disabled Steam input in the steam settings. I have launched the game as administrator. I have created a new admin account on the PC and tried it. I have updated firmware and drivers. I have manually installed EA Anti cheat. I ha e calibrated the controller through Windows settings. I downloaded F1 24 a few days ago via XBOX Game Pass for PC, and every time I try open the game it immediately crashes after the loading popup finishes. No error log, nothing. I have tried countless methods to fix this but none have proved viable. I have verified my game files, ran the game as administrator, searched my computer for corrupted game files, repaired, reinstalled and updated the EA Anticheat multiple times, even going as far as redownloading the game twice. My WiFi is stable and I have a wheel connected to my PC. Along with this I have unplugged every USB device in my PC and yet still no prevail. I'm at a standstill and I can't access the EA Help live chat. Someone please help me out with this as I'm just trying to play the game.F1 24 Crash
When I launch F124 from EA app, it will show platform error launch fail most of the time. When I use a third-party app to launch F124, it bypasses EA app, but it still can't launch. The VR choosing window looks normal. But then, there will be a black screen and the game crashes. In task manager, it shows that F124 unresponsive for about 15 sec, and the game will crash. I've tried to reinstall EA app, F124, EA anticheat, updated GPU driver, closed Window Defender, edited pagefile, but nothing worked.No controller vibration (One year anniversary special)

(it's been a year) Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player and multiplayer and fanzone( if I mention that one will that trigger a keyword and flag this for urgent fixing. Quick explination, around a month or something ago, EA started the new fanzone, no issues before that, since then ive been praying before slamming my table, When starting and joing the league race, no issue, after the race is about to begin and we are in the tire selections, game says, Migrating Host and im kicked out. Saying everyone has left, (No one left, I got kicked out). Restarting my computer to see if the issue is fixed, and the game crashed due to a cache problem. Verifying files and it says 3 files failed verification and are reaqquired. Hopping on again, I succesfully log in, into the race, about to take control and the game kicks me out again, same issue. I've tried both ethernet and wireless, put myself into a DMZ. Now there is a bug similar posted 3 months ago, and no one has said anything, much to my dismay. I'm currently stumped on what to do. Clean boots seem to be more reliable but then fails after 1 race. 1 race. It's stupid and disapointing about how many issues I have with this game. I'm also assuming this would be an issue later in F1 25, so any help now would be a lot better. Everytime I attempt to run F1 24 or F1 25, I get an EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe APPCRASH. (See Video Attached) The crash in the video is silent (no prompt) but at times I get a prompt mentioning issues with EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe. When I launch EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe from windbg, I see that the EXE seems to be a amd64 binary, and my device is an arm based. Is there no EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe compatible with ARM64??
