Kyber Lightspeed Token Issue
CG_Meathead Sorry for the tag but the EA Help does not really provide any help. I purchased a Lightspeed Token and apparently something went wrong which then served me with crystals instead. I am not really after the crystals and would like to know how i could resolve this by swapping the crystals for the token. On behalf of my guild and as a TW officer Im reporting continuing crash and lagging of the game during the attack period. Im including you proof's. Gent's our players are furious and we need an answer and explanation for this continuing situation we are facing. I think the all community will like to read a honest reply and maybe a solution or a claim for our probably loss of this war. About 2 weeks ago, I submitted a ticket for a refund because I accidentally purchased the Empire Kyber LST on the webstore and immediately asked for a refund. I didn't use the token. I told them I can't even use it because I dont have any qualifying characters. I tried to explain how terrible their product is listed. It doesn't show the characters it would work for like in the game. it requires you to spend time memorizing tag information or creating some reference sheet. They all look the same. Its so much wrong with how these products are marketed to us. They refused to refund me and said it was my responsibility to know what I am purchasing. They didn't offer a alternative solution like crystals. They didn't even offer a "meet us halfway solution" like $5 or $10 worth of crystals. They didn't reply to any of my counter points. They just copy pasted "We cant refund you" over and over again. Someone else took over and did the same copy paste and closed the ticket so I couldn't respond. I am assuming this is suppose to be some kind of illusion that they tried? They just straight up took my money and trolled all the way to the bank. I have been spending $100+ a month on this game for over a year and I understand that isn't "whale" money but you would think they would have someone do some math and come to the conclusion that keeping $15 isnt worth losing a $100 subscription but I guess not. At this point, I wrote a legal notice of dispute and mailed it out because the time I wasted for what should have been a $15 refund is worth more than a $15 refund and I am heavily considering alternative actions because their terms of sale is intentionally deceitful and unfair which is how other people were able to circumvent these awful Terms of Sales and successful win lawsuits against similar immoral greedy companies. Not sure what the future holds, but one thing I know for sure is that EA will not get a single penny from me until a satisfactory relief is given to me. So im 2 weeks into trying to get EA to give me what I had already paid for, I have 100 screenshots from the 'ea help' in game, looks like I can only add 10 pics here tho, any1 else having this much trouble? Attached just a couple examples from the past 24hrs... all they do is constantly lie and gaslight, just making up stuff instead of giving my order... Pretend they're finally going to give me what's owed, then send me less than a 1000th of what I'm supposed to get and then act like it's my fault and go right back into asking for the same information I already sent them 100x a day for weeks now... Is all of EA like this for every1 else too? They know I purchased the 100$ pack of crystals from their webstore, the date, the time, the email, the game account... they already know everything, I've told dozens of these 'people' this over and over again... and they still keep asking me to send the same pics over and over, pics of proof of receipt, pics of their own webstore... It's like EA doesn't like money, because how many times do I have to share this and similar stories with everyone I know b4 they "FIX THEIR GAME"... it's bad enough they trying to make every1 quit, but they also want the few people remaining to not spend either? Looking at the many posts on the technical support forum, it's apparent that a good number of players, including me, paid for different LSBs and didn't receive them, but were still charged for them. Some of us received crystals as compensation, but I, and I'm assuming others too, didn't receive that either, so that's $20+ (depending on the LSB) that's basically been stolen by CG/EA. It's unacceptable for there to be complete silence from EA support on this issue. I want to issue a charge back on my credit card, but even though I have very probable cause, I know my account would still be banned without any investigation. Can we at the very least get a refund to our credit cards if you guys are not going to provide the LSB we purchased or anything else in compensation? Or even some sort of update on this issue at all? Hello, Long time player from Czech here. I have upgraded my Darth Talon to relic 3 and the game crashed! Upon restarting my Talon is still at relic 3 but when I want to upgrade to relic 4 an tablet saying that the character is not at the level for relics pops up…and also my talon is back at the 11/85 character shards 🤷♂️🤷♂️ it is very frustrating. Yesterday I did the first battle to unlock 4-Lom. I successfully completed the battle. As I was waiting for the battle to register, the game said it had to be restarted and that I had a 303 error. I restarted the game, expected to see the unlock screen for 4-Lom but it didn’t appear. I went back in to the event and it registered that I had won the tier but no shards were given to unlock him. Today it allowed me to do the first tier again, I successfully completed it, and again, no shards, but registered a successful attempt. How can I get this fixed? The EA help chat bot was less that helpful. They sent a message saying they fixed the issue with some assault battle but that was not what I was trying to get fixed. Need some help here. Is there a way to contact someone at CG directly to get this resolved? Thanks!21Views0likes0Comments
