Locked out Since August. Seeking Compensation.
I am Requesting, that the SWGOH team reach out to me to give me a few Lightspeed tokens as compensation for making me wait 7 months to fix a bug that I and several other people had mentioned. two of each 7 star Gear XIII lightspeed tokens would be nice, but I'm willing to Negotiate. Just for context, My brother was able to get over 20 characters to gear lvl XIII in the time I was locked out of the game. I would have gotten more due to the fact i played three times as much as him, so really 6-10 tokens is quite reasonable. Looking Forward to a response, MichaelKnowles08
Cal kestis lsb. Charged, but no bundle
Hello, I am experiencing an issue with a missing purchase in Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes. The payment was successfully charged through the EA web store, but I did not receive the content in-game. I have been stuck in a support loop for several days. The in-game chat does not respond, and creating a new case redirects me back to the same inactive chat. I have a problem with the fights in conquest event , as hard as I hit in any battle I can't win . The enemies reach near zero but they can't die. What can I do I am playing for Android phone and tablet the result is the same "time out you lost " . The same thing happens some times at the raid order 66 .
datacrons material missing (from inbox mail)
My data caches was almost full, so i didn't collect the expire dc material from inbox mail. But today i accidently click this datacron material mail，and collect all these caches and Deboss. I have prepared for the potential waste of some caches (potentially close to 20M),. But the point is "I didn't get any of it", not even the Deboss. I don't remember the exact number of these material, but i got pretty much old dc and i suppose that these inbox materials should at least allow me to level up a Lv8 dc right?. Yesterday I purchased the Rey lightspeed bundle but my game crashed and the characters never appeared in my roster. I contacted the help yesterday and they told me to wait 24 hours so I did and nothing happened. When I contacted them again today nobody has taken my ticket and it has been well over 36 hours at this point and I am quite frustrated. I’ve tried to restore my purchase multiple times but it hasn’t done anything. I purchased the bundle on the desktop version, and the bundle no longer appears in the store regardless of logging in on mobile or desktop. The purchase did give me a confirmation email and the money was taken out of my bank account. Posting this here in hopes that somebody will see this and be able to help me.
