unable to connect
Hi, I’m on an up-to-date version of Windows, but I haven't been able to access the game for a month now; it gets stuck at 80% during loading. I’ve already posted about this and tried everything over the past month, but I haven't received any technical response. I’m losing a lot of battles and dropping in the rankings; I often run out of time because it takes much longer on my phone, and I’m missing out on the PC login bonuses. What do you plan to do about this?
Profile theft
Someone has stolen my SW:GOH profile. Support isn't responding, and while I wait, an unknown person is playing and spending my resources. I still have access to the profile via the mobile app, but I can't link the game back to my profile—it keeps throwing an error. What should I do now?
conquest sector 5 boss fight hangs
I've started the very last boss of conquest twice and the PC game hangs each time. During an attack the unit stays in the middle space and everyone stays in their idle animation til the clock runs out. First time was JTR and second Maul. It allows me to forfeit so it's not fully frozen or crashed, it just won't allow me to continue and complete the battle.
Game crashing on PC Client
Hi, in the PC Client every time I try to get the BRONZIUM DATA CARD or the PC SPECIAL MISTERY CHEST the game crashes with the message: "PURCHASE FAILED Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your Internet connection, make sure the Platform Client is online and try again. Please see ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information". Its the only spot where i've got troubles. I've been battling in Conquest, Arena, simulating nods, etc. No issues when doing it in Mobile Client either.Dude....where's my shards?
I purchased the 12,990 crystal shard pack for Mara Jade shortly after she became available. I got 77 shards from this pack (horrible RNG...) and I should have been able to unlock her to 5 star (I hadn't claimed any other shards from episode pass or Mara event). When I was in her character screen, before I went to star Mara up, I noticed the level 0 icon was lit up (like it would be when we needed to level up a character to 85 using credits many moons ago). Out of curiosity I clicked this to see what would happen. The usual prompt would appear to level up Mara to level 85 costing 3mil credits and I clicked level up. Game crashed....I reopened the game and all of the 77 shards I purchased, gone! I contacted EA help who were expectedly useless. They said they could see from their end it was purchased successfully even though they confirmed I only had a 4 star Mara at this point (after claiming episode pass and doing what events I could). So due to this bug, I spent 13k crystals for nothing and I am losing out on the additional tiers of Mara's event.Game chrashes when I want to buy anything
Dear CG/EA employees, This happens every time when I want to buy the new episode pass or anything else. That function in the game just totally doesnt work for me anymore. Anything else in the game functions normally. Please fix this asap. I have tried to contact EA help within game but I don't really get a response. I'll miss out on a lot of shards like this..

не могу войти в веб магазин, у меня всего 2 почты, обе я пытался ввести, но выдает ошибку, месяц пытался решить проблему с поддержкой в игре, но без успешно, кроме как "надеемся что сейчас все хорошо" ничего дельного не пишут, в просьбе перепривязать аккаунт на другую почту отказали, самостоятельно перепривязать в игре не получается, при нажатии на "отвязать аккаунт еа" выдает ошибку 9.0, хотя с интернетом все в порядке
