I cant recieve the free era recovery crates
I returned to the game when Dedra Marquee was out, so yesterday in the Kessel Run, I got 3 free era recovery crates that I had claimed before 28 hours, and still haven't received them. I checked if they are in my inventory, and no, they aren't. Also, I have used restore purchases, and I checked my inbox. Hello, Because this happened to me for the second time I'm reporting. Issue: during Grand Arena fight, oppoment sudenly stops and didn't tak a turn. This stuck lasted whole 5 minutes resulting in lost battle with 0 points earned (first fight). Team of attacker wasted. I'm adding screens. Note: my network connection works perfectly. Would it be possible to investigate/ fix that? Might be quite annoying for players, who invest a lot of money to get top teams. I have this issue when i open the store from my PC its laggy and won't let me click on anything. I tried opening it through my phone and it works there, but when i try and make a purchase it says that my card couldn't be verified. I have made previous purchases with that card and there was no problem. Also for some reason the game stopped notifying me if i have unclaimed kessel run rewards, which i assume has some connection with the fact that I can't even open the kessel run (and the store in general) on my PC.22Views0likes0CommentsStolen money
Hey I posted a couple days ago about an episode pass I bought that never processed. I’ve tried all the solutions tech support gave me (press refresh purchase) and it didn’t work. I’ve waited for a few days for tech support to get back to me and nothing has happened. Hey! I purchased the episode pass like last week, and haven’t received anything for it! I’ve been talking to tech support from the minute I didn’t get rewards and haven’t gotten any progress unfortunately. Anyone else had a similar issue? Any admins on here that could help me out?
