Battles Crashing
I've had 3 combat missions crash after clearing the first phase during Territory Battle. Today I had a crash just as I was starting a GAC battle. TB crashes are sad as they hurt the guild but GAC crashes cost me crystals. Running on IOS 26.5 on ipad 9th generation. Tried clearing cache, reinstalling, rebooting.
Purchased zetas and Omni but got crystals
Got a weird pop up in game, one for 40 zetas and another for 25 omicrons. Both were $19.99. Both also said 2 available. Both times only gave 2800 crystals. Purchased through the in-game popular and it gave me crystals and not the mats. I don’t want the crystals, it’s not what I purchased. In game ai bot support is terrible. Pleases refund me $19.99 x 2 or grant me the 40 zetas and 25 omnicrons. My game Ally code is 911-181-313GAC Crashed on PC Mid Battle
Just updated to the new version and went into my GAC match up. Won my first round and then the game crashed 35 seconds into my SLKR taking on Jabba. First the game froze for 20 seconds, then the screen when completely black for a minute or two, finally it went white and windows gave me "Heros isn't responding" message. Restarted the game and of course I have lost the match. Didn't even get credit for the 2 toons I had already defeated. So much for winning this match up. I don't have the roster to toss away SLKR and beat an opponent with 2.5 million more GP.Game is really "buggy and balky"
For the last 6 days I have had nothing but crashes and freezes when I attempt to play the game. I also get a series of error messages telling me I have insufficient crystals (I have over 10k), not enough energy (untrue), or a poor internet connection (also untrue). I un-installed and re-installed the game, rebooted the game, ran malware and virus scans, cleared out memory, etc. all to no avail. When I try to claim the free chests at the SWGOH store, it tells me I can't because I don't have enough crystals for the free chest????? !!! I am able to log in and maybe complete one event at a time, but as soon as I complete the event, I have to restart the game, meaning it takes virtually all day to complete complete the daily events. I have been playing since the game started about 10,5 years ago, but never experienced this level of ongoing issues. I'm about ready to quit because it is no fun having the game continually freeze up and send error messages while trying to play.
