Problem with Apex money & packs
After the season 28 update I haven’t been able to access anything. The legend locker, challanges, events, passes, and store is locked. I can still play matches, and I’m still earning XP, levels, and packs but my entire bottom right half of the screen in the lobby is empty. I have a spotlight pass I just finished today that I can’t get the skin for, because everything is locked. The entire money and crafting medals in the top right corner says -9999 any tips? I’ve restarted my console and game over 20 times, and deleted and reinstalled the game. My network connection is fine, and my partner who is using the same WiFi, in the same room with me is having no issues whatsoever.5Views0likes0CommentsAccount glitch
Hello my account is still glitching. The currency’s are flashing non-stop. I can’t access the store. I can’t change any skins or badges/trackers. I can’t change any of my heirlooms that I’ve spent a lot of money on. My battle pass has been stuck on level 26 for DAYS now it won’t level up. I can only play the game. My stats are tracking though which makes me think it’s some sort of main menu ui bug. I have people commenting to me that their accounts have the same bug as mine. I just recently went to try to wishlist pack upgrade system they added in the breach season, everytime I try to buy the upgraded wishlist pack my game says there’s an error and then my credits and game all start buffering and I can’t get into anything other than games. The new season started a few hours ago. I tried to open the game a few times, but it gave an error. I tried everything, and finally, the game opened somehow. I decided to open 50 Apex packs and boosted it with 75k Legends tokens. I opened the packs, and a few seconds later, it gave a “server error” message. I waited, but it didn't work. I dealt over 4000 damage in a ranked match on February 8th using Mad Maggie on Nintendo Switch 2, but I did not receive the 4k damage badge. After returning to the lobby, the damage was not reflected in my stats. I believe that there is a problem happening in apex at the moment that involves the anti-cheat flagging people falsely for reasons like connections to the server and reconnecting to them after being disconnectedand then banning them for the reason of "Gameplay Enhancement" . A previous pro player Edam_FPS was recently banned twice and unbanned twice for the same reasons. i believe other people as far back as 2 months have been experiencing this issue and im unsure if EA or Respawn have any knowledge of its case. I was falsely banned myself on the 21st of Jan while i was in the firing range after a tdm match, i was simply aim training when the ban occured and the only things that i had open/used at the time of me playing was "Crosshair X", Steam Launcher settings: -dev -console -preload -novid -cl_forcepreload -high -fullscreen +fps_max 180 +mat_letterbox_aspectgoal 0 +mat_letterbox_aspect_threshold 0 +building_cubemaps 1 +cl_fovscale 1.7 i also had Aimlabs open at the time of the ban but ive used both apps before simultaneously and have had no issues prior. I have also used exitlag in the past with no issues of conflict with apex. I have already submitted my appeal from the ban but i am making this post to highlight the issue that many other players maybe experiencing at this time. i cannot account for their personal interactions with the game but the frequency and timings make it likely that others maybe getting falsely banned in the same manner.1.6KViews15likes95Comments
