The Client is not running the anti-cheat, or has failed the anti- cheat authentication. I was able to fix the issue one time by going to properties (apex legends file) compatibility tab - run this program as administrator. Same goes for the easyanticheat_eos_setup.exe properties-compatibility- check mark run as administrator - apply- ok. The next day I run apex I get the same error (the client is not running the anti-cheat. Will I have to run as administrator every time I run apex? I've Uninstalled and reinstalled apex legends in steam and in EA. Same issue. Please fix this issue.Can’t play
I have reset everything on my end and still can’t play a game. It loads me in, lets me chose a legend, sometimes I can even drop then it kicks me and says the server timed out. Deleted and downloaded Apex again, reset my router multiple times, ran connectivity tests on router and PS5 (all results are good the highest ping latency was 19ms after multiple tests), ran a patch cable from router to PS5, I restored the license for the downloaded game, I synced my game data storage with PS5s cloud for $79.99 a year, I’ve done everything possible to resolve this and my connection doesn’t seem to be the issue I was able to play other online multiplayer games such as Fortnite or Call of Duty with no problem. Someone at EA please reach out or at least inform me or the general public of the issue that appears to be with certain Apex servers.
Frequent Frame Drop and game instability
I had frequent frame rate instability and complete crashes. By complete crashes I mean my whole computer will shut down mid game and reboot. When I check Event Viewer to see was the reason i get this File System Filter 'EasyAntiCheat_EOSSys' (Version 10.0, 2025-07-28T21:13:02.000000000Z) does not support bypass IO. Supported features: 0x4. This not a performance issue as I've previously maintained 170fps with fluctuations. has anyone had similar issues and knows of any fixes?Constantly getting "Code: Over"
Hello, for the past 2 days I've been constantly disconnecting from my ranked and pub games. First it, disconnects me from the game and goes back to the main menu and shows "Code: Net" and I try to reconnect but it doesn't let me and then it says "Code: Over" after trying again. It puts me back to the lobby but it subtracts RP points and gives me leaver penalty after the game ends. I've tried verifying through steams, and I've also redownloaded the game. Please. Help.
Game crashes constantly
Hi I am pretty sure i see alot of similar issues, but my game crashes at the same point everytime. I can hand around in the lobby forever without any issues. As soon as i get a game and get to legend select screen it gives a quick splash screen then freezes up and I have to hard close the game. I have updated everything. Dl'd Apex on diffrent platforms and did all the suggestions available online. I was still able to play this morning untill about the afternoon then it started. Please assist of comment if anyone has the same issue so I just know i am not going crazy Thank you O yes I am on PCAll modes unplayable. Error code:net
I get kicked from all modes within a minute of loading in. I've attached a screen shot of the error code. It's been going on for 3-4 days now. Lobby still functions as it should. I believe the problem started after opening some gifts sent from friends. It was 2 sets of tracker art. For what it's worth, I've read others who had similar problems after receiving these gifts so maybe it's originating from there. Hope this helps. Plz fix this bug so we can all enjoy the game again.Disconnection from games
While playing any game mode I am disconnected from the server in round 2. When at the main menu I receive an error code of code:net and on other occasions sh_challenge a problem connecting to game logic. This issue only started Thursday evening and every other game works fine. This happens with both my Xbox X and Xbox one.
