As for this, that would of been the very last thing I'd suggest you try, as that would of required you to reset your PC, set the PC back up, and then reinstall your programs, apps, games, etc., (I've been there, done that, and I didn't like it).

When you had reinstalled Windows, which kind of reinstall did you do? (Was it a complete reinstall, was it a system reset using a version of Windows already on your PC, was it an "in-place upgrade" from Microsoft's website, etc.)

Note: If you didn't fully, (or correctly), reinstalled Windows, we can go into more details on how to do so, (you can also contact Microsoft Support and ask an agent to walk you through the process of reinstalling Windows, (you may need an 8GB flash drive at the ready to preform the Windows reinstall)).

When it comes to game files, these two typically don't cause corrupted files, (those two only ever cause issues if the GPU isn't able to read/write a file or the AV is blocking a file, (sometimes an issue can be caused by both)).

While you can launch the game by directly running the "start_protected_game" exe file, it isn't necessary, (and you should use a launcher, (such as the EA App, Steam, or Epic), to run the game instead.

Furthermore, I do get this error too, although for me, it randomly happens and I'm either able to keep on playing, or it crashes the game and forces me to restart, (while not requiring a repair or reinstall the game, as I can continue to play the game as normal).

Something I do when I get errors like this, is that I would repair my PC's system files, which is done by running a few console commands:

• Open the Command Prompt in administrator mode
• Type: "DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth" (without the quotes), and wait for it to finish.
  Note: "DISM" stands for "Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool", and it often repairs Microsoft related files, (such as issues with Window apps). Some problems with the next file checker can only be fixed after running this one first.
• Now type: "sfc /scannow" (without the quotes), and wait for it to finish.
  Note: "sfc" stands for System File Checker. This one will repair system files, (such as important Windows drivers).
• Lastly, restart your PC.
  
  

Lastly, you also had provided a DxDiag log, (which your PC seems to be in order), so my guess is that there is some level of system corruption on the PC itself or that the game is facing some bugs, (which I had let the Community Managers know about it, so they can report the issue to Respawn).

When it comes down to your PC's drivers for the GPU/CPU, etc. the only thing that comes to mind right now would be to update your PC's drivers, (however that is something you had already tried), but have you tried downgrading your drivers yet?

If further help is needed, I do have a few questions not covered by the DxDiag log and information you had provided:

• Are you running the game through the EA App, Steam, or Epic?
• Have you tried running the game through another launcher? (If playing through the EA App, have you tried playing from Steam?, etc.)
• Do you use any custom launch options to run the game?
  
• When you had reinstalled the game, did you clear the game's cache and any other left over files during the uninstall process? (Its possible that when you had reinstalled the game, it kept and reused some files that may had caused the problem).
  > Note: These files should be stored here: "C:\Users\(Your User Here)\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex", (if there are any files here when you uninstall Apex, I suggest backing them up prior to deleting them incase the issue doesn't resolve itself, (and to restore your keybinds and your game settings as those can also be found here)).

yeah i tried to make flash card, but tool didn't work on my pc

well i tried the newest driver, driver from december 24, driver from... aprill, i think. And one that was on my pc before thats all (probably previous one).

Yep, i tried, when i use steam i have this error after intros, but when i used EA App i got this error right on the start

I didn't clear this folder, but i think reinstalling of windows should have helped. But I'll try to reinstall this way and write result later
Lastly i want to say, i was on EA Help but there are only some articles about errors with suggestions like "repair game", may be i'm blind and there is true support, but I didn't find it. If there is for real no support  i don't understand why they did it, and i think EA Help is useless this way.

From what it looks like, the issue appears to be with the game itself, (which as mentioned above, I did let the Community Managers know about the issue).

Hopefully Respawn can look into and resolve this issue soon!
