Hello EA Community, I’m experiencing an urgent issue with my EA SPORTS FC™ 25 account, which was mistakenly banned after I was repeatedly prompted to reset my password while trying to log into the Companion App. Here’s a summary of what happened: I attempted to log into the FIFA 25 Companion App multiple times but kept receiving prompts to reset my password. I followed the instructions and reset my password 2-3 times as advised by the system, but after the third reset, I was banned from the account entirely. Since the latest update, my FC 25 game keeps crashing every time I try to play. Before the update, everything was working fine, but now I can't even get though a match without the game closing by itself. I've tired restarting my system, verifying game files, and reinstalling the game, but nothing works. This issue is making the game completely unplayable and I've seen other players reporting the same problem. EA, please look into this and provide a fix ASAP!. hello Can I start a ticket with the ea support team? I would like to try rush since it looks like a fun mode, also there are some objectives locked into it… my game crashes 100% of the time after teammates and an opponent are found (which takes a really long time anyways!). Then I get a DNF penalty. i took a video the most recent time this happened, so if I can open a ticket with the support team, I could share the video and the recurring error would be very clear and easy to identify. playing in nintendo switch. All other modes work fine. thanks 🙏
Squad Battles crash FC25
Can anyone help me with this problem please? I can play normally in other modes like Rush, Rivals and Friendlies in FUT. But whenever i start a SB match, the game automatically shutdown. It doesn't matter what device i play on, there is the same problem. Could it be anything related my account?Unable to get into the game
Ever since the recent update to my nvidia driver and the recent update to FC25 my game is bugged out. it will start the game but then start glitching out and flash different colors. It lets me get to the main menu but i cant control or see any words on the menu. i tried FC24 and it worked completely fine can you guys pleasee look into this bug i have alot of hours on this game. i run a Ryzen 7 with a 3060 graphics card the game should run fine. this is completely wasting my money that i spent on this game
