Well, now it's official
The people that decide the OBJ are, let's say, not very good at their job. Just got disconnected 3 times in the South American League, an objective that requires you to win 60% of your games in order to complete the OBJ. That's 12 wins in 20 games and now 3 of them, or 15%, are gone due to EA servers being crap. And it's not like I lost my internet connection or even my connection to PSN, nope it was JUST EA servers. The first two happened even before kickoff, got past the team screen and then nothing. the third one was at halftime as I was leading 1-0. Of course those disconnects were promptly followed by EA's disconnection threat (sorry "disconnection warning") about not "leaving" games. Whoever decided the 12 wins out of 20 needs to get fired NOW! Or even worse they should be made to play the game because I have a feeling none of them do.Disconnecting
Ive been getting kicked out my game so many times and even while im doing sncs it will send me back to the main menu and say u lost ur connection. Ive tried everything it isnt my wifi its the game im not sure what problem is causing this please fix ea have lost tons of games because of this bs.
Season pass/objectives
I've recently completed the last seasonal objectives and got my last sp points however when i went to the season pass to claim my last rewards it said "maximum hourly sp cap reached". Since i did much more objectives in one day and never experienced a cap this was weird. I went back to the objectives tab maybe i could claim the points again but no, they were already claimed. So what happened. I went on forums to see if anyone had the same issues and turns out that yes, and it's happening for months and customers service keeps telling to all of the people that this will be solved soon but they don't know a specific time and this is going on for months as I've seen over the internet. This happened to me last night. I also wrote a ticked in the first ticket they said the same i have to wait bla bla they don't know until when. The next ticket i specifically said i paid for those rewards i used real money to play the game. I was playing the demo and i like it so i used real money to play the full game and season pass is a part of the full game so i would like to receive my rewards i paid for. The second ticket i sent them i actually talked on the chat with the support and they said they can't help me i have to wait and then he closed my case saying "no fix available" . This scam from ea is going on forever i can see and they don't willing to help us until we take legal actions. I even talked to a third guy and said the second guy closed my case saying he doesn't have a solution and the third guy also said he is closing my case there is no fixing. I attached the proof of how corrupt EA is and their Indian scammer customer service Mr. Kunj and Mr.AkshayK . They have no solution for this but they also not handing out the packs and this is a total scam in their policy.
controller problem in rivals
hi so recently i reinstalled my windows 10 , but came with a cost , In rivals the controller doesn't work as it should, I enter a rivals match, the controller works for 5-7 seconds while I have the ball and suddenly it doesn't take my command, sometimes I run I lose the ball and the controller gets stuck and it takes my run command without me pressing it and it stays stuck for a long time, I have a ps5 controller. Sometimes when I start with the ball I pass and it doesn't let me go with the player but it lets me pass. I can play squad battles and kick off with the controller only in rivals it has problems.Javelin Anticheat crashes my game
