"From CD Keys to Digital Days: My Journey with The Sims 3"
As a long-time fan and supporter of The Sims franchise,I truly appreciate the creativity,freedom,and uniqueness that these games offer.The Sims 3,in particular, holds a special place in my heart.Over the years,I've spent countless hours enjoying its rich gameplay and detailed customization options. With the shift to digital platforms and newer updates like version 1.69,it's clear that EA has worked to make The Sims 3 more compatible with modern systems.This version helps eliminate many of the old issues,such as launcher problems,login errors,or CD key verifications,which often troubled users of the physical versions. However,many dedicated fans, including myself,still own and cherish the original CD versions.It's unfortunate that these older copies can sometimes face limitations or connection errors,even when we have legally purchased and supported the game from the beginning.I believe that continued support for CD versions,or a more flexible transition to digital,would be a great way to honor the loyal player base. While The Sims 4 offers new features,its aesthetic and emotional depth—especially with mods or paid content—feels different from the charm and freedom of The Sims 3.I fully support original games and continue to stay loyal,but I deeply miss playing The Sims 3 freely,without technical or internet-related issues. This isn't a complaint or criticism,but rather a hopeful message from someone who loves The Sims series and wants to see it remain accessible and enjoyable for everyone—newcomers and longtime players alike. I once wished for a little puppy...but instead, I discovered The Sims 3 Pets.And even after five years,it was one of the most wonderful experiences I’ve ever had.❤️🦋That 90's thread
Hey everyone. 😊 Since this year marks my 40th birthday ( 🤯 ) I've been feeling rather nostalgic...missing my younger days in what I would call the greatest decade ever: the 1990's. 💙💚💛 Some of the best years of my life were in the 90's (apart from meeting the love of my life in 2006) and I wanna keep some of the best of the 1990's (as well as early 2000's - I'll allow it 👍🏻) alive in our Sims 3 games. So that's why I've created this thread. A place where we can share any kind of cc out there that screams 1990's (early 2000's)! 😁 Now some of you might be thinking, "Emorrill, there's already 1990's styles in the Sims 3." True... But NOT ENOUGH! 😜 I know there's plenty of y'all on here that share my love of the 90's, so if you have or happen upon any kind of cc out there that's 1990's (early 2000's) related - hairstyles, clothing, furniture, make-up styles (outlined lips anyone? 😛) - please share it on here. And bookmark this thread! Over the years I've found a couple of cc hairstyles that resemble it quite nicely (and now they are lost to the internet), but I think this is the best one still available so far that I've found. ...who find it difficult to make a New Sim? 😎 I'm starting a new Challenge, just for myself. I wanted a new Sim. So I opened CAS and picked the first one. Naw, Not interested. :( I checked my Saved Sims and found one from years ago the game generated and I edited. He's cute. 😄 I wanted a Female. After editing the face and checking back to male, it was too bland if she has sons. :( Back to random! I edited her to make something new and ended up with nearly the same FACE I always make. 🤭 Random, random, random... No, no, no. So, why not my favorite Sim just edited a bit more. Fine! The same Sim I've enjoyed playing for years - slightly edited. Until 😺 In Game! (my computer isn't great) I laughed because she looks so surprised. Not the Sim for me. 🤔 Back to my favorite. Meet Ainsley. Don't ya love the view? A Rags2Richs on the beach start. I noticed the rules don't prohibit going to University nor going into the future Such easy money into the future... But NO. You're going to fish, Girl. You're going to struggle a bit. Do you find it has hard to get a new Sim as I do? 💖💚 *Since I see so many Adorable Sims posted, I guess I'm in a small group of Simmers. 🤳

Been gone quite a while, but am here once more! So much has changed-number one thing is my pic is a boy lol! I'm just starting over here, so I'll have to haunt the forums to find what I need.. Mostly the tutorials. I tried uploading Astarion, Gale, and Shadowheart from Bauldur's Gate 3-and it goes through the motions, but it never shows up in my studio. Not sure why this is! Does anyone know where I can find a camisole that works as an accessory?
I'm not having much luck in finding this myself. I am trying to find a camisole that would work as an accessory. There are quite a few dresses and tops that have necklines that are just way too low, so my sims will never wear those. Years back I did have one in the game, but that computer died with everything on it, thus losing everything at that time. Does anyone know where I can find a camisole that works as an accessory?
