DLC Cars not showing up as available to purchase in Garage
I recently purchased the Game of The Year edition of DiRT Rally 2.0 on Xbox having previously been playing through the EA Play vault for the prior few days only to find that none of the DLC cars are showing up as available to purchase in the garage of the career mode, this is preventing the possibility of taking part in numerous daily/weekly/monthly events as well as preventing the ability to unlock some of the achievements in game. The DLC works in other game modes both in terms of cars and stages/rallycross tracks but is not functioning in career. To this point I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the DLC and the actual game but to no avail, is there any way to resolve this problem? Thanks, bg602

Online Pass availability on Dirt and GRID games, server shutting down *UPDATED*
Hello fellow EA community. I write this post due to several issues regarding these Codemasters "legacy" games. Recently it was known that various Dirt and GRID games are going to be shut down on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, including: Dirt 3, Grid 2, Grid Autosport and Dirt Showdown on March 2026. But this comes with two problems: 1st problem: The Online Passes or also known as "VIP Passes", are no longer available on those storefronts. Well, ofc, the Xbox Live Marketplace for Xbox 360 is already gone, so unfortunately is no longer there. But on PlayStation Store, they're not. And they haven't been for a long time since Codemasters (when still independent prior to EA acquisition) delisted them. 2nd problem: The codes on physical copies, including brand new, sealed copies of the game were made expired, meaning that they're useless nowadays, even if it had a expiration date of 2027 to put an example. Similar to the massive shut down of the old F1 Codemasters games back in 2023-2024, Codemasters support stated persistently that the online passes couldn't be sold again because of "licensing issues". The thing, is the online pass are just a single use token that grants users access to online features. They don't grant access to Ferraris or Citroën cars, which is mistakenly thought so by Codemasters support guys. The "licensed content with issues" would be those DLC vehicles or circuits, but not a online pass. I mean come on. This is a post made with the intention of asking Codemasters or EA if they can reinstate, at least for one last time those online passes onto the PlayStation Store, or make these codes on brand new copies redeemable and possible to use. I expect the same "licensing issues" answer, or that "PlayStation 3 Store infrastructure is old and this content cannot be added again". Hoping a sooner answer or clearance about this information. UPDATE, 23 September 2025: Hello again, I come to edit this thread because now EA, on the name of hypochrisy has fast forwarded the closure of the servers to november of this year. The original meant dates for March 2026 have been forwarded to November 2025. This is absolutely stupid. If you stated that they were closing on March 2026, then THAT'S THE DATE THEY MUST CLOSE. But instead, seemingly because I'm the only guy asking for the online passes availability, you probably said "Yeah, this guy's asking for things we aren't gonna add again, let's move the closure dates for the sake of money and let the PS3/Xbox 360 die already". It's a shame that NOBODY from Codemasters or EA it's able to reply to one single discussion where a user KINDLY ASKS FOR A ONLINE SERVICE THAT SEEMS YOU DON'T EVEN CARE ABOUT. At this point just add the online passes back again to the PlayStation Store on PS3 and stop being like that, stop making online trophies/achievements unobtainable because of single-use online access tokens that cannot be get anymore, honestly, because this is hypochrisy at level 99 percent. Just because you thought, "Oh, March 16 2026 it's too much time", yeah sure. Listen to the community once for God's sake.
Information Request regarding Dirt 4/Rally
THIS IS ABOUT DIRT 4 AND DIRT RALLY First off i want to say that Codemasters redirects ALL Support Request to EA's Support Forums, no Matter what Game (As you can see here: Contact Us - Codemasters - Racing Ahead ) I KNOW this is the Dirt Rally 2.0 Forum, but since Codemasters Support doesnt exist anymore (Support E-Mails disabled) and EA Livechat only sends me here even though he KNEW IM NOT ASKING ABOUT DIRT RALLY 2.0, i really do not care that this is the wrong Forum, because its literally the ONLY Place on this Planet where i can ask about this. Now onto my actual Questions: Im in a Community of Achievement Hunters. Yesterday we found out that EA is sneak shutting down the Servers of both DIRT 4 and DIRT RALLY without a proper Announcement from neither Codemasters, nor EA. I want to know the following: -What is affected by the mentioned Shutdown? Is it just the PvP Part (Playing Races LIVE with other Players at the same Time) Or are the Leaderboards and Daily/Weekly/Monthly Events also affected by this? -Any Chance the Achievements that will become unobtainable by this can have a Requirement Change so they can be obtained offline, or be removed etc. Just SOMETHING so they arent forever unobtainable. -If both PvP and Events are removed, is there any Chance to postpone this for a certain Time so People that where caught Offguard, can still try to accomplish the Achievements? Let me mention again, Codemasters Support does not exist anymore, do not tell me to ask them, because they put this Burden to answer upon you (EA) and disabled every Possibilty to contact them. In addition to our already-existing anti-cheat measures, we have made some recent improvements on our backend to detect fraudulent activity. One of those improvements has been enhancements of our support for Valve Anti-Cheat (VAC), for the Steam version of the game. For more information on VAC please see this article. If you're using third party modifications for DiRT Rally 2.0 (such as liveries or cameras) on Steam, please check with the mod's creator that any modifications made do not trigger VAC. Codemasters or EA can not provide technical support on any queries made regarding usage of third party modifications. Usage of these mods is entirely at your own risk. Additionally, if you come across any trainers or similar exploitative software online, please let us know by creating a case on Help EA so that the VAC database can be improved upon.
How to amend the email address of my codemasters account
Dear team, I have a huge complaint about getting assisted from the EA support. I recently bought dirt rally 2.0 and wanted to login to my account (racenet mentioned ingame) My codemasters account was registered under an email that I don't use anymore, I have deleted that email account ages ago. I am trying almost all night to find out how to amend my email address of my codemasters account in here https://accounts.codemasters.com/account/update . I can login with my old credentials, but this is wrong, I want to be able to use my current email address. I can not edit the email address in there by myself, there is no option. I went to the ea chat support and spend 2 hours in there, talked with 3 agents, who didn't have a clue at all, one of them couldn't understand anything from what I was writing to them and they were stuck that I wanted to amend my EA account's email which wasn't the case. The other one actually asked me what is racenet and then they provided me with a link that was leading into a site with horses (lol) and asked me to just log in and edit my email. Then they provided me with this link https://www.codemasters.com/contact-us/?region=usa in order to contact the codemasters support, guess what, the link https://www.codemasters.com/support inside that page redirects to EA in order to provide me support.... EA acquired codemasters but then unable to provide support for their older games... Worst customer service experience ever. So please tell me, who I am supposed to contact in order to get assisted?
