Events and Draft Modes - Not Tracking Wins Correctly - No Rewards Given
Anyone else running into this issue where WINS are not tracking correctly in EVENTS, specifically the Solo Gone Pro events (was also affecting Homegrown, Record Breakers, & Eggstra) and DRAFT mode What If? event? It will ONLY count the first win, no matter how many games you win. This first started with the Record Breakers events around 6 weeks ago. I opened a ticket with EA Help and on this forum. The case was closed on April 7th. No resolution. I opened another case today with EA Help. They acknowledge this is a known issue and they are working to resolve. I hope this is the case, but I am skeptical about the timeliness of this issue being resolved, especially since I would like to earn the rewards and tokens that you are ONLY able to earn through these specific events/modes. EA Help always ask to check the forums - I ask that if anyone else on this forum is experiencing this issue to please COMMENT on this thread to help bring more attention to the EA Moderators and Dev teams. "Unable to connect to servers" when logging on
For over a week now every time I login I get hit with "unable to connect", or "you have lost connection to the server". I have to close app and just try again over and over. Eventually I get in, but sometimes takes like 10+ tries. Is this happening to anyone else?3v3 squads not working
Me and my friends like to play 3v3 squads but the game will not allow it. Forever loading screens when it finds a match, it even makes a little noise when we know it’s not gonna connect us to the game. All three of us can get on a completely different game and have no issues. Is this just a server issue?
Mirage promo still broken among others
I’ve already chatted with customer service and was told the Mirage promo issue is being looked into, but wins still are not counting correctly. At this point it is hard to have confidence EA will actually resolve it properly. I’m honestly embarrassed by how much real money I’ve invested into CUT while basic promo functionality continues to break. This could be handled easily by issuing the Cris Collinsworth card to affected players, but instead we get the same generic responses every time. The bigger issue is this is not new. The Sunday Alumni event requiring 20 players has not tracked correctly for months either. Problems keep stacking up, communication stays vague, and players are expected to keep spending and hoping things work next time. I’ve defended this mode for a long time, but this is probably the last pack I buy with real money.EA is a joke!
After giving them loads of information about an email I do not have access to anymore after an hour I got told nothing we can do. After giving my twitch. Discord Ip address the email that is connected to my Ps5. Showing my last login on and my last purchase. But they are quick to let you spend money on this game! I will not ever buy another EA game. I've tried everything on EA help and nothing works. Started yesterday and I keep getting the Connection Lost screen and Our servers cannot process your request at this time. My Event wins have also not been tracking for months now. Using the AI chat leads nowhere and just leads you in circles with no solution.Unable to connect to EA servers
I was just playing some CFB duos with a buddy of mine and I went to check the catalog for a player and the game kicked me off the server completely and i now can’t log back in? How come I cannot connect to EA servers on madden and/or CFB but I can load into any other game that isn’t made by EA on my Xbox atm? why are these servers so cooked? This company infuriates me beyond everything imaginable. I simply don’t understand how their servers consistently are down/broken/slow while others perform far better? a multi BILLION dollar corporation and they can’t even invest the time and money to make their servers better. this has been the worst year for it especially. I’ve been playing madden and CFB for as long as I can remember but this is the icing on the cake for me. After grinding out, spending money on a product I genuinely enjoy playing just for them to constantly disappoint me is immeasurable. I am not buying 27 or anything from EA until they either drastically improve or they give up their rights. this is ridiculousNever buying CFB again
What a terrible game. The builders and the EA have to be lazy. Taking Ls on desyncs (keep in mind I’m 16-0 in the gauntlet when it happens. Can barely play CUT squads- wouldn’t bet my life against possibly getting stuck in a loading screen or one of us disconnecting. EA wanted to penalize me and take $300k since I sold my team on my alt (a team I worked for) and put it on my main, but they can desync me and rob me from winning it back. Not to mention the endless waste of training on pulling the same cards that ain’t worth anything. The games just terrible. Not buying next years game because I know it will be the same trash game. I’m sure most people would agree. Wake up EA.
