Mirage event
It’s now 6:55pm CST. I started at 6:00pm playing the Information Redacted event. I’ve played and won all four games, but I’ve been credited for just one win. Please help me with this issue. Especially, since it happens on almost every event. The only event that’s counted correctly is the Season 8 Solo Season 95-99, and I believe the only reason it works is because it only one game to end the event (win or lose). Can the Mirage event please counted like solo season event, so I (we) can earn the rewards owed from investing time in this game. I played boss round 3 of the college football ultimate team “draft” what if event and one the game 7-6. As I clocked return to hub to collect my rewards ( the 96 plus what if pack & 93 plus pack) I was kicked back to main menu of college football 26 and in the bottom corner it says sign into EA. I have the video showing my score and proof I won but it has counted as a loss and I was not granted my proper reward and also bumped down to round 1 when I was a few games away from the 99 what if player. I need the fixed ASAP. I have been grinding day and night putting time and effort into this game to get the 99 LTD Calvin Johnson and those rewards would have gotten me closer. This is not right and I need this corrected!!!EA is a joke!
After giving them loads of information about an email I do not have access to anymore after an hour I got told nothing we can do. After giving my twitch. Discord Ip address the email that is connected to my Ps5. Showing my last login on and my last purchase. But they are quick to let you spend money on this game! I will not ever buy another EA game. They are a joke!
Events and Draft Modes - Not Tracking Wins Correctly - No Rewards Given
Anyone else running into this issue where WINS are not tracking correctly in EVENTS, specifically the Solo Gone Pro events (was also affecting Homegrown, Record Breakers, & Eggstra) and DRAFT mode What If? event? It will ONLY count the first win, no matter how many games you win. This first started with the Record Breakers events around 6 weeks ago. I opened a ticket with EA Help and on this forum. The case was closed on April 7th. No resolution. I opened another case today with EA Help. They acknowledge this is a known issue and they are working to resolve. I hope this is the case, but I am skeptical about the timeliness of this issue being resolved, especially since I would like to earn the rewards and tokens that you are ONLY able to earn through these specific events/modes. EA Help always ask to check the forums - I ask that if anyone else on this forum is experiencing this issue to please COMMENT on this thread to help bring more attention to the EA Moderators and Dev teams. I've tried everything on EA help and nothing works. Started yesterday and I keep getting the Connection Lost screen and Our servers cannot process your request at this time. My Event wins have also not been tracking for months now. Using the AI chat leads nowhere and just leads you in circles with no solution.Unable to connect to EA servers
I was just playing some CFB duos with a buddy of mine and I went to check the catalog for a player and the game kicked me off the server completely and i now can’t log back in? How come I cannot connect to EA servers on madden and/or CFB but I can load into any other game that isn’t made by EA on my Xbox atm? why are these servers so cooked? This company infuriates me beyond everything imaginable. I simply don’t understand how their servers consistently are down/broken/slow while others perform far better? a multi BILLION dollar corporation and they can’t even invest the time and money to make their servers better. this has been the worst year for it especially. I’ve been playing madden and CFB for as long as I can remember but this is the icing on the cake for me. After grinding out, spending money on a product I genuinely enjoy playing just for them to constantly disappoint me is immeasurable. I am not buying 27 or anything from EA until they either drastically improve or they give up their rights. this is ridiculousNever buying CFB again
What a terrible game. The builders and the EA have to be lazy. Taking Ls on desyncs (keep in mind I’m 16-0 in the gauntlet when it happens. Can barely play CUT squads- wouldn’t bet my life against possibly getting stuck in a loading screen or one of us disconnecting. EA wanted to penalize me and take $300k since I sold my team on my alt (a team I worked for) and put it on my main, but they can desync me and rob me from winning it back. Not to mention the endless waste of training on pulling the same cards that ain’t worth anything. The games just terrible. Not buying next years game because I know it will be the same trash game. I’m sure most people would agree. Wake up EA.
