Hello I was doing the 2025-26 season preview college kickoffs week 3 challenger 10 and no matter how many ball carrier moves I do it does not count on Xbox. I’m missing several experience points and several trophies for season two. I am also missing a few premium rewards after purchasing the premium rewards field pass for season two. I’m also missing several BND 84+ overall fantasy packs that I earned in season two. XP in season two does not seem to be counting when I complete objectives. I am missing event rewards for CFB26 CUT. First, i never missed a login day but i only ever got enough upgrade tokens to make sam boettcher 86 OVR instead of 87. Also, the gameday celebration. i am missing the XL locker for 30 wins (Scrimmage Solo or Gameday H2H) and the 88 TE BND Tanner Koziol for completing all of the Gameday Celebration objectives. The event wasn't tracking wins properly. It didn't register a win every few games or so. For example, i had to win 11 games to complete the "Win 6 Gameday H2H" objective. When the Gameday Celebration series of objectives expired earlier today, it was saying i was still at 28 of 30 wins as the only remaining objective even though i had won about 36-38 games (between Gameday H2H and Scrimmage Solo). The event had registered all of the other ones as complete (150 passes, 60 rush TD, 20 INT, etc..), but the "Win Games" wasn't tracking properly. Did not receive the College Kickoff upgrade token for today (8-22). I restarted game and PS5. Played a few other games in between and also cleared my cache and checked for updates. Just played a game in the NOTG event. When I got done with game and exited to menu, it defaulted as if I quit out mid game. Was given a loss, and none of the stats counted toward anything. No where is this bundle labeled BND nor does it say BND anywhere. I bought this thinking it was a fair buy as I do not purchase BND bundles or packs. So you can imagine my frustration and anger when I open this and it is indeed BND. I basically got mislead and lied to because I rely on descriptions to tell me what I'm buying and it said nothing about anything BND. I feel completely ripped off and taken advantage of, it sad a company like EA has to mislead players and trick us into buying microtransactions and that's exactly what happened I got tricked thinking none of this was BND and it was. I am posting this to warn other players and potentially drive change for the better. Today I was flagged for coin distribution. My market access was removed and more than 3,000,000 coins were wiped. Those coins took months to earn. I did not buy or sell coins and I did not use any off platform transfers. I buy low and sell high inside the market. The problem is the process. An automated system makes these calls with no human review. Player visible sales history is not available this year, so I cannot even show my own log. There is a time sensitive Locker promo running, so every day I am locked out is another loss. This is extremely frustrating when we pay to play the game, and even if they accept my appeal which 100% should happen they refuse to compensate for the coins, players, promos, etc.. that I'll miss in the meantime. Then I get this spill about what I did, and the ethics of it even though I 1000% didn't do what this bot claims is infuriating. I agree with the message, but EA should do a better job of sending it to people that are actually doing these things. EAs policies that let bots auto ban people are horrible and damaging. I shouldn't be punished for being good at flipping cards on the AH, and neither should anyone else. It also will devalue my teams worth drastically even if reversed. All my players get cheaper every time a new promo is released and they never compensate for that part. You shouldn't give such power to robots when it effects us so greatly. Sure, get them to flag accounts, but a human needs to review such large decisions. What I am asking EA to do 1. require a human to review every case before any ban or coin removal, as even when it's reversed via appeal it makes us lose out on tons of coins, promos, limited time cards, and much more. 2. restore access and return coins and items when no proof is provided for said violations. Provide evidence so players can properly dispute the bots claims. 3. give players a way to request their own sales logs. We had our past sales visible in CFB 25, and I wish they'd bring it back. It was helpful for flipping cards and knowing what sold. It would also help prove our sales were within terms of service. Now, we have no way to show our history. 4. Give players a chance to provide proof of their actions. It's not fair for us to not have a chance to at least answer a few questions or something. This would eliminate nearly all false bans, however it would also require an actual employee to correspond with us instead of an auto ban capable bot. Customer relations used to be a thing that mattered more. If this has happened to you, reply with your date and outcome. Keep it civil and please upvote so a community manager sees it. This really needs to be addressed as we move further into an AI controlled environment. Ai would be great for them to flag accounts, but a human needs to provide at least final approval before severly restricting their player base. Didn’t receive win in CFB Kickoff event
I won game 5 of the event and afterwards the game didn’t count. The person didn’t leave the game we played till clock hit 0. I thought maybe it was just a glitch so i play and win another game and it gave me the win for game 6 but not for game 5. I have played about five games in the referenced mode so far this weekend. In two of my games, I beat my opponent with scores of 35-7 and 28-0. I accumulated a good amount of the required stats (interceptions, completions, etc.) to unlock the free 85 TE. However, when returning to the lobby, I did not receive any progression for these wins. Its almost like every other game is not counting. The CFB26 ultimate team is now showing wins / losses ect for any player not in the top 100. Our individual stats are blank on the bottom on the screen.
