Wild Hearts won’t launch - EA app error (“error on our end”)
When launching Wild Hearts via Steam, I get: "There was an error on our end." I already tried: - Clearing EA app cache - Reinstalling EA app - Restarting PC - Re-logging Steam & EA EA app opens fine, but the game fails to launch. Platform: Steam (PC) Is this a server/account issue?

Please HELP!!!... I really want to like this game, but I can't even play it because I keep getting a black screen every time I try to start the game. I looked for a solution to this issue online, but nothing worked. Admittedly, my computer is old, but it should still be just enough to run the game. i bought the game and i already played half of the game with my friend. One day i opened the game and it says to me purchase the game which i cannot buy. Hello EA team and players, I’ve already seen a thread requesting Russian subtitles, but I’d like to emphasize this not just as a language request — it’s an accessibility problem. Russian is spoken by over 200 million people across multiple countries (Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Latvia, etc.). Split Fiction is a story-driven game, and without subtitles or interface translation, millions of players cannot follow the plot at all. This goes beyond localization — it’s about equal access for everyone. Please, forward this issue to the Localization and Publishing teams. Thank you for understanding.
Split Fiction - Suggestions
Subtitles size adjustment: I'd be great to have control over subtitles size. At least playing on 4K, I found it really small and difficult to read. Camera auto rotation: "camera assistance" feature doesn't seems to make any difference when turned on. My partner isn't really a gamer person and she struggles a lot trying to adjust the camera with the joystick every time she walks. It would be really great if we had some improvements in this aspect too. DLSS: is a really missing feature and currently better than FSR. Any future plans for having it available? I hope this is the right place to put this kind of suggestion/feedback. We are loving the game even with all the things mentioned above, and despite not having pt-BR voice (our native language).
It takes two bug(?) with Mays power (singing)
We were playing chapter on Attic called "Rehearsal" and Mays power does'nt prompt/work after we unlock the door (break the tapes with Codys drum disc power and unlock the door with Mays singing power) - what could be the issue and how do we fix it? We want to continue so bad this game, but we've already tried many things as restarting the computer, checking all the updates and verifying integrity of game files but nothing seems to work. We also tried if it makes any difference if we use inviting on steam or EA, but nope. Didn't change even if we changed characters.
