How to report Cheater's and issues in Game (Battlefornt II)
Hello! As a lot of people, I got too into a lot of lobby's with hacker's. It's a well known issue that EA isn't doing a thing with them and in game there is no reall tool to report this problem. Since we don't have cheater's nick's, I suggest reporting this problem in 6 steps (like in the photos). Perhaps if EA will get enough reports, they will do something : ) Step 1. Go to: https://help.ea.com/pl/ or https://help.ea.com/eng/ (Depend on your country) and click on: help by the games (idk, if translation is good), Step 2. next choose Battlefront II. Step 3. Go to the lowest part of the site and choose "Contact with us" Step 4. Choose a good category (IF YOU DON'T CHOOSE RIGHT YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO SEND TICKET TO A REAL LIFE PERSON), for me it was something like "Report bug in game or app". Step 5. (Optional) I think it would be good to add a example of an issue if it is possible. Step 6. Choose "Chat with us" You should get a normal answer in like 48H on e-mail. On your mail, can be send an automatic message from EA. It can say something like: "Make a post on Kategoria: EA Forums Polski | EA Forums that way we are fixing faster/more efficient issues" If you get an answer like that and nothing more after 48h, just send your answer for that on a mail from which they have send you the message (for me it was [edit: email address removed] )
Unable to claim rewards- Not receiving crates (Xbox)
So, I recently had my accounts cleaned up as I had an old Xbox account improperly linked to my EA account. Once I properly linked my gamertag, I ended up losing all of my progress. Once I came to terms with that, I decided to replay the game and unlock everything again. Now, I am currently unable to receive any more rewards as they stopped unlocking, and specifically, when I complete a milestone reward it says that it's completed under career, but I never receive the reward. My crates are empty, I don't get crates, and none of the rewards are unlocked anywhere in the menus! Please help me! My Xbox gamertag is "Dansq" I have tried everything that I read online, including a hard reset of my console, and reinstalling the game entirely. I am very good with technology and I can usually figure out things like this on my own.
Celebration Edition: offline skins
It's ridiculous you can't use skins offline. I don't want to lose all my skins when the servers get shut down. Do you think they will give us a way to buy skins when they do shut them down? Also: I heard there is a workaround to buy skins with credits despite the celebration edition. How does that work? And does it work on the Ps5?
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE alter Genosis Map Weight
Every map is GENOSIS. I recently started playing again and EVERY MAP its GENOSIS or NABOO sadly i played them so much that its getting on my nerves. At least let it be fun map like kaskkyyak or Tokodanana corvette challenge. To default to the hardest map that nobody wants to play. Please change the random map weight again.
This game is literally unplayable due to hackers
I've had this game since launch so purchase has gotten some good hours. But for those purchasing the game now. Good luck with that. Every game is filled with hackers. Some hacks include the usual, aimbotting, wallhacks, dmg hack, and so forth. The more annoying hacks are the game breaking hacks. Get teleported to one spot all players. Sounds lovely! The walkers cannot move? No problem, the lobby is just dead! Cannot enter ship phase in supremacy? Well then you have a game which never ends. "Be the hero in the ultimate Star Wars™ battle fantasy with Star Wars™ Battlefront™ II". Well maybe my fantasy is a bit different to EA's fantasy. Their fantasy is clearly filled with hackers.
