NHL 26 Patch 1.2.0 Notes
Hello, everyone. Apologies for getting these put up late. I was out of town when the patch released. Just wanted to get an easy to find post displaying the most recent patch notes. Server downtime will be required and begin at 10 AM PT/1 PM ET. Up to an hour of downtime is expected. Gameplay Decreased minimum saucer pass speed. Tuned the likelihood of shifts for 4th line players in Be a Pro. No longer allow reverse hits to be performed on a faceoff win. Fixed an issue where Second Wind X-factor was able to re-trigger before the player reached max energy again. Improved cases where exiting the penalty box players would only focus on changing and not defending if they were in good position. Improvements for goalies sealing the post while in Reverse VH on slow moving pucks. Improved situations where goalies were not dropping to butterfly if the puck was moving slow or was possessed by teammates near them. Be A Pro Adjusted form score challenge requirements for 3rd/4th line and scratch rotation challenges to better match difficulty expectations. Fixed an issue where users could interact with health activities while injured. Resolved an issue where background visuals displayed incorrectly if the user simulated, intervened, and then quit out of a match in Be a Pro. Timeline widget now correctly displays three games instead of eight when goalie in preseason. Added missing logic ensuring U18 players are required to wear cages during U20 Championship matches. Addressed an issue preventing BAP Goalies from being sent back down to the AHL after being called up. Please try again later” occurring when a club member exited and another player attempted to lock a position. Resolved issue in EASHL 3v3/6v6 Open Practice Mode where only one user could mute another player. Fixed issue where one deep link caused selection highlight to appear off-screen and not centered. Updated Ones and Threes Eliminators Winners Bag content to ensure correct gear; previous versions were incorrectly using items from NHL21. Fixed a rare crash in the World of CHEL store when previewing a player animation. Fixed an issue where selected equipment categories from the World of CHEL store would often take you to the wrong items (i.e. selecting a skate takes you to helmets). Fixed a bug where goal horns were playing when previewing goal songs in club creation zone. Fixed a rare crash in EASHL 3v3 when pausing the game. Fixed an issue where Player Names were missing from the Report Content screen which made it difficult to know who to report for toxic content. With the massive Be A Pro let down, the same annoying bugs in the game for all these years, false advertisement, AI IQ that continues to leave players scratching their head (on-ice IQ but as well as management IQ i.e. in franchise mode being able to trade a 2nd round pick for a low elite prospect taken top 20 in the draft AND a third rounder and the team accepting acts like you’re doing them a favour on hard trade difficulty) I’m interested to see how many people are still willing to pay $100 for a product that has shown time & time again it’s not here to improve, but here to profit. My take: the blatant disrespect for one of the most dedicated player bases in gaming has done it for me, 26 will be my last chel. We have beats partnerships and horrid Celebrini voice acting while world of chel dressing rooms are still polluted with bugs and have been for 10 ish years, AI IQ makes Helen Keller look like Nikita Kucherov, and the games CAREER MODE sitting UNCHANGED FOR 5 STRAIGHT RELEASES. And then when you finally “update” it, you add a terrible form score that only applies to one person in the entire league which is you, you add a world juniors option, make it EXTREMELY HARD (not for me let’s get that clear 🙂↕️) to stay on the roster or even make it to begin with, BUT DON’T HAVE THE OPTION TO RETURN TO WORLD JUNIORS IN THAT SEASON?! Why?! Please I need to know where the common sense is when you’re making this game! Enough of my ranting, I wanna hear yours below 👇794Views9likes32CommentsPoke checks and stick lifts
The poke checks in 25 were good as well as the stick lifts but this year they are absolutely brutal, this happens way way to much and as for the stick lifts I shouldn't have to spam stick lifts to get it to work properly https://www.xbox.com/play/media/UQjdWTDcPg375Views5likes21CommentsNHL 26 HUT Content 10/28

The game isn’t that bad… I have some fun playing it! With that being said, I need to understand why a team with 81 OFF and 81 DEF, having players with like 83-84 speed, sometimes, is outpacing my players? I have McDavid at like 90 speed, Makar same thing… I don’t get it! Then, I play guys with freaking OP Selane, same thing: sometimes, I can catch the player, and other times, he has the speed of a Formula 1, while my player is as aslow as a freaking turtle. It is the lack of consistency that pisses me off a little! Same thing goes with poke checking, some guys literally get every poke checks, while others can’t! I need to understand!239Views2likes19CommentsMissing goalie equipment in NHL 26 + Real goalie pictures 25/26
Another year, another topic updates: 01.10. 2025 - added real goalie pictures 2025/26 BOTTOM on this post. 19.09. 2025 - added True Catalyst Nitro Pro 15.09. 2025 - wrong zones for CCM eFLEX 7 Pro 09.09. 2025 - sticks for left-handed goalies with wrong textures added 09.09. 2025 - new Vaughn ION ?? added 08.09. 2025 - added note about goalie sticks problem Missing gear True Catalyst Nitro Pro - (Daccord, Saros, Stalock) Vaughn ION ??? - (Pickard) TRUE L95 - (Bobrovskyi, Dostal, Nedeljkovic) Bauer SV-Pro - (Thompson) Vaughn SLR 4 Pro (Soderblom) - still missing from 2023? PADS need to update zones: TRUE HZRDUS - we need more color zones on edge right now is just 1.In game is just one color zones on edge. TRUE Catalyst PX5 - wrong color zones, when one color is addressed to multiple zones, so it is not possible to do setup e.g. Daccord. We need 2 color zones instead of one. It is zone 13, which should be divided into two separate parts. TRUE L20.2 wrong color zones on edge! (Right now is just one color zone) Correct, on picture - We need 4 color zones instead of one. CCM eFLEX 7 Pro wrong color zones on edge Correct, on picture - We need 4 color zones instead of two. Goalie stick problem for left-handed goalies There is a visual bug with certain sticks (with asymetrical design), such as the Bauer Supreme Shadow, where the logo is displayed on the wrong side for left-handed goaltenders. For example, Charlie Lindgren, who catches right (stick in left hand), holds the stick in his left hand, but in-game the Bauer logo appears on the back side of the stick rather than facing forward. Expected Behavior: For left-handed goaltenders, the stick logo should be visible on the front side (the side facing the opponent/viewer), not the back. Right-handed goaltenders should have the logo facing forward as well. Actual Behavior: The logo appears on the back side of the stick for left-handed goaltenders, making it look incorrect and unrealistic. The following list about those incorrect sticks are : CCM EFLEX 5 PRO LITE (text is correct way but it is the backside what is showing) WARRIOR RITUAL CR1 WARRIOR HERITAGE SWAGGER WARRIOR RITUAL M1 WARRIOR RITUAL M2 SHERWOOD REKKER LEGEND WARRIOR RITUAL V3 TRUE HOCKEY HZRDUS 9X4 BAUER SUPREME SHADOW WARRIOR RITUAL M3 BAUER VAPOR FLYLITE CCM VIZION SHERWOOD MORPH TRUE HZRDUS SMOKE REAL GOALIE PICTURES 2025/26 ANAHEIM BOSTON BUFFALO CALGARY CAROLINA CHICAGO COLORADO COLUMBUS DALLAS DETROIT EDMONTON FLORIDA LOS ANGELES MINNESOTA MONTREAL NASHVILLE NEW JERSEY ISLANDERS RANGERS OTTAWA PHILADELPHIA PITTSBURGH SAN JOSE ST. I want to ask when everything will be fixed and when will the entire game be updated and all the flaws fixed because I don't enjoy playing a game where nothing works and it's going in a very bad direction so ea sport will lose a lot of money if they ruin the game because people won't pay for what doesn't work and what doesn't work as it should thank you42Views0likes4Comments
