Team Builder Import process failed Error
Im the only one in my league getting this issue When I tried to join the league I always got the error "Team Builder Import Process Failed - you have been returned to the main menu" I had a friend log in on my account and join for me, so I am in the league now Now, when I try to load the league I get the same error message 95% of the time. I’ve been experiencing some major issues with the helpdesk. On July 7, I reported that I was missing some pre-order content specifically my 100 coaching Dynasty points. Everywhere on EA‘s website that mentions anything about pre-order bonuses, 100 coaching points is included on every edition from standard all the way to MVP. The MVP plus membership award you 150. But everything else awards you 100 and for all editions as a pre-order bonus. Upon reporting this, I have repeatedly been misled and lied to by the helpdesk. The EA admin in this forum have asked me insulting questions such as “have you tried to create a Dynasty?” there has to be some other means of communicating with EA other than this forum or the useless helpdesk. I will attach screenshots of responses from EA help as well as all of my proof and links to pre-order bonuses being advertised on EA’s website, one of them being in the campus huddle from sometime in June, as well as they frequently ask questions page currently. I have received all other bonuses aside from my coaching Dynasty points. I have tagged them on X as well as tried other avenues for contact to no avail. PSN ID: ShaneSchubert Issue Details: On July 08, 2026, I purchased the $134.99 College Football Points bundle specifically to upgrade my characters in Dynasty and Road to Glory modes. Days later, EA entirely removed the ability to spend points on single-player progression. Because this core functionality was removed post-purchase, the $134.99 product I paid for was materially altered and rendered useless for its advertised intent. I do not play Ultimate Team. PlayStation Support denied a refund because the content was "downloaded," and EA Chat Support stated they cannot issue refunds for PSN transactions. This leaves me stuck in an administrative loop for a premium purchase that was changed after my money was taken. I am requesting a manual case review by the community team for an alternative account resolution or formal escalation.
Battlefield 6 Direct X issue during New Season 4
The Game Launched pretty fine yesterday no problems and now today during new Season .. Pops up Direct X error (below image). My Spec: Lenovo Legion 15 Geforce Rtx 5050 Mostly I've done was update game driver. Tried going to Nvidia Control panel > help > Debugg mode. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and even restarting. My only thoughts is there side has problems occuring or something must have changed my settings in game and I have to manually find it. Any help is appreciated
Season 4 update on steam stuck in a loop
So for some reason the game wanted to download 77GB. It ended up saying 133GB so I guess it wants to redownload the entire game. I was like ok whatever I have fast internet so it will be done in 15 mins. Only to reach 80% and then download update stops 0 disc usage. I hit pause, then continue and goes back to 45%. Did not do anything did not change any settings nothing just wanted to update it. Some people say their file size was only 25GB. Not sure what is happening for me.
