Franchise Team Builder Issue
I really hope there's a fix for the issue where replacing an existing NFL team with a Team Builder custom team, while keeping the original roster, causes all players on that team to age up by one year and contracts roll forward by one year when loaded into Franchise mode. This makes it nearly impossible to start our Madden league. I really hope there’s a patch coming for this soon. Please fix this!
Unjustified Ban
Hello, On Tuesday, August 4, around 5:00–6:00 p.m., I launched the game for Season 29, and everything was working normally. I didn’t have any issues. Then, after updating to Season 30, when I tried to launch the game, I received a permanent ban for “gameplay enhancement,” even though I’ve never used any software or mods. I really don’t understand this because the game was working normally right before the update and has always worked normally for me. I’ve already made several appeals to try to understand what happened, but I keep getting the exact same response. What disappoints me most is feeling like my appeals aren’t even being properly reviewed. It’s frustrating to feel like I’m the victim of an injustice when I haven’t done anything to deserve a permanent ban. Has anyone else been in the same situation? If so, how did you resolve it? Ever since the most recent title update on September 3rd, is anyone else experiencing the number of downloads for their team resetting to zero. Hey everyone, Recently, every time I have left CAS while playing in a household (like when changing outfits), the sims in the household who were married aren't anymore, and I get a pop-up saying they just became partners. I have no mods downloaded and don't enter CAS with cheats; I just click to plan outfits on mirrors or dressers. This is so annoying when playing with families and in legacy challenges. I’ve observed this issue for months, and finally decided to write it up in a detailed calm way, JUST IN CASE devs don’t fully understand the scope of the problem. I’ve gathered opinions from several Multiplayer mains, and this issue is universal across all game modes, but is the most prominent and easily replicable in Battle Royale. My region: NA West Battlefield 6 matchmaking appears to be creating multiple partially filled lobbies in the same region instead of prioritizing existing lobbies that are still below the minimum player count required to start. This is especially easy to reproduce late at night when the regional player population is lower. With the network graph enabled, you can see the Session ID and ping for each lobby at the top. For example: Join a lobby showing 25/80 players required (100 max). It sits there and struggles to gain players. Leave and immediately re-queue. After 1 to 5 repetitions, you will be placed into a different Session ID, at the same ping, but this lobby has 45/80 players. That means there are roughly 70 players split between two separate lobbies in the same region, while neither lobby can start. Those players could instead form one active lobby. An even clearer example happens after finishing a match. From the end-of-round screen, press A to matchmake again. Sometimes the game puts you into a newly created lobby with only <10/80 players, where it sits waiting. If you quit to the main menu and immediately re-queue, you can then be placed into another lobby in the same region with something like 60/80 players. Why were those <10 players placed into a nearly empty new lobby instead of being sent to the existing 60-player lobby? This suggests the matchmaking system is not sufficiently prioritizing filling existing viable lobbies before creating additional ones. During low-population hours, this fragments the available player pool across several sessions and can prevent matches from starting even when enough players are online. This should be reproducible using the network graph to compare Session IDs, ping, and player counts during lower-population hours.Cross-Progression: Wrong primary account selected (PS4 level was higher)
Hello,I am writing to report a major issue with my Cross-Progression. My PS4 and PC accounts have always been linked to the exact same EA email address.My PS4 account was a significantly higher level and should have been automatically selected as my Primary Account according to EA's official guidelines. However, the system bugged out: it incorrectly set my PC account as the primary one.As a result, the system successfully merged my cosmetics—I can see and equip my PS4 Predator charms and holosprays while playing on PC. However, my account level, match stats, and most importantly, my Predator badges from the PS4 were completely replaced by the lower stats of my PC account.Since having the Predator holosprays/charms in my current inventory is irrefutable proof that I achieved that rank on my PS4 account, I kindly request a community manager or specialist to look into my account database and help me restore my missing badges and correct account level.Thank you for your support.Downloaded Custom Rosters not Loading
Is anyone else having this issue? On the deluxe version and the latest update of the game, My friend and I are trying to play an online franchise mode with a custom roster we both downloaded from the creation center but once we download a roster (tried this multiple times with multiple different customer rosters) and then load it, it ends up just showing the default roster when clicking on edit players. Never had this issue with any prior Madden but appears to be a glitch cause the custom rosters not to load in please help! Thanks
PS5 – Update 1.000.009 fails to install (Error CE-100095-5)
PS5 Update 1.000.009 fails to install with error CE-100095-5. The update downloads correctly but fails during installation. I have deleted and reinstalled the game, restarted the console, cleared cache, checked system software updates and confirmed enough free storage space. The issue still persists. This problem appears to affect multiple PS5 users and may be related to the update package itself. Please investigate.
