"There's a problem with your download" with new Sims 4 update
I keep getting the "There's a problem with your download" error when I try to download the new Jan 14th update. I restarted my computer, cleared my EA app cache multiple times, took my mods out of my mods folder, reinstalled the EA app, and nothing has worked. I came here to see if anyone had found any solutions already but all I see is a lot of people running into the same issues years ago on different devices. I am on a Macbook Pro 2023 with the M3 Pro chip.
What the **bleep** is going on EA...
Last night I keep getting inconsistent "Error:0" messages rendering the game incapable of saving (but then sometimes it would work), "Unable to connect to server" to upload to my gallery (but sometimes it would work), and some other crazy-**bleep** message about EA checking for game updates in the background for new stuff. I repaired my game, removed all my mods, cleaned out every cache, and when I go to re-boot the home page is showing me some household I've never played and where the household income dollar amount should be, it showed a bunch "W"s criss-crossing and overlapping. My entire saved game was wiped and I can't recover the back-up files I have. I reached out for support via chat and Ricco tells me there's no issues that have been submitted by their studio team. Oh yeah? Then why are the forums and X blowing up with people having the exact same issues as me?! I repeat, WHAT THE **bleep** IS GOING ON EA?!?!! I've given you how much money over the last few years? You all should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves! I WANT A REFUND FOR EVERY GAME IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE A CONSISTENTLY WORKING PRODUCT!!!!!!!
ea play get to work
I recently renewed my ea play subscription but I'm not able to download the get sims 4 get to work expansion pack. Every time I renew my subscription I have access to the expansion pack but this time I don't ive cleared the cache and restarted the app but nothing works does anyone know how to fix this.Games being Deleted
I have Bought to new games Buisness & Hobbies. I did not get my bonus stuff and after playing and saving and making everything for a week. The app closed out of no where and everything I did and saved is gone. Same happened to when I just bought Love struck. I played for hours and saved everything as I went along. And the app closed in the middle of my game and everything I have saved for a week is gone. So 2 new games and both gone. If you knew how many hours I put into these games. I feel defeated. You guys need to fix this. I am not buying anymore games.
Purchased newest Kits did not receive them
I purchased the newest kits that came out this week and the purchase went through but did not show up. I thought I had accidently closed out of the window too soon, so I repurchased the kits. The same thing happened, So I went to my Order History and found I had actually purchased them twice and did not receive any of them. How do I get the second purchase refunded and get the kits delivered via download?
Sims 4 Corrupt By Sims 2 Install?
Hello, today i have tried to play the sims 2 as I had just purchased it only a few days ago. Unfortunately, when I was wanting to switch to playing The Sims 4, and now it is saying my files are corrupt and to repair it. I have repaired it numerous times and have chatted with an agent, in which everything he did couldnt help me... I am distraught, al the money i have invested and time and I LOVE this game just for it to be lost due to downloading and playing the Sims 2...
I just spent $180 on sims 4 expansions and kits
I just spent $180 on sims 4 expansions and kits and it's not showing I've purchased them. I got an order confirmation email; moneys been taken out and it's not giving me the option to download and wants me to re-purchase them. I went to report it on the app, but the Ea help isn't working either lol. i feel scammed by Ea so so please help. I've logged in and out, nothings worked so far.
