A bug with a challenge (marking 5 different enemies)
Hello EA Support, I am experiencing an issue in Apex Legends. The challenge required to unlock Ranked mode (marking 5 different enemies) is not tracking at all. The progress stays at 0, even after I clearly mark enemies during Battle Royale matches. I make sure to: Play in regular BR (Trios/Duos) Mark live enemies directly with the red “Enemy” ping Finish the match without leaving early Despite this, the challenge does not register even a single marked enemy. I have already tried restarting the game and playing multiple matches, but the issue persists. Could you please check my account and help resolve this problem? Hi Team, First, I want to say I really enjoy playing Apex Legends. It’s one of my favorite games, and I appreciate the constant work you put into it. That said, I wanted to share a small frustration about the leave match confirmation prompt. When I click “Leave Match,” it’s usually because I’ve already made that decision. Being asked again if I’m sure can feel a bit unnecessary and slows things down, especially in moments where I just want to move on quickly. I understand the reason behind it — preventing accidental quits and protecting ranked integrity makes sense. It just sometimes feels like the system doesn’t trust the player’s original input. Over time, that extra step can become a little irritating. I’m sharing this respectfully because I care about the overall experience. Even small quality-of-life tweaks can make a big difference. I have the problem that my current rank (platinum) is not shown during gameplay or game loading screen. In lobby it works. Have tried to enter firing range, un-equip and re-equip and also restarting the game. But it did not work. Please help. Name is Dr_Nox_94. I have been trying to submit an appeal for my wrongful ban since yesterday, but I have been unable to do so because it shows an ''Internal Server Error'' I tried again today, and the issue is still the same. Let me start with my situation. I very recently, yesterday, just got my new pc setup, everything runs perfectly, until it runs Apex. Everything is normal with any other online games im running, but when I launch Apex and load into the lobby, things will freeze up in around 30-40 seconds and dissconnects my wifi entirely. I found out that Apex is crashing my network adaptor whenever I load into the main lobby of the game, and it will not properly reset until I fully quit the game all together. I am 100% certin that this is a issue with Apex becuase every other game works just fine, I also run other games with easy anti cheat and thoes games work fine too. Ive tried many thing in atempt to fix this: uninstalling and reinstalling the game(steam) - did not work repairing the game(steam) - did not work changing to a different platform(EA app) - did not work repairing the game again (EA app) - did not work trounbleshoot net work adapter - did not work updating net work adapter folder - did not work uninstalling and reinstalling network adapter - did not work network reset - did not work changing the power management setting on network adapter - did not work I've played apex since season 3, the game just gets worse and worse. After quitting apex for a while and taking a year off from gaming all together I just want revisit the game I loved so much before, and I am again disspointed the game. what do i do, ive been at this for hours and trying to fix it, i have to use geforce to play apex cause the games now a days are too huge, i have a year or two of progress on my apex account and rather just not play at all then start again, thats such a bummer. the image below is my playtime on the ea account, it just made a whole new account when i signed into apex and played it, i was expecting my progress to be there WHEN i linked the ps4 account just to be not there?Apex Legends Event, Challenges, Passes, Legend locker, and Store not loading.
The whole top menu of Apex legends isn't loading for me, restarted my console, rebooted the game, switched servers, still the same issue, I noticed that I finished all the 7th anniversary badge challenges and didn't get any badges, also my prize tracker for the event is stuck even though I finished it 2 days ago, it hasn't reset the challenges or the dailies, this really sucks for me as I bought all the even packs except the last one because I saw it free in the tracker and decided it was worth waiting a day or two to save 10 dollars, but now it will t load either and I can't get my heirloom shards. I've talked to everal other people on this issue, and I believe the problem to be the legend pass I bought for octane, as other people I have talked to on the topic say that that is something they have noticed with this bug. I just got a 4k badge on octane and want to equip it but again I can't access my Legend Locker, the only solution I've seen so far is someone said you can change your resolution after every match, which sounds like a pain, especially on Xbox, but I'm gonna give that a try, lmk if anyone else found any fixes.567Views33likes17Comments
