Mass False Bans for “Balance Transfer” on PC
Throwback to 24.12.25, when EA’s automated detection system flagged thousands of PlayStation accounts for “balance transfer.” After 8–10 hours, they fixed the issue and unbanned everyone with a single click. Everyone thought the problem was resolved, the Wildcards promo continued, and the money kept flowing. Now, three weeks later, guess what’s happening on PC? Exactly the same thing that happened on Christmas Eve. Multiple accounts in my community have been banned over the span of just two days. Casual players, traders — you name it. I even tested the issue myself by hopping onto unused accounts, trading a few cards, and playing a couple of Rivals games. And guess what? After about 10 hours of normal gameplay, I got banned for literally no reason. We didn’t sell coins. Most of us didn’t use any external web app add-ons or bots. Just regular Weekend League gameplay with some trading on the side to improve our teams — literally using the in-game market as intended. My friends and I did some research to figure out what might have caused this. We reviewed the cards we bought and sold, as well as our profits and losses. Across all 14 accounts, there was exactly one common card purchased on every single account: Ibanez Winter Wildcard. The point of this post is to make this issue public and hopefully get it noticed by someone at EA. Many people have lost their time, money, and nerves. EA Help’s policy is based almost entirely on automated responses, so when you try to appeal a ban, you’re stuck resending the same message only to get rejected by a bot 24 hours later. It’s incredibly frustrating. I've already made a post on Reddit and X both got quite a big attention, but still no action by EA. So please, if you’re in the same situation, upvote this post. I have played 3 drafts this year I lost the 1st one fair and square but when I got into my 2nd draft I could only control one of my players and none of the rest so the opponent could run through my team, the 3rd game it kicked off and as soon as I when to tackle I got kicked out but I didn’t sign me out of ea as I was still in ultimate team then it said claim your rewards why have I been cheated out of 2 drafts3.3KViews17likes12CommentsI can't make subs or tactical changes!
Many games i can't even access the team tactics, im completely locked out, AND i can't make assignments EVER, they reset as soon as i enter a match making me have women on corners to defend and stuff. This is getting really annoying and costing me so many games it's crazy, they need to **bleep**ing fix this im loosing my mind, have been in contact with ea help, last time i was in que for 7 hrs and didn't even get to talkC:\Users\Algip\Desktop\He made subs.png to anyone. EA is a criminal orginization at this point. What is going on??????? Hello EA Support, I cant find any opponents in EA FC 26 Ultimate Team Division Rivals. It keeps saying Searching for opponent and never connects. I already tried everything: restarted router, disabled crossplay, flushed DNS, renewed IP, and checked NAT type but nothing works. I just came back from my night shift and wanted to finish my Division Rivals games before the weekly deadline but I lost all my time because of this issue. Please fix this problem or compensate players who missed matches because of the server issue. I was playing gauntlet Tuesday. Unfortunately, I can see that you still haven’t done anything about the cheaters. Hackers are still able to block control of my own players and then score against my goalkeeper, who doesn’t even try to save the ball. I’m reporting this because how much longer is this going to go on?! Do you really want every player who plays this game on PC to leave and start playing something else?! It’s impossible to enjoy the game when every second match is against a cheater, and there’s no way for honest players to have fun. Please, get to work and do something about this!!! Hello EA Team, I would like to formally report an ongoing issue that has been affecting my account for the past few days approximately 2–3 days. I am currently unable to create or rename squads, and I am also unable to change my club name. Every time I attempt to do so, I receive the following error messages: “Failed to create a squad”“ ''Failed to rename squad” When changing my club name: “Your entry is filtered because it may be used to offend or harass other players, which breaks our user agreement. Please enter a different text and try again.” This happens regardless of what text I enter. Even neutral names such as Squad123, Test123, or Squad777 do not work. The issue is persistent and does not depend on the wording used. I have already attempted the following troubleshooting steps: Cleared cache, cleared FC24 folder from my documents, clearing my squad in game redownload Uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times, and many other thing's i tyred... Unfortunately, none of these actions resolved the issue, which strongly suggests this is an account-related problem rather than a local or client-side error. This issue has significantly affected my ability to enjoy the game I paid for and has caused unnecessary frustration and loss of time while trying to fix something that appears to be beyond my control. I kindly ask that someone from EA reviews my account and resolves this issue as soon as possible. I am looking for an official response and a proper fix so I can fully enjoy the game.
