Refund/compensation draft cheaters
Hello, I have lost at least 10 drafts to cheaters. I would like the request a refund of coins, fc points, or draft tokens. I tried everything. The automatic bot and the support chat did not help me any further. I will put some evidence in here... Thanks in advance Greatings Joshua
Severe gameplay sluggishness/heavy gameplay in EA FC 27 on PS5
I am experiencing severe, unplayable sluggishness and heavy gameplay in EA FC 27 on my PS5. The players feel extremely heavy, unresponsive, and there is a massive input delay.I have checked my official EA Connection Quality Report, and my connection is flawless:Connection Score: 98/100 (Great)Ping: 5.87 msJitter: 0.13 msPacket Loss: 0.01%Network Type: EthernetI have also tried changing DNS, adjusting MTU, configuring QoS, and enabling DMZ. Since my infrastructure and network telemetry are objectively perfect, this issue is entirely on the server-side, account routing, or gameplay synchronization.Please investigate my account profile and server synchronization to resolve this heavy gameplay. i want to know why i have this horrendous gameplay on my account, i log into my friends account and play with same players and it works fine.. back to mine and cant do anything... players turn so slow like there stuck in mud etc.. i need ea to look into my account as its not a console problem as i have also played games on my sons console on my account and same problem but on his account works fine.. somethings going on... i literally have not been able to left stick dribble for 3 years now on my account.. starting to get really annoyed.. i just want to know whats causing this? i cant open a case as the website doesnt give me an option anymore just AI chat which is useless, i need someone to ea to look into my account..Controller Input Bug Disconnect PC
I was in an online draft game that I entered with FC points i paid for and as the game kicked off I could not move my players around and the game did not register my input. In the menus it worked fine and it even allowed me to pause the game and be in pause menu but when I unpause it still did not work. This caused me to be kicked from the game due to inactivity. I spent FC points on this and apparently this is a common bug on PC, I want compensation for this draft I paid for. Two different advisors in EA chat did nothing to help this is incredibly unfair.Price ranges Paul Scholes
Why are the price ranges for Icons still not being increased? This is ridiculous. I’m literally unable to sell my player for a fair market price because the maximum price range is too low. By the time EA finally adjusts it, the player will have lost his momentum and his value will have dropped. How is this supposed to be fair? If the market value has clearly moved beyond the current price range, EA needs to adjust the range accordingly. Otherwise, players are effectively forced to sell below their actual market value. Please increase the Icon price ranges ASAP.
Cheaters in draft FC27
Almost every draft i play it ends up with losing to a cheater, since the release of the game i have almost only been playing draft. And i think around 10 of the drafts have ended in a cheater disconnecting me from the game or not letting me control my players. If this would have happened once or twice im fine with it. But this much is too much, i entered ea help to get a free draft token for every disconnected match but i only got 1!? How can i get back my coins/points?

Bonjour Quand je lance une draft et que je gagne mon premier tour au bout du deuxième match tout mon équipe ne peut plus bouger sa m’était déjà arriver sur fc26 donc j’aimerais bien me faire rembourser mes 15 000 crédits s’il vous plaint car je ne comprend pas votre jeu vient de sortir t ce bug existe encore merci
