Infinite loop when launching game
I bought CFB27 on steam. I try launching the game via steam and the EA app and I am consistantly met with an infinte log in loop. The game will attempt to start, then ask for my EA credentials. I enter my credentials, then the game closes. This never happened before the 30JUL2026 title update, my EA credentials were never asked for. I have tried reinstalling the game and yes my Steam and EA account are linked. No new software has been installed on my PC. I purchased EA SPORTS College Football 27 on Steam. When I press Play, Steam launches the EA app, then EA Javelin AntiCheat appears briefly, says “Launching Game,” then closes and the game never opens. There are no error messages and the game never reaches the splash screen. PC Specs: Windows 11 NVIDIA RTX 4060 Steam version Troubleshooting already completed: Verified game files in Steam multiple times. Repaired the game and EA App. Reinstalled/checked EA Javelin AntiCheat. Ran Steam and EA App as Administrator. Updated NVIDIA graphics driver with a clean installation. Ran DISM (completed successfully with no issues). Cleared NVIDIA shader cache. Checked Windows updates. Confirmed the EA AntiCheat service is installed and running. Disabled overlays/background apps. Restarted the PC multiple times. Has anyone found a fix, or can EA investigate this issue? It appears to be a launch problem specific to College Football 27 on PC?
WE NEED FRAME GEN…GPU UPSCALING AND ANTI LATENCY
Please make this a priority m. If console gets those features so should console…even if the console does it on its own…you guys still have to program the path for it…it’s only fair that pc gets the same treatemwnr. the MVP edition is a scam, do not buy it, they still don't know how to give the preorder bonuses yet, and the game has been available for 17 days now, and they still don't know how to give the 100 Dynasty Coach points. the Problem is clearly on EA's side on the EA app side of things and they keep deleting all the complaints about it, I put it under Bug reports?. Deleted... Dynasty?...deleted... General discussion?... Deleted PC feedback? Deleted... Give me what I paid for EA...Fsr/framegen/anti lag/Nvidia equivalent feature set missing
The exe file contains the strings for far dlss Frame gen and anti lag. Pc was supposed to be on even fronts with console. Yet console has those features built into their systems and used by the game. Yet pc doesn’t get that same feature set and we pay the same price. Make it right. This needs to be in the next update.
Refund on Duplicate PC Purchase?
I errantly purchased EA CFB27 for PC through EA.com while logged into an old EA account I do not use. After realizing my mistake, I purchased from the EA PC app under my active EA account and that has been fine. I have been trying to find a support channel to request a refund for my duplicate purchase but have hit deadends every where I look. It says not eligible for refund (despite me not having downloaded the copy I wish to refund), and when attempting to contact a support representative the page indicates that topic is not supported and to try to the forums. It was a clear mistake and I have the order numbers to support this. I'd even be fine with EA credit instead of a full refund because I intended to get the Xbox version as well. However, I do not know where to ask to speak with someone who has authority to rectify this. Thank you, Daniel
Cross Save
So you are telling me EA has you always connect your EA account on Xbox and pushes cloud saves but doesn't have cross save? I cant access my CLOUD dynasty that requires online play on my pc and my Xbox. It is stuck to that one ecosystem. My Road to the CFP is 2 separate rankings, my CUT is 2 separate teams. How could EA release a game like this but not allow cross save? I mean its in the name, CLOUD Dynasty! So my CLOUD dynasty with multiple people I have to choose if I want to play on my PC or xbox. I wish I could get my money back on one of those platforms.Proper Borderless Fullscreen Mode
As of now borderless fullscreen mode still acts like exclusive fullscreen mode. I have no control over my mouse on my second monitor and when I do tab out to use my second monitor, the game pauses and/or mutes. It would be great if in a future update we could get improved control with multiple monitors while in borderless fullscreen mode.
