Cannot join friends in NFS rivals
So I was trying to play NFS Rivals with a friend of mine but was unable to get it to work. I have the game on the EA app (Had it on origin from the start). My friend got it recently on steam. He had created an EA account and added me as a friend so no issues there. He even shows up on the friend list in game. However I am unable to invite or join to the same game as him. When he accepts my invite his name comes up on the 'current players in session' section for about 10 seconds and goes away. This all happens while he's still on the loading screen. He also cannot see any other players in his game sessions despite being on a public game. Any help regarding this will be appreciated, TIA.4Views0likes0CommentsHelp solutions currently unavailable
Hello, I also have a strange problem, last night I was able to contact the 24/7 support without any problems, and today when I needed to contact the chat again I get this error. How do I fix this problem/bug? Hello! I have been interacting with EA forums - specifically the Pogo forums - for over five years now. I used to have one of the Pogo icons for my profile picture (specifically the bee from Grant's Garden), but when EA switched to the new forum interface, all of the Pogo options were gone. This wasn't an enormous deal to me and I just chose one of the other options. However, every time I enter the forums, my pfp is gone and I have to reset it. Yes, I am saving & it will show up that singular time I am logged in; for example, right now it is showing cats as my pfp. But next time I log in or even if I log in on another device right now, there is no pfp. Again, this isn't the biggest deal in the world, but I would prefer not to have to re-select one every time I enter the website. My Logitech G923 worked great on PS4 with F122 until today. Now the force feedback drops as soon as I start the game. There was a massive PS4 update last week for Gran Turismo 7 (which works fine) so not sure if that has anything to do with it. Anyone else suffering the same issue? When I go to the EA app, which is a website, it just crashes on my iPhone. I verified the account once before and now I have to do it for another game. Why? I got a new computer and I'm trying to move my account over. I know my password and info since I use it often, but it's asking for an emailed code verification. The email is correct, but I haven't received any emails. I tried using EA help for it, but that also asked for verification even though it's already logged in. I already found the discussion using the POGO thing and the picture said to click profile and then my EA account. I don't have the EA account option? My account is old but still used nearly every day, and I've gotten a new computer before and never had this issue. When clicking on the ticket in question I am sent to a page which says the ticket is on hold and asks me to resume or cancel it. Obviously I resume, since my problem is unresolved, however the subsequent page gives no options for me to continue communications, nor have I received any email or other contact which would provide information on what to do about this problem. I've attached images of both the case and the page which is displayed if I try to resume it. I've already read the article linked and it is clear my only hope of account recovery, or at least getting my Steam account linked to an EA account I have access to, is communication with a human customer support agent, which has not been forthcoming.
