Lost e-mail used to create account
I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but I'm completely lost right now. The account I used to create my e-mail was an old e-mail that solely existed for my xbox account and then also my EA account, it got annoying after a while so I changed my xbox account to my g-mail and deleted the old outlook e-mail. Unfortunately I didn't realize that it wouldn't also change my EA e-mail, I can still get into my EA account but I can't even connect my phone number or change my user name because EA wants to send verification codes to an e-mail that does not exist anymore. If anyone can help me or help me get in touch with an advisor and get this fixed I might marry you.
Are there still any advisors available at all?
I keep trying to contact support using this form: https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/ (Which was a pain to find, by the way, I literally had to google it and find a link in a Reddit post) I've switched between reasons and issues but it all gives me the same screen: I am an EU citizen and I want to exercise my Right To Be Forgotten. That issue isn't supported. I've asked to delete my account. Not supported. Tried other reasons: game breaking bug in The Sims 4. Not supported. Can't launch The Sims 4. Not supported. Asking for troubleshooting tips in Spore. Not supported. Asked to view account data. Not supported. More troubleshooting tips in another game. Not supported. Link an account. Not supported. That was yesterday. I'm trying again today, using the chat bot this time. Still no support, not even if I claim my account was hacked, which should be an emergency situation. I'm at my wits end right now. I don't use this account anymore, but it still has all of my data, stored in a vault, guarded by nothing but machines, being carelessly bought and sold with no repercussions whatsoever. And I can't do anything about it because the support team seemingly doesn't exist. I'm going to leave this here and I'm not coming back until at least 24 hours from now. I need to take a break...💀 Just in case: please don't refer me to the help site. I've tried. Doesn't work. Give me an actual e-mail or phone number I can contact you with, or something else. Literally anything but the help site (or Twitter).2 step verification not recieving email.
So I've been trying to get access to my EA account to link it to my Steam so I can play on that instead of the EA app. I have all my usernames and passwords, but for some reason, it always asks for a 2-step verification to my email, which I still have access to. I can't find the email anywhere. I have read all the articles its not in my spam or junk, I haven't blocked the account its just not there. Anyone got ideas?
Need help from a community manager regarding missing items from account
Hi since the launch of bf6 there have been items missing from my account that were earned through the road to bf6 event, i completed the event on the last day of the event see screenshot A fix was supposed to roll out about 3 months ago to fix this but alas its still missing I have been talking to support about this since about October of last year but sadly not much has happened over those almost 7 months Any help is deeply appreciated
