Account Hacked and No Response from Customer Support
Dear EA Support, My EA account has been hacked, and I have tried to contact your customer support five times without receiving any meaningful response or assistance. This situation is extremely frustrating. I have been waiting for help for a long time, and despite multiple attempts to reach support, my issue remains unresolved. Honestly, this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. When a customer’s account security is compromised, I expect timely support and clear communication. I urgently request that someone review my case and help me recover my account as soon as possible.2 step verification not recieving email.
So I've been trying to get access to my EA account to link it to my Steam so I can play on that instead of the EA app. I have all my usernames and passwords, but for some reason, it always asks for a 2-step verification to my email, which I still have access to. I can't find the email anywhere. I have read all the articles its not in my spam or junk, I haven't blocked the account its just not there. Anyone got ideas?

I cant get into the eamil my account is under and I cant get in contact with a real person to help me, I just want to unlink my xbox account and link it to a new EA account I made for my PC but I cant get any help from the AI chat bot because it just sends me an email for a case but I cant get into that email. Anyone know how to get in touch with a real person to help?

Is it safe to add my account back to my profile after the hackers hacked it and got me banned from apex even tho I have been disputing it so many times to the point that I think they don’t care anymore, but truly is it safe to put all my gaming connections back into my account even if the steam account from the hacker is still on my profile?"Case Not Created" & Complete Lockout from All Support Channels (Email/Chat)
Hello, I am writing this post to urgently report a severe, game-breaking technical issue with the EA Help website infrastructure that is permanently blocking me from contacting support or submitting an appeal. Currently, whenever I attempt to use the automated Penalty History tool to file a dispute, the system consistently triggers a "Case creation failed" or "Case not created" error. To ensure this wasn't a temporary local glitch, I have already performed extensive troubleshooting across multiple environments: 1. I have tried using various web browsers, including Google Chrome, Google Chrome Incognito Mode, and Microsoft Edge. 2. I cleared all cache, cookies, and browsing data before each attempt. 3. I even switched to entirely different hardware devices (different PCs and mobile devices) and connected through completely separate network environments to eliminate any IP/local connection issues. Despite all these efforts, the exact same system error persists across all browsers and devices. The automated web portal is completely broken for my account. Furthermore, my access to alternative support channels is entirely non-functional: - When I attempt to use the "Email Us" option, the system stalls indefinitely. EA fails to send any automated verification or confirmation to my account's registered email address, and the web page simply freezes or forces a redirect. - As for the "Live Chat" option, it seems permanently locked from the very beginning, making it completely impossible to launch a chat session regardless of what methods, categories, or workarounds I try. I am trapped in an endless, broken automated loop with zero functional ways to reach a human advisor or the Terms of Service (ToS) team. I’m posting this because Dante's Inferno absolutely needs to make a comeback. To this day, it is still the closest thing to the classic God of War style in terms of pure, satisfying hack-and-slash gameplay. The combat was fluid, the world design was incredible, and EA is just sitting on a massive franchise that deserves a modern revival. If you remember the ending of the original game, Dante frees Beatrice and is about to head toward Heaven, but Lucifer bursts free from his icy prison as a spirit or snake-like entity, laughing because the threat isn't truly over. The story was explicitly set up for a sequel based on the next part of the epic poem: Purgatorio. We even got that amazing animated movie, Dante's Inferno: An Animated Epic, which used six different animation studios to show off different art styles and expand the universe. The passion for this world was definitely there. It makes no sense why EA just abandoned this after one game. Whether it’s a full sequel called Dante's Purgatory, a complete remake, or even just a modern remaster of the original so we can play it easily on current hardware, this IP deserves respect. Who else out there wants to see Visceral's vision finally finished?
