Availability of Historical Gameplay Data (FC/FIFA)
Hi all, I recently made a data request to EA expecting that all of my gameplay history for EA FC / FIFA would be included, but it appears only fleeting use of Apex Legends is in the data dump. Has anyone successfully retrieved their FIFA & EA FC historical data on here that they played on Xbox? Could it just that I have another random EA account linked to my Xbox that I'm forgetting about? Hello, Back in 2024 another account of mine got taken over, and thus banned for that. I regained access and am currently the only one being able to login. Appealing on the banned acc does not work at all. The appeal does not go out, no matter what I do. It always leaves me with "Case not created". The chat bot just sends me to the appeal again.. Now appealing with this secondary acc does not work either, since I don't have an open penalty in order to submit the appeal, and the chat bot just refuses to connect me to a human advisor. Is it even possible to get the "permanent" ban reverted since the reason "account takeover" doesn't apply anymore? I have old receipts from that acc, so prove of ownership should be no issue. I get that it made sense to ban it back then, but I got it back.. so it is still just lost now regardless? Also my steam is still connected to the banned acc and since the appeals are not working/the acc is in lock-down mode, I am unable to remove the link. How do I get in contact with a human through live chat? All the automatic systems refuse to work. Can I contact support via this mail which I found: [email protected]? Hey EA Support, I've been trying to get in contact with an advisor for so help accessing and merging my deceased mother's account that she opened for me when I was a teenager, but the chat never connects. My EA account (satnamsingh987) was hacked. The account email was changed without my permission to "horchenolmail.com" — a domain I have never owned. Because of this, every verification code goes to the hacker, and SMS verification never arrives either. I have an open case, request #249258368 (compromised account). The ban has already been reversed, but the email and phone are still the hacker's, so I'm still fully locked out. Could a moderator please help escalate this? I need my email reset to my own, and the hacker's details removed. I can privately provide full proof of ownership (original email, Battlefield purchase receipt, real phone number). Thank you.
