Linking PSN
I bought Split Fiction to play with my best friend. Game said I had to make an EA account. I started the process and attempted to link my PSN. It said I couldn’t because there was already a linked EA account under my gamer tag. EA says I’ve been a member since 2025, and the email that comes up under my gamer tag is not an email I’ve ever seen or know about. I don’t think I’ve ever had an EA account or linked it to my PSN, and now I can’t play my game online without it. What do I do? Nothing on the EA page is working.13Views0likes1CommentSOS NEED HELP

My email account was hacked recently. I’m a PlayStation gamer and whenever I start an EA game, I get a message saying that, since it’s been a while, a verification code has been sent to my email (the hacked one) which I no longer have access to. I contacted EA and the only way to recover the email and use the new one is to verify that the account is mine - however - I keep failing the verification for some reason. The details I give don’t match up - I’m assuming the hack may have caused my details to change - and they refuse to help me further. There’s no other way of recovering my old email and using the new one. I’ve also found out that only one email can be linked to my PSN account - EVER! I’m at a complete loss here. What should I do? EA have basically told me that, unless I pass the verification to recover the old email and delete it, I can basically never play EA games again!36Views0likes2Commentsmy verification codes will not send at all
so originally i was trying to link my psn acc to my ea account and it said it would send a code but never did and i tried so many times but it never worked. the next day (now) im trying to again and it still isnt sending. even when i try resetting the email to a different one, adding a phone number, or try to change the password, no code will send to my email. im really sure the email is correct and my storage isnt full or anything. ive also tried looking in spam and promotions but still nothing. i have also tried getting help at the ea page but it literally just takes me to where i tried resetting my email. idk what to do atpSolved30Views0likes3CommentsEA Account got Hacked & Original/Recovery Email Completely Changed
Hi. My account got hacked and now this account have become that hacker account. I was alerted by google that my password was found in a data breach. This is the hacker email: je*****@indusmails.ru . I wasnt very active to use my ea account because I just registered this account just for playing the game on steam platform and that's it. Because I wasnt very concern or aware about hack or something. But now, I am fully aware after this accident and it is very pain and hurt my heart. Knowing this, after i summit my post, my account would probably being seized fully by that hacker guy and I won't be able to see my account or log in again. Because, his email is now linked to my account. So I can't do anything despite asking help from EA. And I really don't understand how to chat with ea themself. My last resort to able to access my account for now is by using google sign in and that's way I was able to write this post. Until then, I will never know what will happen to my google sign in after this. For those who read this, please send help for me. I don't know what to do. This is my username: Kousuke_Ueki_04. Please do report my account if it can be report of an account being hacked. I dont want my username being used by that hacker guy. I am feeling sad and also feeling angry with this hacking. Thank you everyone.Solved28Views0likes2CommentsImpossible to get help from customer service
I have been going at this for over 2 weeks now with zero resolve. Let's start with some basics. Why do you not have a customer service phone number? It is unbelievable these days that companies have chosen to get rid of the customer service phone number option. It is a clear indication that you do not want to help your customers. EA is a large company and makes millions of dollars. They can easily afford to have a customer service support line. On April 11th, 2025, I was banned for absolutely no reason. I have not had/played an EA game since It Takes Two came out which was well over a year ago. At that time, I played that game with my sibling and that was it. The ban came as a complete shock to me as I just mentioned, I had not played an EA game for a long time. So, as one would do, I contacted EA and disputed the ban. The response was silly and showed ZERO lack of evidence or support. They did not show ANY information on why the ban was put in place and any specifics to indicate what could be done about it. So, I thought I would simply reply to that email and hope that I would get a more specific answer. Yet now the second email showed the exact same thing. It was clearly a copy and paste job. They say "after careful research" we found this to be accurate with ZERO specifics. That is all they say. This really is quite unbelievable from a company this large. You would think they would have in place a customer service department that gave a crap about you. So, I tried again, and again. Same answer. I had no choice but to contact the BBB. Well, again same answer, yet again. "Contact customer service via their website". It's truly unfortunate this company treats their customers like this. So, the only obvious explanation for this is my account must have been hacked and used to violate these terms. There is a section on their customer service website that says "have you been hacked" contact us. So, I did this. Well, what do you know, SAME REPLY. I think they do not have a department, and it is run by AI. I thought, I would just make a new account and then not have to deal with this anymore. Nope, they do not let you unlink your PSN/Steam accounts so now I cannot even play OTHER EA games forever unless I get an entirely new PSN account and Steam account. I purchased Spit Fiction for $70 and now I cannot play it because it is LINKED to my PSN account on the banned account. So wasted $70 for nothing. Just overall this experience has been very time consuming and rather obnoxious. I have spent most of my morning dealing with this and now spending another 15 minutes to write this. EA, if you are listening, you really should re-examine your customer service department. I can assure you, your company will not last if you continue treating your customers like this.18Views0likes0CommentsNo access to old Email address.
Good day, I 'm on the verge of loosing all hope with EA. I lost access to my previous account when my old IP provider (Tiscali.co.uk) closed. And while it remained live for a while, it was eventually deleted, meaning my old 'Tiscali' email address is now no longer valid or accessible in any way, and there is NO previous IP Provider whom i could contact for assistance (as your repetitive "Advice" repeats over and over again 😡) Honestly, who even thought that would be an acceptable response? 😶 I did manage to gain access to the account a while back, and at that time I managed to link it to my Xbox "Gamepass" account which is tied to my 'NEW' Gmail Address (big mistake) I then tried to change the now obsolete 'Tiscali' email address to my current 'Gmail' one, every time I have tried to do this, I have been unsuccessful as your system just tells me to provide a code which has been sent to my old email address to which I no longer have access, these days I only seam to be allowed to access the forum with my old account.☹️ When i try to select the option for "No longer have access to email address" your system just tells me to contact my old email provider....you know, the ones who no longer exist!!!... do you see my issue?... I'm going round in circles, and have done for a few years now with no resolution. At least previously i was able to at least log into my account by selecting my 'Xbox account' at login.... now you have introduced your ridiculously excessive 2-point authentication, it just tells me that a code has been sent to the old email address which no longer exists.....I think I've accepted that my old EA library has gone now, and so I created a new account but need help from a REAL person, to either regain access to my old account, delete my old account (and just use my new account going forward) or to delete my "Gamepass" link from the old account so I can re-link it to this account.... until then I am unable to play EA games from Gamepass or my library as both are inaccessible. help!
