Rule violation in Your EA Account
Hello everyone, so I created an EA account with nickname "igibvb" 3 days ago and linked it to a Steam account where I bought FC27 Ultimate Edition. I opened EA app today and a message appeared, Your account was banned. I didn't do anything on this account from the day it got created, only linked it to my Steam where I got FC27. I appealed but no decision has been made. Can anyone help me with this situation?25Views0likes1CommentUnable to Resume Support Chat Case

Then I sate that the status of the case is Player unavailable and I opened case from mail, now I can't resume the case case it is saying that case is open in different session. I tried to open new case but now I have no option for chat with support. Can you help?14Views0likes1CommentThe original email on my EA account is unrecoverable, so I can't log in.
Hello, my previous EA account was [edit: email address removed]. This account has been with me for a long time, but now I can't log in because this email has been recycled, so I can't receive verification codes. The email provider can't resolve the issue, so I need to change the email linked to the [edit: email address removed] account. I've spent around 1500 hours playing Apex on this account, so it's really important to me, and I've also purchased other games. I can provide the Steam order number and screenshots from when I bought the game. My EA ID is Niretun2, and my Apex ID on Steam is 何の分離しない. The last time I ran Battlefield V was on August 20th last year, Battlefield 1 was last run on August 28th last year, and the last time I played Apex was also last year, but I can't remember the exact date. It's been a while, so my memory is a bit fuzzy. I hope to get my account back quickly. I really need your help, and if you see this, please reply. Thank you very much.13Views0likes1CommentNintendo Account linked to a fake EA Account that's now banned and can't unlink
Hi all, My Nintendo Account somehow got linked to an EA Account that isn't mine. I didn't create it and have no access to it. This EA Account has since been banned in Fifa24, and because it's linked to my Nintendo Account, I can't play that game on the Switch and I can't unlink it either. There's no unlink option showing up for me, and Nintendo says the unlink has to be done from EA's side. I've already emailed EA support about this with no response/resolution. I also checked Penalty History but since I don't have login access to the EA Account in question, I can't see any details on the ban from there. right now i need help unlinking my Nintendo Account from this EA Account that isn't mine. and also confirmation that the ban on that account doesn't carry over to any EA Account I create/link in the future. Has anyone dealt with this specific situation (Nintendo linked to someone else's/a fake EA Account, that account then banned) and gotten it resolved? Any pointers on the right support channel or case type to use would be appreciated, regular email support hasn't gotten anywhere :(. Thanks, andre14Views0likes1CommentAccount was hacked and EA Help isn't helping
My account was hacked and they changed the email. I reset my password, deleted the trusted devices, and did everything the help page says to do, but I can't change the email back to my email because it was changed too recently. When I reset my password, the hacker changes it again. I have 2 factor authentication on but I think they are bypassing it because their email is on my account. When I try to use the EA help page, it says that my problem is not supported by their advisors. what???? I need a real person to help me change my email back. I have done everything I can do myself. Is there any way to contact EA Help directly, and not the AI chatbot?? A phone number or direct email?15Views0likes2CommentsSecure Boot asking for refund .
Good morning. I am writing because, due to the changes you made to the game, I am no longer able to play; my computer locks up because of the new Secure Boot requirements you introduced. The product I purchased from you was not cheap, and I would like to request a refund. As a consumer, I have this right because the product was altered after my purchase—half the content I paid for was removed, and the changes make it completely impossible for me to play the game I bought. After applying your recommended settings, my computer freezes and an error appears, making it very difficult to revert to factory settings.20Views0likes1CommentAccidentally added funds to the wrong account
I added funds to an account I thought was the EA account I had been using for the last 7 years purchasing Maddens (Madden loyalty discount) but I had added the funds using two 25 dollar gift cards to my other EA account under a different email, while the other account had been my Xbox account under my parents email. Is there anyway to transfer, refund, or apply the loyalty discount to the account with the funds? I solely got those gift cards for the purpose of buying Madden 27 with the discount but can no longer anymore at regular price. I feel like I deserve that no? Even after just a simple mistake?52Views0likes3Comments
