No Verification Emails?

I got a new computer and I'm trying to move my account over. I know my password and info since I use it often, but it's asking for an emailed code verification. The email is correct, but I haven't received any emails. I tried using EA help for it, but that also asked for verification even though it's already logged in.

I already found the discussion using the POGO thing and the picture said to click profile and then my EA account. I don't have the EA account option? My account is old but still used nearly every day, and I've gotten a new computer before and never had this issue. I don't know what else to try.

I have also maxed out the amount of times I can hit resend, and I can see in my account that email verification on new devices is not even turned on. Hopefully this helps too

    Hi there,

If you're not getting verification emails, please take a look at the following article: How to turn on EA Login Verification

Not getting codes to your email address?

Try resending the code. If that doesn’t work, make sure:

    • your inbox isn’t full
    • you’ve checked the spam folder
    • you or your service provider haven’t blocked us
    • you’re logged in to the right EA Account.
      • If you’re logged in to a different EA Account, your codes might go to the wrong email.

Tip: Keep your email address up to date so you can always get your codes.

If you’re still not getting your codes, look for a past email from ea@e.ea.com and allow images to be displayed. Then, resend the verification email.

None of these are the issue, I checked before even posting. I do not have two factor email verification turned on so it usually doesn't ask for it. BUT I need to receive an email to turn it on or change any account settings as well. I cannot access EA help live chats without verifying either! Which makes no sense because my ea account on here in settings, it says my email is verified.

I have like $500+ worth of DLC, or I'd make a new account, this has already taken so much frustration.

I'm sorry to hear that. In this case, in order to make account changes you will need to contact EA Help Support. As you're unable to log in with your main account on the EA Help website, you can try creating a new account to contact them and then let them know the details of your main account that you need assistance recovering.

Go to Settings > Junk mail in your email account and add the following address as a safe sender: EA@e.ea.com

After doing this, emails from EA should come through successfully. It works for me.
