linked account issue
when i sign in to EA it shows none of my consoles linked to my EA account, when i try to link to my Xbox it gives me a warning that my Xbox account is already linked to my account. so why is it showing it as not linked and then giving me a warning that it is? im trying to playtest skate. and this is holding me up.. any information any could give would be helpful. i cant get through to an actual person that works for EA to have them help me.Anthem shutdown and question for EA.
With Anthem shutting down next year, and the loyal community that still plays it. I'm not here to throw heat or to bad mouth ea. But I do want to bring up a topic and see if EA is willing to put in discussion the idea of what Epic did with the game Paragon, giving up its rights to the community to take up its project and continue it on. Ea has made promises over and over related to the game that they have not been able to honor which included the game remaining open, even though they were no longer going to revamp the game. I understand EA's decision deeming that it is too much of a money sink. And a lack of time for the return, but I digress, the community has shown great love for the game and its potential that it could have had I have no doubt that a group or another company could see the value in this game and continue it forward. If it is an option ea, this question is for you, would you? Be willing to follow Epic's example and release the files and codes to the community. For whoever is willing to work on it themselves? I would like for everyone in the community to respond to this thread to see the general thoughts of those who care and let ea decide upon its resultsCan’t get onto Play test Hub page
So about a month or so ago i signed up to play test Skate. Did the usual fill out the forum and hope i would get an invite, i didn’t. Fast forward Skate. this last week have come out saying on July 2nd when they do their big update that anyone who has signed up to play test Skate. but didn’t get invited will be getting a invite to test the game, they also added a RSVP forum which is mainly if you haven’t signed up and you’d get a refer a friend code etc. So this is where my issue starts, at first i could simply log into the play test hub with no issue and see available games for play test/upcoming play test games and apply to test these games, i click the RSVP for Skate. and fill it out, get my referral code and then the play test hub website refresh itself, logging me out and now no matter how many times i log back in i am simply met with this message “[Browser] can’t open the page because the server can’t be found.” i’ve tried everything, multiple browsers, VPNs, turning my router off & on, i even drove to my Uni campus and tried on the WiFi their and i’m still getting that exact message. I really am confused how the website worked completely fine then after filling out the RSVP forum it just completely stopped. i’ll add a screenshot/video from my phone of the error message.
