game problem
i recently updated sims before playing and as it was downloading it kept stopping and cancelling out, saying there was files missing or error or issues. that happened when i tried downloading on Steam. when i tried EA it downloaded like normal, and i got in, but i dont have any of my previously bought packs or my saved builds, everythings gone except my main playing characters and their home. but literally everything ive built and bought over the years are gone. and i have no idea what to do. when i normally go to play sims i play via steam, but as of this moment it wont download, so ive been using EA sims. but i think its different accounts.
Error codes + Brindleton PawHospital says incomplete; forces me to relaunch game
below i have attached screenshots that show the error codes and the BE report of the vet clinic from Brindleton Bay. It keeps saying it is incomplete but in build mode, everything is there. I also soon get an error code (1st image). My sim is stuck at the vet clinic with her dog, unable to go home. I have dated my mods (even adult mod) and checked pathways to my mods folder. I have no idea what is causing this issue. Also, before this, I kept getting a MCCC report and BE report concerning drama nodes but I have no idea what is causing that either. Any advice and help is deeply appriecated! I do have DLC installed (3rd image).
Infinite saving screen
I was casually playing the sims 4 but my game froze, so I clicked on the save and exit button ,and then the loading screen popped up,i was waiting for the game to finish saving, but it never finished saving, all I say on the screen was the saving icon, its been about 12 hours and it still didn't finish saving..please fix this bug asap..

Since the october 22 update Ive recieved this error: error code: 110:6ee24dd4:a252622f I removed all mods & cc and it still shows up. Once im at the main menu, it allows me to click play but after that the game doesnt load anymore and it pops up with that message Product: The Sims 4 Platform:PC Which language are you playing the game in? It happens after I press play on the game, its not loading the household. What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever I try to load a household it won't work. The first time I tried with all of the mods and cc still in the "mod" folder and it showed this:"110:6ee24dd4:a252622f". So i removed all mods and cc and it still popped up with an error code. I have "Better Exceptions Full Report" by TwistedMexi so I added that back to the "mod" folder and restarted the game after, it scanned showed that "No mods are installed, so it is likely this is an official game bug." I genuienly think there is some type of bug because two scpecific worlds: Ciudad & Chestnut ridge is showing up twice on my worlds menu: What do you expect to see? Every time I try to move a sim off of their home lot, i get this error and it tells me to relaunch the game, however no matter how many times I relaunch, update, or repair I keep getting this same issue. Also sims keep appearing on my sims' home lot and I can't get them to go home. I think this is related to a general issue with travel because no matter how much their needs decay, they stay on the lot. I have tried using the Send Home action, but it doesn't work.
