[INFO REQUEST] Error Code: EC:10005 In EA app
For days now, I’ve been reaceiving this error code on my PC. I repaired the EA App, uninstalled and reinstalled it, checked my Norton firewall, reset my router, ran as Administrator and tried other fixes, but the error persists. This has never happened before, and it only affects the EA App—my Steam games run without issue. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM ASAP!!

Lost Content After Update
After not playing for a while, I realised there was an update.. so after logging in I've lost all my pets from my family but also my house I worked so hard on throughout the years I've had it. I'm so down about it.. so I tried to add a new animal and it's not even giving me the opition to add any.. And also looking into my gallery they are not there either.[GALLERY] 'Timed Out' error when saving lot to Library/Gallery
What is happening: Prior to the Jan 13 update, I received a generic "server error" when I tried to save lots to my gallery. Following the patch notes that said that this issue was fixed, I went through some of my lots to back them up to my library with my updated game. Attempting to upload a lot now gives me an error message reading "Timed out during upload. Please check internet connection or try again in a minute." When I exit out from this message by clicking "Okay," I return to the window that allows you to set bedrooms/bathrooms and add a description to the lot before uploading. After a minute or two, I then get a green pop-up notification in the corner that the lot has been saved to my library, and it is indeed there when I check. I have not yet tested this with the "Upload to Gallery" button, only the "Save to Library" button. What I expect to see: I think it would be more useful to just have the "uploading to Gallery" loading animation for longer if it is just continuing to upload it in the background, as it's more reliable than getting an error message and then it actually working a couple of minutes later. [GTW] LE caused by clicking on a cash register if not a Small Business Owner
If you click on a cash register in live mode on any lot type except Residential Rental, Retail, or Vet Clinic, and your sim is not a Small Business owner from Businesses & Hobbies, a last exception is generated related to uniforms. I checked every single lot type. It happens even with the Businesses & Hobbies pack disabled through command line argument. (I can't test with it not installed.) The LE is still generated if you own a retail lot or a vet clinic. Only being a Small Business owner prevents it. It happens in a brand new save with an empty mods folder after a game repair. Edit: there are LEs attached. I'm going to assume they're deleted by an auto mod. If I'm incorrect and they're actually gone and you want them, let me know.
