Sim 4 Better Exception_ Type Error: inject_utility
I’m having issues and wondering if anyone knows what to do. I updated my mods, and when I play household an exception keeps popping up, and the game never loads. First it said SOL, now Injector but I removed all the old and updated the new one. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate itServer Error whenever I'm uploading to my personal gallery or workshop
After the update to version 1.117, I can't upload the house I created to either my personal gallery or workshop. But weirdly, I can upload my sim character, but the house I create fails to upload every time. This is the text in the error message: "Server error. We could not process this gallery request. Please try again later." I've already tried all basic troubleshooting methods, including but not limited to: Removing all mods and cc, and deleting the localthumbcache.package cache file. Verified the game file integrity via Steam. I even renamed the ‘The Sims 4’ folder and created a new game environment. But after that, even placing a single chair fails to save to the personal gallery.
Load Error Code 800/801

After the 19 August 2025 patch, my game is literally unplayable. I am able to load as far as the main menu, and I can choose a save to load, but I cannot load any lots. When attempting to load a rental lot, I was getting an error that said something like "the game has reached a break point". When attempting to load any other lots, the game simply crashes and auto-quits. I have removed all mods and I still get the same result. A clean game gives the same result. I am playing on Windows 11, using NVIDIA graphics and DX11 I'm currently in the process of repairing my game and I'm crossing my fingers that this will resolve the issue, but I'm not optimistic. I can't figure out which mods here are causing the game to crash. I've tried deleting the entire mods folder leaving nothing in it, I've tried uninstalling the game and removing everything, I've also tried repairing the game more than 20 times without anything in it, I've also removed all the save files, tray files, cache files until there's barely anything left and the game keeps crashing. Please help me, because now I'm at a complete loss here. If someone could point out which mods are causing the problems, then I'll just delete them but it seems to be an EA problem in my honest opinion ever since the latest patch messed up the game completely :/ Thank you[PLEASE READ] Save Game Corruption

Lots start to get deleted, causing endless loading, loading into empty lots or Error Codes 800/801. Where to post It seems that in order to better track the causes for this issue, separate threads are needed. You do not need to repost any info you already posted here. There are currently different issues so please use either of these going forward. Make sure to read through the first post of each to be sure you’re posting in the correct thread. Please be aware that this issue isn't a corrupted save game. It's a corrupt lot. If you downloaded a few random lots from the gallery and you start to get endless loading with them, please use this thread: Placing lots from the gallery freezes game/endless loading If you're buildings are disappearing but the furniture is still there, use this thread: Floating furniture and building completely gone If you’re buildings are disappearing/reverts to base, you have exclamation marks or lamas on the map or the houses are different on the map and in the game (even after loading into the lot), please use this thread: Houses/Lots Disappear Troubleshooting The issue is really hard to pinpoint but there are a few things that can accelerated the issue. This issue is not mod caused but it can be influenced by mods and cheats, especially if you create lots of Residential Rental units in your save game. Save Game Size. The issue usually typically happens on larger save games. There are a few factors that contribute to save game size that you can keep an eye on Lots of huge houses with lots of objects: Try to keep those down. Consider using empty houses for set decoration if you don't play certain lots but want houses to make it look nicer Photos Sims take ingame. Try to only keep the photos you really like and that contribute to your gameplay. Delete everything else. Photos take up a lot of space in the save. Lots of Sims. The game creates Sims at abundance. Delete the ones you don't use from time to time. Usually there's nothing you can do once it starts happening. While I do play with CC and a few select mods, I do not plan on removing them yet because this issue has also occurred in players who have never used mods or CC. This is clearly not just a mod issue, so I don't see the point. My game has worked perfectly fine after the last update, until today. When I opened it, my saves would not launch, and I received a message saying I should relaunch the game. I did, and it didn't help. I'll attach the message below. As soon as I went into my save, I played like normal, and then some data was lost after I got out of CAS and data went back to when I first started playing today. Fail to save error code keeps popping up when I save from playing inside household/lot. I have mods and CC but I already checked and they are all updated.
