My FC Mobile Account Was Deleted After a Hack – Requesting Help or Compensation
Hello EA Team and fellow players, I'm writing to share a very painful experience and request help. My FC Mobile account (iOS, China region, EA email: [edit: email address removed]) was **hacked and deleted** between June 15–16, 2025. This account was my main for years — I’ve spent a lot of time, energy, and money building it up, and losing it was heartbreaking. After speaking with EA Help, I understand that deleted mobile accounts **cannot be recovered**. While I respect the rules, I’m kindly asking whether **any compensation** (like in-game items, points, or a restart support package) could be considered, given the hack. I'm not trying to break policy — I just want a fair outcome for a loyal player who was targeted. Even a small gesture would mean a lot. Rooney and Vidic were available to choose from. Then 4 mini events - Long passing, Agility, Strength and Live OVR had a countdown timer under them saying they'd be available once it had run out which said 3 days after the Soccer Aid match. Well, the countdown timer has vanished and...nothing. The mini games aren't playable, there's nothing. I can't tap to open them, they're just there doing nothing. It's 3 days after Soccer Aid and the target practice, clean sheets, power shot and live OVR games aren't available. What's going on? The Soccer Aid tab is open for another 47 hours but the mini games aren't? Can anyone help?Aqua vs Inferno
Hi EA team, I’d like to suggest a visual upgrade for the Inferno-themed ball in the current Aqua vs Inferno event. 🔥 Idea: Give the Inferno ball a special visual effect – like fiery trails, sparks, or flame bursts when shooting. 🎯 It doesn’t need to affect gameplay – just a cosmetic touch for fans who pick Team Inferno. 🧠 This would make the event more immersive and exciting, especially in VS Attack or Division Rivals.
