Festive Fixtures Weekly challenge of Weekly Quest
The quest requires: Join a Weekend Challenge 0/1 I have joined twice (on Saturday and Sunday) but it still showing 0/1. Please solve this within the time it expires so that everyone can claim the rewards. First we receive untradeable players instead of tradeable players in divisional rivals now this.Weekly quests (festive season) (ea staff refusing to look at my case too???)
So I finished all but 1 of my festive weekly quests, all that was left was that I beat the weekend challenge. So I spent 15 minutes playing it and beat the games on my first go, but my weekly challenge stays unchecked and I miss out on 200 rank up tokens which I NEED. And then I complain to the ea helpline (in the game) and they kept refusing to help me and sent me to the forums. Didn’t even ask me about what happened or why and then moved on? yes I reinstalled the game to see if it’s visually bugging (it’s not, they scammed me 🥀) is anyone else seeing this problem and seeing the help staff being lazy???Need to fix this simple achievement quest

As someone who is new to the game, I am following the quests to learn how to play and get early rewards. When the game tells me to reach Level 3, but the system only lets me go to Level 2, it’s incredibly confusing! I cannot write in the chat section of the league I own in my Fc mobile account. Even though everything I write does not contain a swear word or bad word, it appears as #####. I request that the problem be solved. I have been using the account for a long time and I have deposited a lot of money and I will continue to do so. If this is going to stay like this, I will delete my account and delete the game as well. Please help me.
