Let me buy the other skate pass
I missed the first skate pass but I maxed out the second one. Let me buy the first one so I can have something to do. I know they're based off of the fortnite fomo model to draw more sales but lets be honest, it clearly didn't work and this game is not long for this world. we want to support you so let us spend money on the season 1 skate pass.Suggestion
I absolutely loveeeeee this game. It's so enjoyable, open-world, and fun to play with friends. Buttttt I would LOVEEEE to see the map during sunrise, sunset and nighttime with a day-night cycle to give it this aesthetic look to the map while playing and enjoying the atmosphere. Let's go ahead and consider this for the next update!Feedback on roadmap
Season 3: Isle of Grom - disappointing. Unfortunately this area is locked behind premium pass. Is this the first ever tutorial area in a video game locked behind a premium pass? Well done. Note - I will have the pass regardless but in my opinion this should have just been added to the game without a pass or currency for 24 hour access. Darkslides and Dark Catches - Should have been in the game from the beginning. Nice to see finally here. Updated Bonelesses - Hopefully the height is improved. Good idea but nothing to get excited about. New game mode speedlines - No. No one asked for this. Where is deathrace? Tattoos - Great! Amazing! Thank you! Hopefully some cool free tattoos and a wide range in the future. I would also like to see them in skate pass and store. Very happy about this. Cosmetic Loadouts - Yes! Perfect! This is great. 3 Loadout slots and more with payment option. This is excellent. Brands in skate. pass - Love it! This is a big improvement. Thank you. More replay editor effects - Very happy with this. Excited to create more vids. Seasonal events - Good. Looking Forward Features in Development: New Social Game Mode Meetups - This sounds fun but other game modes such as vert jam contest and street contests should be prioritised. Turn-Based Competitive Game Modes: Spot Battle and S.K.A.T.E. - YES!! We need this immediately! Spot battle is the one thing I want the most added to this game. I was hoping this would have been added in season 3. I also love S.K.A.T.E. Honestly creating a 'skate' game without these game modes from the start is criminal. I'm bored of the same repeated challenges everyday. Please add a super mega park for Spot Battle as well. These 2 game modes HAVE to be added in season 4 or sooner. I would also like best trick. It was in skate 2 and very fun. The main game modes that need to be added are Spot Battle, S.K.A.T.E, deathrace, vert contests, street contests, best trick, photo challenges, video challenges and hall of meat. Matchmaking System - Yes! This needs to be added as fast as possible with text chat options and or proximity chat. New World Area - This is super important. All future map areas should not be locked behind a premium pass or currency. We need more areas with hills and locations from previous games. I would love to see the mega park from skate 2 for example. Board Wear and Tear - Good idea. I'd also like to see a slamming board emote and breaking it in half. Finger flips - I think these were in every previous skate game. Should have been added from the start. Can glitch and do them now. Excited for these to be added. On The Radar - I want everything added from the on the radar information section. Most exciting for me is legacy skate 1 to 3 spots and more legacy skate modes. Leaderboards should be added with spot battle and s.k.a.t.e. Again Underflips should already be in the game. And the same with player created parks. This was such a big part of skate 3. You would think all of these previous game modes would already be here. Thank you Skate Devs for the update. I love the game but as of right now the challenges are boring and repetitive. I need competitive game modes to keep me engaged. I would have preferred to pay full price for this game and have an actual story mode and all the game modes I loved from the start. I still would have purchased a premium pass for new gear. Skate 3 had tattoos and so many more clothing brands from the start and teams you could join with friends. I'm disappointed that we are not getting competitive game modes in season 3 but I'm happy with everything. Grom should have been added instantly though. Bad decision on whoever decided to make it skate pass or currency for 24 hour access. Final thoughts I play this game a lot and very happy with this update. The only things not mentioned on this list are pro skaters and Coach Frank. Having the option to replace Vees voice with Coach Frank or anyone would be nice. The performance of the game on PS5 is great. Season 4 needs spot battle.Downhill from the beginning
At the start of the game the quests were different and you had a reason to play however now it's like groundhog day. The weekly missions are just repeated as well as the monthly (though with slightly different skills; held flip trips instead of grinds). Some of the "new" quests are ridiculous and mind numbing (travelling so far on board). As much as you want to claim it is still game preview , I don't feel like you can call on that when it's on its second season with paid passes. Unlike other games, buying and then completing said pass doesn't give you enough credit to buy the next pass. So far this game is just money grabbing and I feel like anyone spending money are blatantly wasting it. I used to play it everyday but now there's no reason too.Auto-exchange is a mistake
Auto-exchange is a serious misstep. I’ll start with the most immediate problem: the vast majority of the seasonal items (and event items, for that matter) are filler content that people have deliberately avoided and refuse to exchange tix for. There is an overrepresentation of things people don’t want or need. Why do we even have title cards in a game that’s not PvP? Even in games that flash player IDs at you, it’s a feature that many people don’t care for. To have these things forced upon us for diligently saving our tickets is a slap in the face. Furthermore, the quality of in-game content is very poor. Stickers, clothing prints, and board art are overwhelmingly cutesy and child-oriented, lacking any form of countercultural nous or flair. It’s AI slop that ought to embarrass all involved. This is a naked attempt to revitalise daily playing numbers by forcing people to come back and grind, instead of using the cushion of the prior month’s leftovers to dip their toes into the new content. Besides being an obvious affront to the player base, it is a self-defeating move: if people can’t get going quickly enough with the new content, they won’t bother pushing through. The grind in this game is terrible and starting over again on a new, uninspiring unlock list will seem insurmountable, so players are likely to lose what little of their morale they still have and simply disengage. The worst part about this change? Despite being so obviously to the detriment of players, it has been mooted as a response to player wants and needs. It comes with the familiar “we’ve been listening” rhetoric to justify what is clearly a business decision at the expense of player experience. It’s insulting, because no-one asked for this system, yet we’re being told it’s being made in our name. We’ve called for plenty of other things, but those have curiously been ignored. But, no: Tix exchange is the big idea we’re being presented with as the panacea to this game’s myriad problems. Bravo, team. Bravo.Challenges in market mile
I cant even begin with the amount of issues in so many different areas in market mile. It has so far been my least favorite area to do challenges and its a shame cuz market mile really has so much potential. But alas I wont get into all that, today im gonna simply point out the vast lack of challenges for area progress in market mile. Legitimately the ratio for tix challenges to daily rotating market mile progress missions is 17/7. That is absolutely unacceptable, especially for those trying to max level each area. I really think so much on this game needs to be worked on but it feels like EA is no longer interested on working on this game as much cuz of a dwindling player base compared to launch. I love the skate franchise and would love to see it perfected with this installation of the game series. Please hear the players complaints and suggestions and I promise EA you WILL see that player count go up. Sincerely - a long life fan of SkateNew event challenges bugged / broken
Multiple bugs in this pop off event: Completed the 180 laser flip challenges it said complete, then when I looked again had reset to zero. Had to repeat the whole thing. As you can see from the images attached multiple challenges completed but not rewarded, no tick or cross through the challenge Was on 16 wallrides then it dropped down to 10 Fix please its ridiculous how many things are constantly messed upFinished every Roll-Stice Challenge , unable to purchase every event item.
Completed all of the winter Roll-Stice task and challenges, also logged on quite a few times this season. Still appear to be 100 snowflakes short for the final item (Green Holiday Sweater) and I’m not sure if it will let me collect the daily login when the store resets today as the event also ends today. Hopefully it gets gifted to everyone who was unable to get it, despite completing everything the event had to offer.SolvedSpring Pop-Off Feb 10 - Mar 3, 2026
Picture this: You’re cruising around San Vansterdam, neon signs buzzing, decks smacking the concrete, and the whole city is a chorus of sounds as we welcome Spring. We’re blasting fireworks to chase out those pesky cobra chickens that invade San Van every time this season comes back around. Bright lights, loud booms, and the echo of urethane on pavement—nothing sends those geese packing faster, helping reduce the amount of goose guano around the city. Back in the day, geese and seagulls co-existed in harmony in San Van. But over time, those honking feathered tanks started throwing their weight around our city, steamrolling the gull’s scene. Now our city’s beloved mascot birds are almost wiped out, and we’ve got to stop it - and we need your help. If we don’t crank up the chaos, the geese will take every nesting spot in town, and the gulls will get bounced. That’s why Spring Pop-Off rules. It’s our Springtime skaterized blowout—an excuse to raise the volume, shred every ledge in sight, firecracker every stair set we can roll into, and torch the sky with whatever fireworks stash the SVCC digs up. The louder our sessions, the fewer geese stick around. And if you’re wondering why you don’t see any cobra chickens flapping through San Van right now? That means it’s working. And to help you make some noise, we’re updating the Community Parks for Spring Pop-Off, complete with rockets, flaming rings, and more. Drop in for the first time to help clear out the geese, and you’ll unlock a Firecracking profile reward—your sign to everyone else in San Van that you’re ready for the Spring Pop-Off. As you roll through the city crushing your Tasks and Challenges, you’ll earn Firecrackers, the Spring Pop-Off currency used to pick up gear in the Extravert store’s Spring Pop-Off section. Be sure to check in daily as well—daily logins earn bonus Firecrackers to keep you moving. Spring Pop-Off Challenges run for three weeks in the community parks, which are tricked out with event-style flair. Login and get the daily free Firecrackers, complete the Challenges in the community parks, and do your Weekly Spring Pop-Off Tasks to pad your pockets, then head to the Extravert Shop to spend those Firecrackers on gear and items. There’s a total of 19 rewards to earn through Spring Pop-Off: first-time login reward, rewards you can get with Firecrackers in the in-game store, Weekly Task completion rewards, and the event completion reward that will show up in the Extravert Shop once you’ve completed all three Weekly Tasks. Miss the Tuesday rollover? No stress. You’ve got until the end of the event to finish each week and still earn the Weekly Completion reward. Stick with it and clear all the Spring Pop-Off weekly tasks to get access to the special reward in the in-game shop when the event wraps. Just don’t forget to use your Firecrackers before the Pop-Off is over on March 3rd. Hit up the Spring Pop-Off section of the store with your pocket of Firecrackers from completing Challenges to grab some new gear. We’ve also got an event costume, the legendary Burt Blaze, that will show up in the Extravert shop, and you’ll be able to grab his fit via San Van Bucks. Fun Fact: Burt Blaze isn’t just the name of this legend. When you hit the 4x multiplier in a line, he catches fire! The Spring Pop-Off ends on March 3, 2026, so get in, get loud, and get your Firecrackers! Season 3 is coming March 10th! See you in San Vansterdam, The skate. Team222Views3likes0Comments
