my EA account got hacked
Hi, I need help recovering my EA account. My account was hacked, and the hacker changed the email address associated with it. I already reported this through the EA Help website and contacted several support agents (around 4 so far). During the live chat, each agent asked me for my original email address, and after I provided it, they said they sent a verification code to my email. The problem is that while I do receive the email, there is no verification code inside it. This has happened consistently with every agent I’ve contacted. Because of this issue, I’m unable to verify my identity and proceed with the account recovery process. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how to fix this? To the EA Sports FC Development Team, As a long-time supporter and player of the FIFA/FC series, I’m writing on behalf of many players who are deeply concerned and disappointed by the decision to exclude Legacy Defending from online play in FC25. We believe this choice is unnecessary, alienating, and ultimately detrimental to your player base. For years, many of us have honed our skills and developed muscle memory around Legacy Defending. It’s a system that makes sense to us, offering intuitive controls and responsive gameplay. Not everyone is seeking the hyper-competitive, esports-focused experience Tactical and Advanced Defending impose. For casual and even seasoned players who value enjoyment over rigidity, Legacy Defending was our preferred option. By removing it from online modes, you’ve forcefully restricted player choice, leaving many of us feeling alienated and unheard. The argument that Tactical Defending “levels the playing field” may apply in elite divisions, but not everyone is competing for global leaderboards. Many players simply want to enjoy the game their way, online or offline. EA Sports has always promoted the idea of “playing it your way”, but this decision directly contradicts that philosophy. Instead of limiting options, why not empower players to choose their preferred defending style in unranked online play or friendly matches, at the very least? We respectfully ask that you: Reintroduce Legacy Defending as an option in online modes, whether in friendlies, FUT, or seasons. Allow players to choose the experience that fits them best, respecting the diversity of your player base. Listen to the community feedback—there is a large segment of your loyal fanbase who feel unfairly forced into a system that doesn’t reflect how we love to play. Gaming is supposed to be fun. How is possible that I’ve been 2 months with a bug that I can’t sell my UT cards and NO ONE DOES NOTHING.. The counter has been stuck on '24 hours' for over A MONTH. I need you to manually sync my market cap from the server because it doesn't reset automatically. I’m member of EA play, I bought the game and this is ruining my experience in the game . Please fix this, it’s hard t not quit the game when I try to talk to you for 2 MONTHS and the bug remains. I got the Nunez fc Pro card tradable, and I CANT GET THE MONEY, if this continues like this, I need Ea to give my money back, the y don’t care about people’s experienceOnline tournaments glitch
I have been playing online tournaments for quite some time now on PlayStation. However it is becoming quite frustrating with a glitch where your opponent enforces a loss on you when they pause the match and disconnect or even without playing in the first place. I would choose the kits and go onto the match and in the loading screen the other olayer disconnects and after a while I get a message that I lost the match. For example, on of the players that I faced multiple times and have reported to EA on several occasions without any action is the player showing in the attached photos (Overt-ballroom9) where he always wins and gets passed onto the next round without playing and you can see that clearly from the scoreboard not showing a score while other matches would show. it is becoming utterly frustrating to play this game anymore honestly with EA not fixing glitches nor punishing such players.
