Hello EA Sports team, I'm a huge fan of EA FC and I would love to see the Egyptian club "Al Ahly SC" officially added to the game. It's one of the biggest and most successful African clubs in history, with a huge fan base around the world. Please consider adding it in future updates or titles. Thank you!
Request to Recover EA Progress from Account Linked to Permanently Suspended PSN
Hello EA Team and Community, My old PlayStation Network account (Yosef_1515) was permanently suspended due to a violation of the Code of Conduct. The message that caused the ban was sent by my young child without my knowledge. As a result, I lost access to my EA account, which was linked to that PSN ID. That EA account includes years of progress, content, and achievements in EA SPORTS games. Unfortunately, since the PSN account is now permanently suspended by Sony, I have no way to access my EA data. I have created a new PSN account and a new EA account (email: [edit: email address removed]) and I kindly ask for a one-time manual solution — either by transferring the progress or linking my old EA account to my new PSN. I contacted support and they confirmed that such exceptions have been made before for other players, but currently, no official tool exists. They advised me to post here so the Community Managers can see the issue and potentially escalate it. If anyone else has gone through this, please comment so EA can understand how many players are affected. Hi EA Sports, I would like to suggest adding Nicolas Anelka to FC 25 as either a Hero or an Icon card. He was an outstanding player who featured for top clubs like PSG, Real Madrid, Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester City, and Juventus. He also represented France on the international stage and won numerous trophies throughout his career. Many fans remember him fondly, and I believe he would make a fantastic addition to Ultimate Team—both from a historical and gameplay perspective. With a 1000/1000 mb 10 in answeartime and absolute no problem with my connection i logged into Ea to test a game and i was stunned, whats wrong with Ea servers folks, this is madness, take a look at the pictures i posting, every game is riddicoules high ping and a horrible serverconnection. No there is no problem with my connection it is super stable, every test i take it got 970 mb, every game working fantastic... Until i logged in to Ea servers !?Online tournaments glitch
I have been playing online tournaments for quite some time now on PlayStation. However it is becoming quite frustrating with a glitch where your opponent enforces a loss on you when they pause the match and disconnect or even without playing in the first place. I would choose the kits and go onto the match and in the loading screen the other olayer disconnects and after a while I get a message that I lost the match. For example, on of the players that I faced multiple times and have reported to EA on several occasions without any action is the player showing in the attached photos (Overt-ballroom9) where he always wins and gets passed onto the next round without playing and you can see that clearly from the scoreboard not showing a score while other matches would show. it is becoming utterly frustrating to play this game anymore honestly with EA not fixing glitches nor punishing such players.
