Season Pass Icons LOCKED in Manager Career Mode Despite Level 19 Unlock - BUG
Hello EA Team and Community, I purchased Season Pass 1,2,3 and 4 specifically to unlock and use icons in Manager Career Mode. Wayne Rooney (SP3 Level 19), Ruud Gullit and Lothar Matthäus (SP4 Level 19) and others, showed or show as unlocked with the green checkmark in the Season Pass menu, but when starting a new Career Mode save, they appear LOCKED in the Icons/Heroes selection screen – I can’t preview or select them! This is completely unacceptable – I paid real money for these rewards exclusively for offline Career Mode, not Ultimate Team, and now I can’t use them. Hello, I am writing again about the “no teammates found” on rush mode. Rush mode needs to be played inorder to open the transfer market in objectives. So I joined switch fc26 discord to find people to play and the people there were telling me they tried to do rush mode for 5 weeks and could no find a single match due to smaller player pool in North America. I completed the 86 pack for Sophia Wilson whilst it still said the potm Yamal was one of two rewards for completing the challenge. I did not receive the Yamal card. Then whilst completing the Marcelo sbc I noticed that my account had been deducted approximately 40,000 coins without reason. I hadn’t bought anything so they have just vanished. Hello EA Support Team, This is an urgent "White Cursor" Exploit report, Anti-Cheat Inadequacy, and Request for Compensation. I am formally complaining about the continued presence of a game-breaking exploit that has persisted for over two years, despite repeated promises of improved security systems. For several seasons, I have consistently encountered a specific hack where a white cursor appears over all my players. This exploit: Completely removes my ability to control or switch between players (except for a single player sometimes). Triggers a game crash after 4–5 minutes if I attempt to wait the hacker out, resulting in a "Loss" and a "DNF" penalty. The current anti-cheat system is a significant drain on my PC resources, yet it is clearly failing to prevent blatant external interference. It is unacceptable that a security layer consumes high CPU/RAM while failing to detect a script that literally hijacks player control. I have manually searched for these accounts on the EA App to report and block them. However: I have received zero feedback or confirmation of action taken. The frequency of these encounters is increasing, suggesting that manual reporting and current automated blocks have no impact on the hacker's ability to matchmake. To restore our confidence as customers, I am requesting the following: Active In-Game Reporting: Implementation of a real-time, in-game reporting tool that captures the current match state and provides a fast-track feedback loop. Compensation: A formal method of compensation (e.g., points, packs, or rank restoration) for the losses and penalties incurred due to your security team's inability to prevent this known exploit. Technical Accountability: A clear update on why this specific "white cursor" exploit has remained unpatched for multiple titles. For all the readers, please share other solutions you find accepted from your POV. Fair play is the foundation of your product. Currently, the experience is neither fair nor functional.
