Encore icon pick

Hi guys. I just completed this sbc twice today and it was all base icons (unusable of course) in both picks. It is really weird when it says that you can get multiple versions of icons including toty which i havent even seen on youtube either. 
Anyone else experiencing this or i just have a bug in my account maybe ?!
