GAC Battle Crashed: Lost Team, Zero Points. This needs to stop, CG.
I'm writing this right now because I am completely disgusted. I just went into my very first 3v3 GAC battle of the round, and the game CRASHED completely. The result? I lost my entire offensive team for that sector, the attempt is gone, and I received ZERO banners. It's an instant loss in a competitive mode, and it completely throws off the entire round. We dedicate time and effort to our rosters and our GAC strategy. To lose a match, and potentially a demotion, not because of a counter or a bad play, but because of a technical failure on CG's end is frankly a **bleep** take. This shouldn't be happening in the premier PvP game mode. What Now? Will This Be Reimbursed? I have already submitted a support ticket to EA Help with my Ally Code, the time of the crash, and the teams involved. To CG/EA: This issue is unacceptable. We need stability, and when stability fails, we need fair compensation. Will this widespread stability issue be addressed, and will players who lost crucial GAC attempts due to a crash be reimbursed? To the Community: If this happened to you, even if you’ve been told "tough luck" before, please file a support ticket right now. The more formal tickets they receive, the harder it is for them to ignore the severity of the problem. Let's make sure our frustrations are heard through the official channels! Every action by any ship causes lag and stutter. It took over 4 minutes to get to the 2nd reinforcement slot on a standard Levi v Levi battle, and it lagged for 12 seconds trying to bring out the MK 2 interceptor. A fleet battle is basically unwinnable for me at the moment as I cannot get through the battle with every move of every ship causing lag. I've confirmed with at least two other guildies that they've had the same problem, and neither restarting the game, nor uninstalling and reinstalling is helping. please fix this fast, this has already cost me the best part of 400 crystals in my fleet climb today and will cause me to lose more every day. I have all 3 gac omicrons unlocked for Jocasta Nu and none of them are displayed in GAC or not being recognized. I realize two of them specify they are for when she is in "Rifle" form but one of them isn't. Either way I should see at least one omicron here if not all 3. This made me lose one GAC battle, hence an entire field. When the Imperial Super Commando attacks, either from his turn or out of his turn (assist, counter-attack), it looks like it's dancing some kind of parkour. I tried pausing the game, changing Auto ON/OFF, and speed, but nothing seemed to work.SLKR team with the new DC is invincible on GA
Tried SLKR vs SLKR and both team members were impossible to beat forever. See the attached image. Note that the defending team had new DC level 15 for Night vision Rey. Other counters did not work as well. So the SLKR team with the new DC is unbeatable on GA by any means. I've lost the GA match due to the bug and would like to receive some compensation. Your update caused LAG
Dear Capital Games, your update has caused severe lag in essentially all game modes: Squad Arena, Fleet, Territory war. One can assume GAC will experience lag as well, so not only do we have to deal with relic delta, we now also have to deal with serve game lag. The lag is making the game almost unbearable and not enjoyable it has costed me personally matches I should of won in territory war, and I suspect it will cost me in GAC I am certain am not the only player to experience this, I think that CG should compensate it’s players for these technical issues.
