Coaxium Problem
Again, purchased the March madness bundle. 20k coaxium and nothing resets. This is like the 3rd time posting this for multiple purchases and nobody has ever responded. Ally code: 787-739-113 Right now my Cal Kestis is not unlocked, and he is at 20 / 25 shards. I have completed the Marquee event for him (once initially and once after the 24 hr refresh to check) but did not receive any shards like I did with Merin, Cere etc. As seen in the picture, I got 3 stars the, but Cal is still locked in the bottom left
Missing conquest shards from conquest premium track
I clicked the claim rewards button once I reached a certain point on the track, but the shards were not granted to me. However the one after was granted to me. This one I got This one I didnt get This one I did get, it grants 2 shards. Heres proof that I was missing it. Unsure if this will be fixed or if I will get the shards I missed.Coaxiom Repeatable
Yet at a certain point, you get to parsec 10 and it doesn’t reset. This has happened multiple times and now it happened with 2 Malgus relic bundles and 99$ crystals. Does this only go so far and then they stop giving you the bonuses or am I owed like 4 rounds of rewards. Last time I posted this, nobody answered. Please answer the question. Thanks.
