It takes 3 months to download from g12 to g13?
The developers promise us G12 by the end of the era for all characters. But after the end of the era, it will take 3+ months to level up from G12 to G13. Then, in a year, F2P players will have a warehouse full of G12 characters and very few G13 characters. Perhaps we should speed up the leveling process from G12 to G13 to 2 weeks? And also speed up the leveling process from G0 to G13 to 1 month? CG_SBCrumb CG_Meathead

If the enemy is inexplicably not dying while in the red - unequip the F3-4T disk from your datadisks. It is actively preventing the team from dying to make feat farming easier. Do not fall into this trap. If you’re trying to win, unequip it. Edit 1: I'm going to keep this at the top in the hope that reading comprehension still exists. Good lord...
Conquest is a disappointment
Conquest is the poorest attempt at challenging a roster. CG should be ashamed of itself for putting this out. It resembles nothing of the game and is only there to infuriate players. I may not be the best player, but I have some understanding of the game mechanics. This is garbage and shows a lack of effort or creativity. If and when I quit this game, it will be due to Conquest. Don't get me started on NRG. If the same node gets harder each time you replay it to complete a feat its not just random. The overprepared buff makes no sense, some at 80% WTF is that? My GL teams barely survive other toons' 1 shot at R7/R8. Use all consumables and survive a little longer. And I don't think its about spending money cuz I do and don't mind, as I am fortunate to have it. I don't think I am the only one on this. Overall, I enjoy the game and have for a few years, even with all the changes. I don't expect everything to work perfectly or even be a good fit for ever change. Conquerst needs a hard look at it by developers and come up with a solution. Hopefully, before I move on from this game.
Paid twice for the R5-D4 bundle and didnt receive rewards
I attempted to buy the bundle I a few days ago in game on IOS and it didnt work so i went to the webstore to buy it and it worked, after going in game though i dont receive the 30 shards and era mats i instead get 2 batches of 4324 crystals. Yesterday while looking through my card purchases i find that on the 7th of may, when i bought the bundle, i got charged for 34.99€ on EA and on Apple when i tried to buy it with apple pay in game. I tried support but its useless they dont understand the problem, how can i get my money back??
