Can't reach R0 with 5-star / EP plus investment
CG, BLUF: When leveling all marquee characters to 5-star, the Rotta the Hutt rewards are insufficient to progress marquee characters from Era 110 to Era 115 (i.e. R0) without investing additional $$. This is NOT how it was for the previous two eras, and...I'm upset for having spent this money thinking I was going to get something only to learn the rug has...yet again, been pulled from under our feet. Since you never actually tell us what to expect, we are all left with what I would call "unspoken expectations." The problem with unspoken expectations, is that you can say...oh well, we never SAID we were going to do that, and can escape accountability. But given that you never actually SAY ANYTHING about what we are supposed to expect, we are only ever left with unspoken expectations based on your prior actions, and what it seems like you're doing now. It's always up to us to fill in the blanks and try and make purchasing decisions based on datamines, speculation, and historical patterns. The community tends to work together and reach conclusions about what we will get based on what we spend, and decisions are made, money is spent, and expectations are created (whether you ever said them or not). So let me say what I think the unspoken expectations were coming into this era, based on what you actually DID for the previous two eras and also what you DID for the first episode pass plus of this era. If we were to purchase episode pass+ throughout the era, we would be able to achieve the following: 5 stars on all marquee characters with no crystal investment Through normal colliseum progression, we would be able to reach Era110 (formerly Era 70) on all marquee characters (this was possible the last 2 eras no problem). We would then be able to complete the first two tiers of the Rotta the Hutt legendary event which would give us enough Mk7 Aurek/Masterwork to be able to progress all 6 Marquee from Era110 to Era115 (R0 level). This was possible the previous two eras for both Spider Maul and Cassian Undercover (Era70 to Era75 for those two eras, but the same idea...all 6 marquee at R0) Note that, it doesn't really matter whether you do the pass+ or just crystal to 5 stars, but I would list the "get 5-stars with no crystals" as a new unspoken expectation for pass+ that you recently created (which is actually great because pass+ was pointless before). Here's the math on it, see attached picture. The 5 star event for both Spider Maul and also Cassian Undercover awarded: 6700 Mk 7 Aurek and 330 Mk 7 Masterwork. It takes 750 Aurek and 50 Masterwork to take a character from E70 to E75 (R0) in previous eras. This was enough to level 6 characters from E70 to E75 So if you could pick 6 of the 7 from marquee/legendary to get to R0. If you wanted the 7th you had to purchase 1 pack of each or just do that one character later. There was no other way to obtain Aurek and Masterwork other than to purchase them, the Mk6 era mats was the highest "F2P" tier, or more accurately the highest you could achieve without actually purchasing mats through coliseum progression. Comparing to Rotta the Hutt rewards, we receive ZERO Mk7 Aurek/masterwork, which means...there is no way to level ANY marquee beyond E110 in this era without purchasing Mk7 mats. Getting 5 Kyber and R0 on the new marquees is a STRONG INCENTIVE for us to buy the EP plus during the era, or buy the EP and crystal up to 5 stars. Taking one of these things away at the last minute without notice is a real gut punch. Skipping G12 progression is an enormous incentive for us...but lacking that, why ever buy the episode pass+ or crystal these guys up to 5 stars ever again? I don't think 3 Kyber tokens alone are enough incentive to spend ~30k crystals or ~$60, so we will just all be at 4 star EP only or not even that going forward. Easy to fix...just put the 6700 Mk7 Aurek and 330 Mk7 Masterwork as rewards back into the 5-star Rotta tier.

Era Ideas from an old player
To be honest, I've only recently gotten back into the game as of era of Andor. Having been a free to play player, it was an awesome way to get some new characters to help bolster my roster. Having said this, I wanted to give some ideas for some future era units or maybe just units in general Era of Pursuit Coruscant Guard Trooper (Attacker, CC, Summon) Coruscant Riot Trooper (Tank, Speed control) CG Clone Commander Fox (Support, Speed control, Summoner) CG Clone Commander Thorn (Tank, AOE) CG Clone Lieutenant Thire (Support, Attack out of turn) New Buff type: Hot Pursuit, Increasing Speed, Potency and Accuracy as Damage to enemies is done. All these units would also apply "On the Run" when using special abilities. All but Thorn would be Neutral units, allowing for both dark side and light side clones to use them. Thorn being the only light side of the set. Since he never went on to serve the empire. They would also all have the "Constable" tag allowing them some splashability into existing teams. Included in this era: RC-1138 "Boss" (Leader, Attack out of turn specialist) RC-1140 "Fixer" (Support, Healer) RC-1207 "Sev" (Attacker, Single target DoT specialist) These would have the Dark side clone (except sev who would have neutral) and would slot in nicely with Scorch allowing for a well rounded clone unit with Appo. Doctor Harlock, (Empire, Support, Leader, using the Delta squad clones, replacing Sev with CX.) Another Era idea: Era of the Sith Empire. Darth Jadus (Leader, Attacker) Watcher 3 (Support, DoT stealth Specialist) Sith Trooper Commander (Tank, CC) Exar Kun (Attacker, Single DPS) New Galactic Legend: Vitiate (Sith Emperor): (Leader, Drains DPS from Other Sith Empire leaders to empower his abilities) Other character ideas: Veteran Commander Wolfe (Star wars Rebels) Veteran Commander Gregor (Star wars Rebels) 212th Lieutenant Waxer 212th Trooper Boil 212th trooper Trapper CX Commando Droid (as a usable character) Aqua Droid (From the Kamino Invasion) Eclipse (New Capital ship using Sith Eternal Emperor Palpatine, buffing Imperial ships, while having high single target DPS) Clone Pilot Matchstick (For the Republic Y-Wing) Umbaran Trooper New Raid Idea using the new era units I suggested, Zillo Beast, Phase 1 (Awaken) Fight through a horde of Speratist droids until a certain number of turns pass. Zillo Beast, Phase 2 (Capture) Damage the Zillo Beast using abilities to charge up the Beam tanks to weaken it. Zillo Beast, Phase 3 (Rampage), Defeat the beast to subdue it. Zillo Beast, Phase 4 (Escape) Free the Zillo Beast to cover your escape from Tantiss base. (proposed usable units, All clones, General Skywalker, Darth Sidius, Mace Windu all variants, Tarkin, Doctor Harlock, All ISB units)Why so long!!??
I bought the Finaliser LSB for $20 approximately 2 days ago. It charged my card, I got a confirmation email, and all that jazz. The pack never showed up. I paid, they received my payment, but the characters and ships never showed up. I checked for missing purchases, nothing worked. So I contacted the intake ea help. It wasn't even a real person at first just an ai. They got my name then a real person stepped in. With more than 5-6 hours in between each response, I gave screenshots of proof of purchase, waited 24 hours for pack to show up bc sometimes that happens. The dumbest thing they wanted was a screenshot of the pack ingame. I gave that then they said that my "claim" was being reviewed by the concerns team and that I would have to wait awhile. Why do I have to wait so long! I paid them; they have my money, why don't I have what I paid for! They don't have to ship anything, it's literally just a few pixels on the screen that I spent 20 bucks on. Before this, I had bought two other packs and they came through perfectly fine and right after I double clicked to pay. EA needs to put their customers first. I WANT MY GOSH DANG 20 DOLLAR LIGHTSPEED BUNDLE!!! I shouldn't have to write this or pursue and initialize a fix. If I don't get my dang pack within 24 hours, I will request an immediate chargeback and request that my case be escalated to a supervisor or similar. EDIT: here is my player id. I recently came back to the game after not playing for a year, I heard about the renewal questline they added but it is not on my account and support team doesn't understand what I am talking about and unable to fix the issue at hand after talking with them for weeks about this situation. what can I do to get the renewal questline on my account?Missing R5 shards
As the new Era launched, I purchased a 5×pull using crystals. When I went to promote r5 (in the same way I have done with every Era toon), the game took me to the normal character screen. I clicked on the button ro level up and a forced refresh happened. When the game reopened, my shards from the crystal pull were gone....but so were the 6k crystals. Please refund the crystals, or give the shards that are missing (1×5, 3×7, 1×10). Ally Code: 162-413-635
