"Can't find what you're looking for"

I entered the provided PlayStation 5 code, and the playtest appeared. However, when I clicked to download, it displayed a message saying, "Can't find what you're looking for." I tried redeeming the code again, but it said, "This code has already been used. Check what you entered and try again." Could you please let me know if there's anything else I need to do to access the playtest? Thank you!
