Still unable to play?!?!

I was selected for the fc playtest from 11/3-11/18 and haven't been able to play since the first day of the playtest, November 3rd. I keep getting the msg that the playtest is unavailable when I try to load it. I even got the survey on the 9th with the free game redemption and haven't done it yet bc I haven't played much of it! I keep trying every day. 

I got another email with another "download code" for a secondary playtest (11/12-11/15), but it was the same code as before and it still won't load?! What's going on here?!

    I’m having the exact same issue. I have checked every day and it just says Unavailable.   The email states the playtest should run November 12-18.

    It seems a majority of people have been having this issue and issues with the "free game" redemption from the survey they sent out. I'm sending them an email bc no one is getting answers here 😭
