Creating a new account
I am trying to create a new account on a separate device (iOS) but it keeps bring up my existing account. I have created a new Facebook login, deleted the app on device including cache and whenever I log with new FB it brings up existing account. It's like EA has locked the device ID to the account. I used this device previously with the main account. I dont know how to unlink it or create a new account without affecting my existing main account. I login using Apple ID for the existing. Any help would be appreciated.
Fast Player Movement Bug and Hurdle/Jump Issue in Madden
Dear EA Support, I’m experiencing a couple of bugs in Madden Mobile that affect gameplay. The first issue is with tackles, where the AI or CPU players move unnaturally fast. When a player is attempting a tackle but is too far from the ball carrier, the tackler’s character suddenly speeds up, touches the player, and then snaps back to their original position. This issue even happens when the player is already being tackled. The second bug occurs when I try to hurdle or jump over players. If my player gets stuck on another player, he will teleport underneath the CPU as if completing the tackle or simply as though he was never stuck in the first place. This creates an unrealistic and jarring gameplay experience. I’ve restarted the game and ensured it’s up-to-date, but the issues continue. Dear EA Support, I’m writing to report an issue I’ve encountered in Madden Mobile regarding penalty calls during gameplay. It seems that the game is not properly calling penalties, even in situations where they should be flagged. Here’s a breakdown of the issue: The only penalties being called are Delay of Game and Kickoff Out-of-Bounds. AI behavior causes penalties such as Illegal Block in the Back and Unnecessary Tackles (after a pass is thrown), but these penalties are never flagged. The AI often tackles my QB even after a pass is thrown, and there’s no flag for roughing the passer. There are no penalties for things like holding, pass interference, or illegal hits, even when they clearly occur. I’ve tried restarting the game and ensuring that the game is up-to-date, but the issue persists. I would appreciate it if this could be investigated, as it affects the overall gameplay experience. I appreciate the work EA puts into Madden Mobile, and I’ve really enjoyed playing the game. However, I’ve noticed that instant replays end immediately when the play is over, unlike in the console versions where the replay continues for a few extra seconds. This makes it hard to fully analyze plays, especially when trying to see what happens after a tackle, a catch, or a close call near the end zone. Would it be possible to extend replays by just 5-10 extra seconds to match the console experience? This small change would make a big difference for players who want to break down plays, enjoy highlight moments, or create content.
