I lost my progression and the customer service is so bad
I logined to my account with my email on my new iPad to hope that I could have my progress continue. And now I’m stuck at beginning of the game forever. I report this issue to the EA customer service on Jan 27th 2025, until now I got just an auto reply “we will investigate into it” and it’s done. This is such a bad customer service. i think this is a very serious issue for all the players like me played game for several years and spent hundreds of dollars on the game. But seems like to them it’s just a customer service ticket. i want to get my money back now! I don’t trust EA anymore
Needing help of changing my facebook account.
I have tried everything to take off one facebook account to use another facebook account. Ive tried deleting the game reinstalling, i unlinked it from the facebook account, i tried deleting its data but everytime i log in and press returning users then log into facebook it shows the same facebook account. PLEASE HELP
GL Leia Missing shards rewards
I just finished tier 3 of the Galactic Legend Leia event for the second time as the last one needed to acquire the last 50 shards to unlock. The game crashed after the victory screen. Now the event shows all tiers as complete but I’m 50 shards short to unlock. There doesn’t seem to be any way to acquire the last shares needed now. What should I do? ally code: 282-483–949
