Hello EA Support, I am experiencing a serious and repeated issue in EA FC Mobile H2H matches. The same problem happened yesterday and again today. During the match, especially when I move past the middle of the pitch, the game suddenly shows “Lost Connection”. At the same time, my players stop responding correctly to my touch controls. I can tap to move, pass, sprint or defend, but the players do not react properly or continue moving in the wrong direction. What is strange is that during the opponent’s counterattack, my players can become completely unresponsive, while the opponent continues playing normally. This is not a problem with my phone’s touchscreen. Immediately after the match, the phone works normally, and in the following matches the controls can work normally again. The problem has now happened repeatedly on different days and is seriously affecting H2H gameplay and match results. I am not claiming that my opponent is cheating, but I would like you to investigate whether there is a server-side connection, synchronization/desynchronization, or gameplay input issue affecting these matches. Please check the connection and match data for the affected games and let me know what may be causing this issue. Hello EA FC Mobile Support Team, I am reporting a persistent and extremely frustrating bug with stadium selection in Head to Head (H2H). I select a specific stadium in the Locker Room, but when I play H2H as the home team, the game does NOT use my selected stadium. Instead, it repeatedly loads a different stadium. What makes this issue even more obvious is that my opponents can play in the stadiums they selected, while my selected stadium does not work for me. I have already tried EVERYTHING that would normally be suggested: ● Changed my selected stadium multiple times ● Selected a completely different stadium and changed it back ● Restarted the game ● Completely closed and reopened the game ● Reinstalled FC Mobile ● Checked the stadium settings again NOTHING HAS FIXED THE PROBLEM. This clearly does not appear to be a simple device or installation issue. The problem appears to be related to my H2H stadium selection or my account/server data. I have been dealing with this issue repeatedly while other players are able to use their selected stadiums normally. PLEASE CHECK MY ACCOUNT-SIDE H2H STADIUM DATA AND INVESTIGATE THIS PROBLEM PROPERLY. I do not want another generic response telling me to reinstall the game or change my stadium settings, because I have already done all of that multiple times. Please confirm whether this is a known H2H stadium bug and, if necessary, escalate the issue to the appropriate technical team. I have been drawing my drafts since this event started and it was remaining 26 drafts to get a guarantee pool A player and after drawing a 10 draft it reset to 67 drafts instead of remaining 16 drafts do something about this I can’t spend all those drafts and not get a single 122 or 121 playersVery slow and unresponsive controls despite having top players
Hello, I am experiencing a serious gameplay issue in FC Mobile. I have some of the best players with excellent stats, but the controls feel very weak and unresponsive. My players react with a noticeable delay and sometimes do not follow my commands correctly. This happens even though my team and players are very strong. Please investigate whether there is an issue with input response, gameplay responsiveness, or server connection. Thank you.
