Frequent crashes with capital city services menu
When accessing service menu… choosing items in stock, or applying roadways or fixing roadways, the screen freezes in black background with some elements and is not responsive. This since latest update… tried deleting and reinstalling to iPad twice and nothing changed… oddly problem does not occur on other cities….. WTF?Services 2.0 upgrade
I tried the provided solution from the customer service help desk. It doesn’t work, I quit the game and restarted my device three times and still the game freezes with a disorganized screen with multiple colors. And when I answered no to the question of problem solved, I was given a multiple choice question of how can we help? It was as the system wasn’t aware of the ticket I have open. Kept asking me to tell them more about the problem. Frustration is growing on my part.
