Unable to claim first Musiala prize
Can’t seem to make the “Go to Exchange” overlay disappear (even though I’ve utilized the button to go to the Exchange multiple times.). Closed and reopened the app and still can’t get it to go away. Consequently, I can’t claim the first (or any other) prize. Am I missing something?
App deleted and all data gone.
the last three packs i bought for my son weren’t showing up in the game, so i was trouble shooting, nothing was working so i deleted the app and re downloaded, problem is my 7 year old son was playing using the Game Center on his iPad, so no real profile. Now, not only are the three packs missing, all his data is gone, all the older packs, all his wins, everything. I cants ‘em to find any way to call. It should not be this hard to just approve purchase on a pack and have it show up in the game but alas, is there anything we can do here? I’ve spent hundreds of dollars, all goneBenched Iconic+ players unavailable to trade for development points
Anyone else have the issue of being “stuck” with Mythic, Iconic or Epic players that, once you remove them from the roster they just kind of hang around like Deshaun Watson? I’ve got one Mythic player and SEVEN Iconic players that are on the bench and are, essentially untradeable. I can’t trade them in for development points (or anything else for that matter). I can’t put two of them together and trade for a different player I might be able to use. They just sit there and keep me from improving the team as much as I could. While they’re clearly NOT on the starting lineup, they don’t show up as eligible for any of the trades where they should. EA Customer support said to take it here where the developers might see it since every recommendation they’ve had has failed. Even logging out, deleting the app (and its data and re-installing hasn’t helped - multiple times). I’m up for any suggestions. Been playing this game since the first mobile version and this is the worst bug I’ve seen. I’ve got tens of thousands of development points just lounging around on my bench like a whole series of bad trades. FWIW, I ALSO see that while my team total is 4,876 at the top of the screen, when I try to play the final Journey level for the 10,000 Madden Bucks, my team total magically drops to 4,854 - keeping me from playing the level to earn the bucks to get more Iconic players to sit on my bench and not contribute. I loaded in today to see that I can trade any of my iconic players for better ones. I have a system where once I get a card better then my iconic one I will sub them out and the. Take my lowest icon on the team and icon swap for high overall one. But now it is saying I don’t own any icons that are not in my lineup. This is becoming increasingly frustrating due to the fact that i want to upgrade my team to preform better in my league. Also I am trying to finish the road to glory thing where you can only play based on overall. I am on the last one and I’m over the needed over all but I keeps telling me I need to be a high overall.
