The EA SPORTS™ NBA LIVE Mobile Beta will be available in Turkey and the Philippines on both iOS (via TestFlight) and Android (via Google Play Beta). Players in these regions can sign up and play for a limited time to get an early look at the upcoming season update as the game continues to be developed and improved. iOS: Players in Turkey and the Philippines can request access through [this form]. 4-Lom unlock bugged
Day before yesterday I did the first battle to unlock 4-Lom. I successfully completed the battle. As I was waiting for the battle to register, the game said it had to be restarted and that I had a 303 error. I restarted the game, expected to see the unlock screen for 4-Lom but it didn’t appear. I went back in to the event and it registered that I had won the tier but no shards were given to unlock him. Yesterday it allowed me to do the first tier again, I successfully completed it, and again, no shards, but registered a successful attempt. How can I get this fixed? The EA help chat bot was less that helpful. They sent a message saying they fixed the issue with some assault battle but that was not what I was trying to get fixed. Need some help here. Is there a way to contact someone at CG directly to get this resolved? Thanks!

Did not receive light speed bundle
I purchased the resistance rising lightspeed bundle on 10/17 but did not receive anything from it. I contacted support 3 different times through the app, and all 3 times they told me that I got everything and closed the ticket. EA live chat referred me to a specialist, who told me to contact support. It's been a week now and this issue isn't resolved.

Supreme Leader Kylo Ren Ultimate Material missing
I’ve completed the journey guide (over two years ago) and never got the final ultimate material. Using EA help (three separate times over over those 2+ years) has gotten a sorry about it with no fix. Anyone have any thoughts? Kind of at the completely walking away from the game stage.

I bought the Raddus LSB on 10/16/25 (order#: 1006928219706) and the Ashoka LSB today, 10/26/25, (order#: 1006968619706) but have received the contents of neither and haven’t received any crystals or anything else as compensation for my money being taken and not receiving what is promised. Either refund my money, offer a large amount of crystals as compensation ($88; $44+$44), or send me the contents of these bundles. In game support suggests restore purchases, which does nothing, and after I say it doesn’t work, then they just close the chat.
