Missing GAC banners
Well, this is mildly annoying. (Actually, infuriating) I have just completed my GAC. My opponent dropped three battles against three different teams and fully cleared. I dropped once* and fully cleared but lost by 1544 to 1757. How did this happen? In my second battle against GL Rey, using a Palps/Starkiller team I killed my final opponent, Ben Solo, at the same moment that the match finished. The game for a moment told me defeat. No problem, simple clean up and I would still win as long as no drops at the back or fleets. As we come out of the battle the game now decides I actually won after all, so clears the battle and sector but does not reward me the banners (approx 280) for either. The worst of all outcomes. 😭 I lose crystals from this battle, more from the end of week awards and this loss will drop me down from K2 to K3 so less daily rewards too.
Unable to start any Journey
Hi, my son is unable to start any journey e.g. Emperors demise. He has the correct requirements and selecting the Battle button does nothing. We’ve also tried other Journeys and get the same result. We’ve tried closing down, reinstalling the app but no luck. His Ally code is 169-634-327. Could someone look into this please? Thanks.
Ground War Challenge Tier 2
Your 10 year Annvy patch is causing the R3 battle droids to enter into an endless bonus attack loop and the destroy R7 Jedi team without ever giving the player a turn. R7 should be tearing R3 apart and they barely do damage, yet the R3 droids do significant damage and kill teams in 4-6 shots. Something very wrong with this game now. Time to CTRL + ALT + DEL this game. CG clearly does not respect their player base.Coliseum game reset lost score
Coliseum Zeffo Tomb Guardians: Middle of playing and it was going on forever. I had reached 61% (27k) when the game reset. I was docked the attempt but did not get to retain that score. I'd like to have either one of: High score for my first attempt restored to what it was when the game reset or Give me back the attempt so I have 5 attempts again. Ideally you'll fix the bug so it doesn't keep playing on and on then resetting.
Jocasta Nu still not working in Knightfall, event “unwinable”
Jocasta Nu, the end boss in the Knightfall event today is still behaving as before. She throws her gun over and over until your team is deleted. The event is still “Unwinable” as before when this event was last around. I have heard that she behaves normally in all other game modes, so it is just this interaction that seems to be the persistent issue. I am disappointed to have a built up LV clones team, and missing out on the high end rewards a 2nd time, while other players that can Sim the event are able to take advantage of this bug and pull down full rewards.Journey Quests
Hello! I just wanted to say that I really love your game, and I think the new update is fantastic. It’s going to be amazing getting these new toons to Gear 12 right away. The reason I’m reaching out is because I think I’m encountering a bug with my achievements. Specifically, the achievement to complete Mod Battles 9-E and 9-F. I’ve completed them many times, both manually and with sim tickets, but I’m never able to claim the rewards for the achievement. I also am fully aware that I could just be dumb, but I’ve searched the internet and haven’t figured out a way to solve this. It’s not a huge deal of course, and I know you’re likely dealing with a lot right now, but it would be nice to finally finish that set of challenges one day. My ally code is 965-527-738. Anyway, I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season. P.S. I’m most excited for IG-90 out of the new characters. I love Aphra, so this is an amazing addition!
