Maul Code
Myself and multiple members of my guild have used the code MAUL in the webstore and were given a confirmation to say the code has been redeemed successfully. There was also an in game confirmation however only 1 guild member actually received a reward. I have provided a screenshot of the in game message confirming the reward.Zeta amplifier cache empty create
I purchased a Zeta amplifier cache package for a change to get 20-100 ability material zetas in the game store. After the transaction went through, I went ahead and opened the create and it was empty, there was no image of the zetas or any indicator of how many I had received. After that I checked my inventory and found out i did not get anything. I had similar issue earlier that day where I purchased era currency and the transaction also went through and I did not get the era currency. At least with the era currency issue I got reimbursed in crystals but so far I have not received anything for the empty create.Missing Ultimate Ability Material for GL Rey
Subject: Missing Ultimate Ability Materials after completing Galactic Legend Event (Rey) Ally-Code: 119-665-114 Device: iPhone 13 Pro Description of the issue: I have completed the required tiers for the Galactic Legend Event"Heir to the Light Side" to earn Ultimate Ability Materials for Rey. Although I successfully finished the battles and the event tickets were consumed, I did not receive the Ultimate Ability Materials. My inventory does not reflect the progress made. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open the "Journey Guide" and select the Galactic Legend Rey event (Heir to the Light Side). 2. Spend the required Dark Side/Light Side Currency to start the Tier for Ultimate Materials. 3. Win the battle. 4. The victory screen appears, but the Ultimate Materials are not added to the character or inventory. Expected Result: After winning the battle and spending the event currency, I should receive 1x Ultimate Ability Material. Actual Result: The currency is gone, but no Ultimate Ability Material was awarded
Team preview visual glitch in territory wars
As I was scrolling enemy ship teams in TW they kept glitching out and I couldn’t see which ship it was- it would change visuals as I scrolled between the ship, empty space, white space, and multicolored static. Doesn’t impact gameplay at all but is quite annoying. On iOS appJourney Quests - Armor Shred Bug
I am attempting to fulfill the Armor Shred quest. I am using Sabine wren in the Grand Admiral Thrawn event. Each use of Darksaber Strike should be considered an attempt even though the target is KO'd. I'm only getting it 1x, when the target survives. This is making it arduous to through this quest. This is happening on IOS version and PC.Darth Vader Duel’s End not usable in R2-D2 Journey
I am unable to use Darth Vader Duel’s End in the R2-D2 Journey Event despite no apparent restrictions preventing it. He meets all the qualifications by having an Empire Tag, and checking a tier that I have enough stars for. My immediate suspicion was some sort of automatic Era Gate. Which made sense when I couldn’t find the other Anniversary Era Marquees in events they should qualify for, however Satele Shan (who is from the Anniversary Era as well) is allowed in the Grand Master Yoda event. Please either properly allow these characters to be used in the Journey Events they qualify for or provide a more clear reason in game why they aren’t allowed.The Price of Hope - Tier 1 & Partagaz Event
In the event - I have a level 57 Dedra Meero for the Price of Hope. I have around a level 50 Major Partagaz for Partagaz event. I thought CG made an adjustment so that the additional event units provided would tie their level to the level of the unit in the "Leader" slot. In both cases, these units are not. All the Troopers and Pilots are locked at level 45. In Partagaz events they are stuck at whatever level 5/10/etc. instead of at Partagaz level making it really hard to do well in these events as Partagaz relies on these units to attack.
