Quiggold Marquee event - finished tier 1, app crashed, no shards received
As I completed tier 1 of the event the app crashed. I restarted and the tier is completed, as well as related quests, but no shards awarded so I can’t unlock Quiggold and complete other tiers. I’ve force quit and restarted the app, tried restore purchase just in case, and raised a ticket with EA help. Hi I completed the millennium falcon event about 5 years ago and never got around to posting about this issue but am currently getting blocked for the JKL event. I’m missing 25 shards preventing me from 7* on the ship and have attached a screenshot of what I’m seeing below. My ally code is 764-588-123. I am playing on IOS if that helps at all.No chat or TB officer commands
I’m my guild leader, and I can’t access in game chat or TB commands. Neither one shows up in game. I have tried restarting the app. Have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling. This is a major inconvenience for trying to guide my guild through the last phases or TB. I am on iOS. My ally code is 575-244-815.
Equipped Mods Vanish on Restart
I’ve been having a major bug the last few days where all of my mods disappeared after connecting my SWGOH IOS account to EA and just discovered that every time I restart the game any mods I have equipped disappear. They aren’t unequipped or sold, they just vanish. I’ve talked to two others on the forums so far experiencing this but have yet to hear from CG. An EA help rep simply said there was no record of mods being sold and they could do nothing about it. This is years worth of mods I’ve lost and on top of that I am as of right now unable to use mods at all.
