FC 26 INPUT DELAY IN CLUB MODE(PC)
EA developers, listen the **bleep** up. After the December update, nothing changed — same PC specs, same settings, same everything — so why the **bleep** did input lag suddenly start happening, you dumb **bleep**? Because of your **bleep**, 10 people playing together in Clubs mode are all suffering, you **bleep** pieces of **bleep**. What the **bleep** did you even do in this update that causes input lag to be 2–3 seconds right from kickoff, and then it keeps stacking more and more until it becomes 5 or even 6 seconds of delay as the match goes on? Do you not have parents or something? Are you actually **bleep** brain-dead? Think about how absolutely **bleep** miserable and furious I had to be to write something like this. Instead of blaming me for swearing, maybe think about why a paying customer is this **bleep** angry. Ask yourselves why someone who paid real money for this game is being pushed to this level of rage, you goddamn, motherless **bleep** **bleep**. And do NOT delete this post. Absolutely do not **bleep** delete it.0Views0likes0CommentsGameplay FPS drops to 10 at the start of a match or after half-time
In Ultimate Team online game mode matches, my FPS sometimes suddenly drops to 10 and stays at around 5-10 FPS no matter what I do. This occurs either at the start of the match when loading in, or upon entering the Half-Time screen. This makes the game completely unplayable and the only way to fix it is to restart the game. Sometimes it fixes itself upon returning to the menus after the match, but it is inconsistent. I have tried everything in order to avoid this bug, including locking my settings files in local app data, changing all my graphics settings to low and even changing my resolution to 1280x720 (even tho I play on a 1920x1080p screen), changing the render scale, etc. Please fix your broken game and whatever glitch is happening in the background causing this to happen. I don't know what it is exactly maybe the game is overwriting the graphics settings at half time and turning everything to ultra which then makes my PC have a stroke. This is an embarrassment of a game and an embarrassment of an issue to be happening FROM RELEASE all the way until 4 months into the game's life cycle...1View0likes0CommentsAudio Delay/Desync
Lately, my audio has been having major issues. Some things like reloading, vehicles, defibs, voicelines, etc., seem to trigger really late or sometimes not at all, while other things like gunshots and hitmarkers consistently play on time. So far, I have tried verifying files, different output devices, all sorts of Windows and BF 6 audio settings, checked drivers, checked Windows updates, and deleted and redownloaded the game. Redownloading the game seems to be a somewhat unreliable temporary fix, where after redownloading, all audio plays on time without cutting out for a while, and it sounds great. But without fail, it always starts bugging out again eventually. Sometimes after just a few matches, sometimes hours of playtime, but redownloading is the only thing l've found to "reset" it. My PC more than meets the game's recommended specs and doesn't have any issues keeping high framerates without any performance drops at high and ultra settings. The game doesn't seem to be using too much RAM, CPU, or GPU when checking task manager and I have no similar issues on any other games so l'm just at an absolute loss. If anyone else has experienced this or has found a fix, PLEASE let me know.Solved115Views1like10CommentsAfter file verification on Steam 3 files fail to verify.
Long story short, I've been experiencing severe input delay and crashes of the application even on very low settings, which my computer should be able to handle. During my troubleshooting process, one thing I've noticed that as soon as you start your game and exit it, 3 files are missing. I don't know which files these are, but I reckon it could have something to do with how much input delay others are experiencing as well on PC. This picture is what shows up when I try and repair the game on steam. Could it potentially be the thing that causes input delay in online matches? Would love to get an answer, since I haven't been able to play one match without issues since the release day.2.1KViews7likes24CommentsReplay Editor
When the season 2 dropped, I can’t change the export settings at all, i want to make them high and better resolution + there are so many stutters, especially when I film with long lens like to make the fov 10 or less, it make so many stutters (allt he time and between the tricks) and change some of the objects black (no texture). Im on PS5 and my username is Lruiq6Views0likes0CommentsPSA: Mouse Input is broken in this game (looks similar to bad frame timing)
Mouse input is broken, which ruins an otherwise well optimised game. This looks to be getting confused with poor frame timing in a lot of threads, but controller input is unaffected. For reference, I easily average over 100fps even on the bigger maps, but panning the camera with mouse input makes the game feel like it's running at 15fps despite no drops. In-game reporting confirms it's running perfectly, as CPU/GPU are always rendering within 10fps of eachother. Connect a controller though? Buttery smooth camera panning, and easy to track enemies. No hitches or stutters, just butter. I've tried: - All polling rates, from 125hz up to 4000hz - Toggling raw input on/off - Enabling/disabling Nvidia reflex - Changing USB ports, changing to different mice, wired/wireless - USB power saving etc all turned off - I even tried a driver/Nvidia CP restore, but as controller is super smooth, this was a long shot in the first place Unfortunately the game is unplayable using a mouse on PC due to this. It's next to impossible to track targets, and you quickly get a headache from the micro stuttering when panning. The effect is very similar to Helldivers 2 on PC, when you turn off 'Mouse Smoothing', as that game has serious issues with raw mouse input. Happy to hear suggestions on how to fix this. Mice tried: - Keychron M4 - Logitech G305 - Logitech G604 - Razer Naga Hyperspeed - AttackShark M1 I've also tried on an entirely different PC, same results. OLED as always exhacerbates the issue too, due to the awesome pixel response times. I fear many won't see it due to slower LCDs. Specs are: 5700x3d 3060ti 8GB 32GB DDR4 3600 CL16 AW3423DW (Gsync module version) This is on a fresh Windows install, up to date drivers (tried DDU as well to be sure), but honestly since it's running beautifully with a controller, this looks to be purely a mouse input issue. No other games exhibit this issue other than... Helldivers 2, and Battlefield V. BF1 is butter on mouse, as are BF3 and BF4. Helldivers 2 can be fixed by turning on mouse smoothing in game. I almost bought a GPU upgrade before testing the Xbox controller, saved myself £600. Latest CM post: Hi everyone, Thanks for sharing your experiences and feedback so far. We understand this issue is especially frustrating when it impacts your ability to play smoothly with a mouse. While we’ve asked for similar information before (here), to move forward and make meaningful progress, it is absolutely essential that you provide detailed and precise information responding to the specific request below. Giving vague comments without concrete details won’t help us troubleshoot, escalate, or investigate effectively. If you’re able to, please reply directly to this post by clicking the Reply button on this post. This keeps your info neatly organised and makes it much easier for us (and the studio) to track everything. Please avoid replying to the original post or posting at the bottom of the thread, as this makes it harder for everyone to follow the conversation. Here’s what would be super helpful for us to know: Mouse mode (wired or wireless) Mouse polling rate (e.g. 1000Hz) Whether you’re using mouse software (like Razer Synapse) Where your mouse is plugged in (PC, monitor, hub, etc.) Keyboard model and connection type (wired/wireless) Keyboard polling rate Whether you’re using keyboard software Where your keyboard is plugged in Monitor model Full PC specs (CPU, GPU with driver version, RAM) Full Windows OS version (not just "Windows 11") Whether Gsync or VRR is enabled Full screen mode (fullscreen, borderless, windowed) Which platform do you play on (EA app or Steam) Any overlays active during play (Discord, EA app, Nvidia overlay, etc.) CPU and GPU usage percentages while playing Whether the issue improves with a framerate cap (e.g. 125 FPS) The more details you can share, the better we can help. We know it’s a lot to ask, but this is the only way we can ensure the right information reaches the team and move things forward. Thanks so much for your patience and for helping us out with this. We really appreciate it!Solved71KViews220likes985Comments[BF6] Share Your Experience: Hitreg, Rubberbanding, and Connection Icons
Hey everyone 👋 We’re taking a closer look at reports related to hit registration issues, rubberbanding, and how the current connection warning icons behave during matches. Some players have mentioned that these issues occur consistently for them, and we’d love to gather more real-world in-game examples to help us understand what’s happening in different situations. If you experience these issues regularly and are willing to share screenshots or short videos, your contribution would be extremely helpful. What We’re Looking For 1. Rubberbanding or connection-feeling issues If you see warning icons frequently or experience movement stutters/teleporting: Please share: A screenshot or short video If you’re sharing screenshots, make sure to attach them to your post -- do not embed them. This helps ensure they display correctly for everyone. With the Simple Performance Overview enabled With the Full Network Overlay enabled These help us understand whether the in-game icons match what’s actually happening with your performance or connection at that moment. 2. Consistent hit registration problems If hitreg regularly feels off for you: Please share: A short video showing the moment(s) where it happens With both overlays enabled (Simple Performance + Network Overlay) This allows us to distinguish between true network issues and client-side performance issues that can sometimes appear similar. How to Enable the Overlays Below are the steps for both PC and console players. 🎮 Console (PS5 / Xbox Series) Simple Performance Overview Open Settings in the game menu. Go to Graphics. Scroll to Performance Overlay (sometimes under “Advanced”). Turn it On, choosing either: Simple, or Advanced/Extended (if available) Network Overlay Open Settings. Go to Network, or Gameplay → Advanced, depending on your layout. Enable Network Performance Overlay or Network Graph. Once enabled, you’ll see indicators like latency, packet loss, and connection stability. 🖥️ PC Simple Performance Overview Open Settings. Go to Graphics. Scroll to Advanced. Enable Performance Overlay. Choose Simple or Advanced/Extended. Full Network Overlay Open Settings. Go to Network or Gameplay → Advanced. Enable Network Performance Overlay or Network Graph. Optional PC console command method (Only if you’ve enabled the console in settings.) Go to Settings → System, enable Command Console. Press ~ (tilde) in-game. Use the command: PerfOverlay.DrawFps 1 To turn it off: PerfOverlay.DrawFps 0 How to Share Your Screenshots/Videos Please upload your clips using: Google Drive OneDrive Dropbox Imgur Streamable YouTube (unlisted is fine) Important: Ensure your link is set to public or “Anyone with the link can view.” Private links cannot be opened. If you’re sharing screenshots, make sure to attach them to your post -- do not embed them. This helps ensure they display correctly for everyone. What Happens After You Share We may reply with follow-up questions or ask if you are open to trying a couple of small tests (like adjusting FPS caps or checking CPU usage). This is completely optional and intended only to help narrow down the causes. We’re not making promises about outcomes -- the goal here is simply to gather clear, consistent examples so we can better understand what players are experiencing. How to Participate When posting your report, please include: A public link to your screenshot/video A short description of what happened Your platform (PC, PS5, Xbox Series) Whether the issue is consistent/reproducible for you Thanks to everyone who takes the time to share examples -- it genuinely helps move these investigations forward and improves the experience for all players.6.8KViews19likes212CommentsInput delay after new update on PC
First issue: After the update, the game’s online modes have become unplayable. Whenever I join a match, everything is normal for about 5 seconds, and then suddenly there’s massive input delay, making it impossible to play. This issue has only started happening after the latest update. Second issue: I’m playing the first half with a stable 60 FPS, and everything is fine. But as soon as the second half starts, the FPS drops to around 15. I’ve already tried deleting my profile, but it didn’t help. What could be causing this problem? I can’t play FUT Champs because of these issues — ever since the new update, everything has become messy and unstable. We really need a new patch to fix this.Solved16KViews106likes816CommentsFc 26 lag after halftime
Hi, I’m experiencing severe lag and FPS drops in FC 26, especially after halftime. The game starts at 60 FPS but later drops to 5–10 FPS with 99% GPU usage. I’ve tried reinstalling, updating drivers, and changing settings, but the issue persists. Please address this bug in the upcoming updat45Views1like3Commentsfc26 fps drop
FC 26 PC has a serious VRAM or memory leak issue that makes the game unplayable on GPUs with 4GB VRAM. I am using an RTX 3050 Laptop GPU with 4GB VRAM, 16GB RAM, Windows 11, DirectX 12, and the game is installed on SSD. The match starts normally at around 60 FPS, but after halftime or in the second half the FPS suddenly drops to 5 to 10 FPS. VRAM usage keeps increasing and is never released, which strongly indicates a memory or shader cache leak. Restarting the game temporarily fixes the issue, but it returns in the very next match. I have already tried clean reinstalling NVIDIA drivers, testing both old and latest versions, clearing shader cache, increasing paging file, lowering graphics settings, disabling overlays, verifying game files, and reinstalling the game, but none of these are permanent solutions. Sometimes reinstalling GPU drivers fixes the issue only for the first launch, and once the game is closed and reopened the problem comes back, which confirms this is a game-side memory handling issue and not a hardware problem. This issue has been affecting PC players with 4GB VRAM GPUs for more than three months, yet there is still no official acknowledgement or fix from EA. I request EA to acknowledge this as a known PC issue, investigate FC 26 VRAM and memory management, release a proper patch instead of temporary workarounds, and communicate clearly with PC players who paid full price for the game.8Views0likes0Comments
