Currency not loading and shop not working
Publishing this post the second time, cuz it didn’t solve for almost a week. This post was translated (don’t wanna print it twice) On April 5, after I knocked out the heirloom, I discovered that the tabs "legend locker", "passes", "trials", "shop" were unavailable. Currencies are also loaded endlessly. This usually happens when logging into the game, it can last 3-5 seconds, but this is not the case. I logged into my brother's account, everything works there, I think it can resolve itself, postponed the problem, logged in after a day and a half, nothing works again. I wrote to support about 5 times. Unfortunately, the consultants did not give me any good advice, but only suggested that I restart the console, restart the Internet, and the like. One of the consultants said that he had sent a report on my problem further and my problem would be solved. I also asked about compensation (will the containers be given for the Apryze tests if I do not have time to pass it, or maybe they will give me an additional time to complete the task), I was told that there would be no compensation. Battlespace tasks are also unavailable (no levels are awarded). I moved to a new level, where I was supposed to get an apex pack, but I didn't get a pack, and it's unclear whether there will be compensation. i used to play on Oregon servers living in Oregon avg 35-40 ping no lag after the aws "changes" every game every game mode 100+ with prediction error and every other symbol unplayable lag and no reg even contacted my ISP and speeds and ping are perfect on my end. My Apex Legends crashes without any error messages or popups every few matches. I have a PC running Windows 11 (Alienware) and play through Steam What I have tried thus far: 1) Restarting my PC 2) Reinstalling apex legend 3) Updating my graphics drivers, Windows OS 4) Running the game with NVIDIA Debug Mode 5) Adjusting graphics settings down (even though my machine can handle max specs) 6) Stress test found no issues with PC One thing I noticed was that in the past when I launched the game using DirectX11 it would work perfectly fine, but with DirectX12 it would crash like I described above. This is odd because my machine is totally DirectX12 compatible (I verified). With the latest Apex update, where they have removed DirectX11 compatibility, I have no workaround and these crashes every few matches persist. This is so incredibly frustrating. I reached out to EA customer support and chatted with a representative - I was told to try a clean boot of my PC, but that was it. I was told that if the problem persists after trying a clean boot to simply post on this forum and to wait for a mod to address the issue. The game seems to run really bad as my Gpu isn't getting fully used its about 50% I use to in a match get 90% or more which is a good thing this has been happening for a little bit lately. I've also been having high ping in EU servers when I live in the UK I've tried everything to fix this issue in control panel setting and maybe in NVidia control panel or any other windows fixes like disable full screen optimisation. I feel like removing dx11 is a bad decision and even stopping support is bad as other games have both options and support it still ive also noticed with NVidia drivers recently might be the issue but I'm not sure as ive recently tried the NVidia app and apex isn't on there anymore so when I go to add apex it says not supported so not only i might not be supported on their app but also maybe the control panel which means my performance configs on NVidia control panel which is what i use more then the app to make apex run smoothly maybe are not being applied I have a i7 13700k which I have underclocked and made sure the voltages aren't high 2x16gb ddr5 6000mhz so it would be 32gb ddr5 6000mhz 4070 Msi gaming x trio b760 Mag tomahawk WIFI Idk if this helpsApex Legends 100% CPU usage
Started playing recently after taking a break, game was running just fine with some frame drops and freezing that last for a bit (1-3 seconds). After some time game started freezing more often in-game as well as in lobby, i have never had this issue when i was playing S22 and previous seasons on DX11. Task Manager shows System ( ntoskrnl.exe ) process using 30% of CPU while running the game potentially being caused by the Anti-Cheat, COM Surrogate process sometimes also takes 30% of CPU but quickly drops back to 0-1%. Recently got a Rx570 4gb To play Apex but the game is a stuttery mess. It even stutters in the lobby, My pc meets the minimum requirements. Hello my issue with the game is that i load into my game till it says proccesing and compiling shaders my fps is normal how they should be when i go in lobby game drops down to 15-20fps. nvidia control panel shows that apex is using my integrated gpu not dedicated. so i assume this is the problem i have changed apex exe file to use dedicated gpu but it doesnt. i have redownloaded game like 6 times windows updates and even reset my pc to factory settings nothing helps.12Views0likes0CommentsApex legends 30% CPU usage “system” process
