I have horrible ping on my servers
I'm Australian and I'm playing on my own servers, the one thats closest to me makes me sit on about 300 ping while the second closest makes me sit on 900 to 1000 ping, but I play on ap-northeast-1 and I get 200 to 300 ping. I've tried making sure my fps is set to 60, my xbox is always on a ethernet connection, the internet has no issues, I'm getting 110mbps download and 20mbps for upload so there's no issues there. I'm only having issues playing apex, I'll rubber band all over the place and freeze mid match I haven't been able to play in over a month so please fix the servers 😩
Game doesn’t load all data only on my account
Hello, I’m experiencing a major issue with Apex Legends on my PS5. When I launch the game on my main PlayStation account, the game lags heavily in the lobby—it becomes completely unresponsive and doesn’t let me move or select anything. However, when I log into Apex on a different PS5 user account, it runs perfectly fine. This clearly suggests the issue is related to my EA account or linked data. Here’s what I’ve already tried: • Cleared saved data for Apex Legends on my PS5 • Rebuilt the PS5 database in Safe Mode • Checked for software updates and internet issues Nothing has fixed it, and the problem is specific to my main PS5 profile that’s linked to my EA account. Please check if there are any issues or corruptions on your end tied to my EA account. I’d appreciate any help resolving this or resetting my connection/data on your side. I have been continuously losing RP due to early game crashes which result in game reaching 600 above ping and all error signs and getting code tap or something each time and when i come back from login menu i would have lost RP and get penalty as well. This crash results in some players staying AFK in game as well. i feel as though this is deliberately done by someone. Any fix to this?
High Cpu and ram usage
My game uses almost 100% of my cpu and ram. Specs: cpu ryzen 5600x 3600mhz 16gb ram gpu rtx 3060 msi mag tomahawk x570 mobo Apex will instantly spike my cpu usage to 100% and the game itself will use around 70-90% of my cpu. Im an active player and this hasn't been issue until recently. The problem doesn't occur on other games (some being more cpu demanding). In-game problems include stuttering/freezing momentarily. Game will come to a full freeze/feels like it will crash. Fps is still at fairly stable 120. Fixes I have tried already are: Reinstalling game Gpu driver update cpu/mobo driver updates clearing games cache on both steam and ea app. playing around with settings lowest possible, middleground, nvidia app lowest setting and "optimized settings" None of these fixes have helped. Asked my friend who has the same cpu to try if he has the same issue and he does. Is a ryzen 5600x too weak to run apex suddenly or does the game have a problem? Any other solutions for a fix are greatly appreciated since apex is my favourite game.
Wrongly penalized due to server issues
Hello, I was recently disconnected from a ranked game due to Apex Legends server issues. I did not quit or leave the game intentionally, but I still received a 10-minute abandonment penalty and lost RP. Please investigate and restore the lost RP if possible. Thank you.input delay
After the last update, there was an input lag, and the frame rate did not show a change, and it was okay not to press the keyboard to change the viewing angle, but the mouse and keyboard started to get stuck when used together, for example, it took three seconds to respond when pressing a space. Reloading the game, the system, and the driver can't be solvedvideo stutters when mouse is moved while pressing W/A/S/D.
